Alfursan members are able to achieve the maximum benefits of program rewards even if Alfursan member does not have sufficient balance of reward Miles. This service will give you an option to buy reward Miles or transfer reward Miles to any member or you can gift reward Miles to any member, therefore Alfursan members have many options to complete the required Miles to issue reward tickets or upgrade their travel class.

To benefit from these services, the required minimum transaction is 1000 Miles and the maximum limit for buy – gift reward Miles are 80,000 Miles. The maximum limit for transferring Miles is 40,000 Miles per month.

In addition, now Alfursan member can convert Reward Miles with our “program partners”.

How To Buy Reward Miles

Login to Alfursan online.
Select "Purchase Miles" from the dashboard.
Choose the number of Miles required from "Miles" menu.
Choose "Proceed to payment".
Select the preferred payment method.

How To Gift Reward Miles

Login to Alfursan online.
Select either "Gift and Transfer" from the dashboard.
Choose "Gift Miles".
Select the Miles to gift from the drop down list.
Enter the "Membership number" you wish to gift Miles to.
You can add a customised message.
Choose "Proceed to payment".
Select the preferred payment method.

How To Transfer Reward Miles

Login to Alfursan online.
Select either "Gift and Transfer" from the dashboard.
Choose "Transfer Miles" – ensure a sufficient Reward Miles balance.
Enter the "Membership number" you wish to Transfer Miles to.
Choose "Proceed to payment".
Select the preferred payment method.

How To Convert Reward Miles

Login to Alfursan online.
Select "Convert Miles" from the dashboard.
Ensure a sufficient Reward Miles balance.
Select "partner program".
Enter the "Membership and mobile number" registered in the partner program.
Select Miles to convert.
