Terms and conditions

  • Customer must activate and perform transactions within 90 days with minimum total amounts 1,000 SAR, to receive the Welcome Miles offer.
  • The Welcome Miles offer applies to the first card requested by the client. The client will not be eligible if the card is re-issued or if a replacement card is requested after three (3) months following the date of issuing the first card.
  • The bank shall have the right to take necessary measures to protect its rights in the event of misusing the offer.
  • Credit card status must be active to receive Miles.
  • Alinma Bank has the right to update terms and conditions and notify customers 30 days before any changes.
  • Miles calculation related to welcome, monthly and annual rewards shall not apply to the following transactions:
    • Cash withdrawal.
    • Fees and Annual profit rate.
    • Bill payment through the bank.
    • Replenishment of electronic wallets.
    • Refund of purchase transactions.
    • Transactions not entered in the card account statement.
    • Transactions for commercial usage.
