How can i follow up on a claim that has been submitted to guest relations department?

I am not satisfied with the response i received to my request\ complaint, what do i do?
If your comment / request had been closed and you are still not satisfied. You can submit an objection by re-filling contact form with including the previous request\comment number in the new request.
