How to Convert Mokafaa Points

Log into Mokafaa portal

• Click on “Points”
• Click on “Points Conversion”
• Select “ALFURSAN” in the partners list
• Input desired points to convert into ALFURSAN Miles
• A notification email will be sent to members who have successfully completed the Mokafaa points to ALFURSAN Miles conversion

How to Enroll

Enrollment to Mokafaa loyalty is free. If you already have an Alrajhi Bank Al-Mubasher account, simply use your username and password to sign-in to Mokafaa .

• The points transferred may take up to 10 business days to be processed
