MISSING MILES

To ensure that your Rewards Miles and Tier Credits are credited to your Alfursan account, please make sure to register your Alfursan membership number when booking on Saudia, Sky Team partner flights or using any of Alfursan commercial partner services.

You Can Also Easily Claim Missing Miles:

First: Retro claim on "Saudia", "Sky Team" Flights:

• Login to Alfursan online.
• Select "Retro Claims"
• Choose "Add request"
• Fill in the required information
• You will receive a confirmation by email.

* Retro Claims for missing miles on Saudia flights must be submitted within a maximum of 360 days from your travel date.

* Retro Claims for missing miles on Sky Team flights must be submitted within a maximum of 180 days from your travel date.

For Alfursan commercial partners missing Miles, please contact the partner.

* Retro Claims for missing miles with Alfursan commercial partners must be submitted within a maximum of 180 days from your transaction date.
