Terms and Conditions for "Saudia Flight Pass"

Flight Pass is a subscription plan that allows you to travel to a wide range of remarkable destinations at a fixed competitive rate on Saudia’s direct flights.

  • The service is available for purchase as a 12-month contract with a fixed amount which can be paid using different methods of collection. Moreover, it is automatically renewed after one year with an option for cancellation available 4 weeks prior to the end of the subscription renewal date.
  • You can always select the plan that is most suitable for your needs and subscribe to the service through the (Flight Pass website).
    • You can opt out and terminate the subscription within the first 7 days provided that no ticket has been issued.
  • The service is available for you if you have completed 18 years and above.
  • All subscriptions are individual, and the quota and/or tickets cannot be transferred or exchanged to another person.
  • The subscription charges will be collected using one of the following methods:
    • Per-cycle (every three months) on the first day of the month.
    • Payment of the total charge as a one-time annual payment.
  • The charges are collected through (Saudia Partner) using the approved credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX).
    • The subscription charges include the VAT.
  • The charges are collected through an international point of sales, and charges might be applied by the bank.
    • If the payment is not processed for any reason, the whole subscription will automatically be placed on hold as inactive until the card details are updated.
    • It is important to point out that the quota is refreshed every cycle, and any unredeemed quota will automatically expire in the next cycle. Additionally, any subscription that occurs on any day of the month will be considered a full month during that cycle.

  • The subscription charges do not include airport fees and taxes and will be collected upon redemption.
  • The fare is designed to align with Saudia’s branded fares (Basic Brand) following the same conditions in seat selection, and baggage allowance.
  • Ticket redemption can only be processed through the (Flight Pass website), using any Saudia approved cards.
  • The flight must be booked at least three days prior to their departure date using the available balance.
  • Currently, in the subscription, flights must be on round-trip basis between the following airports/cities:
    • (from/to Dawadmi), (from/to Rafha), (from/to Neom), and (from/to Red Sea)
  • Flight changes can be processed digitally from the website and Saudia’s point of sales.
  • Flight changes are permitted with fees, while a higher fee will be imposed in the event of a no-show.
    • Fees are SAR 250 + VAT for voluntary rebooking.
    • Frees are SAR 400 + VAT for no-show, and SAR 550 +VAT for failure to board.
    • Fees are SAR 300 + VAT for voluntary cancellation & refund. The ticket quota will be refunded to the subscription balance.
  • Voluntary cancellations must be requested through the Saudia’s call center. Upon cancellation, the ticket quota will be refunded to the subscription balance.
  • “Saudia” reserves the right to deny any passenger for safety reasons. Guests who do not comply with approved safety instructions will lose their eligibility for the refund.
  • In the event of any misuse (including any use that breaches these terms and conditions, or any violations of rights or fake identities or fraud), and/or discontinuity of the Flight Pass Programme at any time, “Saudia” reserves the right to cancel subscriptions at its sole discretion at any time. A communication with affected customers will be shared in advance.
  • In case of circumstances beyond Saudia’s control or any unforeseen flight disruptions, “Saudia” will take all necessary measures to accommodate all guest requests. Nevertheless, requests for involuntary changes or refunds will be allowed in case of flight delays or cancellations according to Saudia’s policies.

By submitting this request and paying for the service, I agree to all Saudia’s terms and conditions in addition to the general rules of carriage.
