  • Guests traveling from Saudi Arabia's airports must present the Tawakkalna App, which shows the state of health, as this will be a condition for entering Saudi Arabia's airports, issuing boarding passes, and boarding the aircraft, according to the rules and regulations of the General Authority of Civil Aviation.
  • All guests must wear masks in all closed area.
  • Guests must check their eligibility for travel by the concerned countries and obtain the required permits and/or permissions, if needed.

  • The transport of Saudi Citizens on international flights is allowed to the permitted countries provided that they receive the booster dose of the (Covid-19) vaccine for those who spent three months from the time of receiving the second dose, with the exception of age groups less than (16) years old or groups excluded according to what appears in the application (Tawakkalna). The following categories of guests are excluded from the requirement to submit proof of vaccination:     
    1. Children under the age of (12) twelve years provided that they obtain a valid health insurance policy approved by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) to cover the risks of COVID-19.
    2. Individuals whose status in Tawakkalna appear (Exempted) from COVID-19 vaccine, are to be treated equally as those whose status in Tawakkalna appear as IMMUNE.
  • Transporting guests from the restricted countries for transit through the Kingdom’s airports is not allowed.

            THE DEFINITION OF (IMMUNE):

      1. Saudi Citizens:
        • An individual whose status in TAWAKKALNA APP appears IMMUNE.
      2. Residents:
        • An individual who has been fully vaccinated in the Kingdom. Or;
        • An individual who has been fully vaccinated by one of the vaccines approved by WHO but not approved in the Kingdom AND received a booster dose from one of the vaccines approved in the Kingdom. Provided that the doses received outside the Kingdom are registered via the Ministry of Health Platform through https://eservices.moh.gov.sa/CoronaVaccineRegistration
        Non Saudi Citizens/ Non Residents:
        • An individual who exceeds the age of (12) years and has been fully vaccinated by one of the vaccines approved in the Kingdom. Or;
        • An individual who is immune by being fully vaccinated by one of the vaccines approved by WHO but not approved in the Kingdom AND received a booster dose from one of the vaccines approved in the Kingdom.
        • All vaccinated Guests have to submit proof of their vaccination in accordance with MOH requirements via (Quddum) platform.
    • DOMESTIC FLIGHTS:

      1. All Guests status in TAWAKKALNA APP must appear IMMUNE.
      2. The categories exempted from taking doses of COVID-19 vaccine, according to what appears in “TAWAKKALNA” application, are excluded from these instructions, with the need to adhere to all precautionary preventive measures and approved protocols.

    International FLIGHTS TO SAUDI ARABIA:

    If you are flying to The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you are kindly requested by health authorities in Saudi Arabia to follow health guidance below to keep you protected when you travel with SAUDIA.

    • Submission of a negative result of PCR test or Rapid Antigen tests for the Corona Virus before departing to the Kingdom are no longer required.
    • Holders of all types of Visit Visas are required to have insurance to cover the costs of Corona Virus infection treatment during their stay in the Kingdom.
       

    Travel Suspension Procedures:

    1. Suspension of travel for Saudi Citizens to the following countries :
      (Libya, Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, Iran, Turkey, Armenia, Somalia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Venezuela, Belarus, India, Vietnam, Ethiopia, Afghanistan, Republic of Indonesia) and any country where the pandemic remains unstable.
    2. The transport of Saudi Citizens on international flights is allowed to the permitted countries provided that they receive the booster dose of the (Covid-19) vaccine for those who spent three months from the time of receiving the second dose, with the exception of age groups less than (16) years old or groups excluded according to what appears in the application (Tawakkalna).     2. All guests must download and register on TAWAKKALNA App within (8) hours of arrival to Kingdom.
    3. Guests must monitor COVID-19 symptoms and immediately call 937 if any symptoms appeared, go to primary healthcare center or emergency if necessary.

    The preventive measures applied in Saudi Arabia in regard for COVID-19 and the penalties for violating it :

      
    After entry:
    1. Comply with the required preventive measures:
      1. Wearing face mask in closed area.
      2. Maintain hand washing with soap and water and sanitization.

    2. Request healthcare when symptoms suggestive of infection appear, by calling health authorities on 937 and comply with preventive measures to protect the public.
  • Austria

    Hygiene regulations:

    On board coaches / trains / excursion ships /planes a FFP-2 mask without exhalation valve or a mask with at least equivalent standardized standard must be worn. The wearing of a mask does not apply to children up to the age of (6) and to persons who cannot be expected to wear the mask for health reasons.

     

  • Bahrain

    1. Passengers are not allowed to enter Bahrain, unless they are:
      • Bahraini citizens
      • GCC citizens who do not require visas
      • Guests who reside in Bahrain
      • Guests with a valid e-visa granted prior to boarding
      • Guests who are eligible for visa on arrival
    2. Fully vaccinated guests arriving  holding valid certificate issued by public health authorities and who are eligible for visa on arrival are accepted upon entry to Bahrain. Travelers intending to enter Bahrain are encouraged to review their eligibility for a visa on-arrival prior to departure on the following link: www.evisa.gov.bh
    3. Vaccination certificates issued by public health authorities in the gulf cooperation council (GCC) or in countries with which Bahrain has signed mutual recognition agreements (Hungary, Cyprus, Greece, Jordan and Seychelles) are also required to present a PCR negative test certificate with QR code administered 72 hours before departure. Guests are required to undergo a PCR test on arrival in Bahrain.
    4. Unvaccinated recovered guests arriving in Bahrain with valid immunity certificates issued by public health authorities are required to present a negative PCR test certificate with QR code administered 72 hours before departure. guests must also prove their vaccination or immunity status through a paper certificate issued by public health authorities in the country where the vaccines were administered or, alternatively, in the case of passengers vaccinated or recovered in a country where certificates are approved by ministry of health in Bahrain, through an official mobile application.
    5. Non-vaccinated guests and guests without a valid vaccination certificate recognized by the government of Bahrain are required to present a negative PCR test certificate with a QR code administered 72 hours before departure. Passengers must undergo a PCR test upon arrival in Bahrain. Passengers are also required to undergo precautionary quarantine for 10 days at their place of residence. Passengers must provide proof of a residence, either owned or leased by the passenger or an immediate family member before boarding. All costs associated with mandatory testing and quarantine are borne by the traveler.
    • Note :

      • All vaccination certificates containing a QR code for vaccines approved by the world health organization, or the kingdom of Bahrain, or issued by countries which Bahrain has signed a mutual vaccination recognition agreement or issued by countries whose citizens are eligible for a visa on arrival will be accepted upon entry.
      • Guests below 6 years old : No quarantine and testing requirements.
      • Guests above 12 years and fully vaccinated with approved vaccine : No quarantine requirements.

  • Bangladesh

    • Vaccinated with Covid-19 vaccine:
      guests completed full dose (single/double dose as applicable for a full dose) of WHO approved Covid-19 vaccine can enter Bangladesh with the official proof of certification of vaccination and NO RT-PCR based COVID-19 negative certificate is required.
    • Not vaccinated with Covid-19 vaccine:
      guests without having full dose (single/double dose as applicable for a full dose) of Covid-19 vaccine can enter Bangladesh if they possess RT-PCR based COVID-19 negative certificate done within (72) hours of departure time.
    • Guests below 12 years of old: NO RT-PCR negative certificate is required for incoming passengers below (12) years old. However, they will have to observe the same health formalities that will apply to their family members on arrival.
    • If COVID-19 symptoms are identified on arrival: Irrespective of vaccinated or not vaccinated, if any COVID-19 symptoms are detected in a traveler on arrival, he/she shall be sent to Government Authorized Hospital/Facility for RT-PCR test. If RT-PCR test result is positive, he/she will be sent to isolation at government nominated facility or Hotel at their own expenses. Further RT PCR test will be carried out after 7 (Seven) days and he/she will be released when the test result is negative. Quarantine shall be ensured by the respective government agency(s) in charge.
    • Outgoing guests: Outgoing guests shall follow the latest restrictions/ requirements imposed by the transit/destination country(s) or by the Airlines.
  • Egypt

    If you are flying to our destinations in Egypt, you are kindly requested by Egyptian authorities to follow health guidance below to keep you protected when you travel with SAUDIA:

    All Guests traveling to Egypt from Saudi Arabia must meet with the following conditions, (except children under 12 years old):

    • Guests who hold COVID-19 vaccine certificate with electronic or printed QR code (from Sehaty App or Attested by Egypt Embassy in the issuing Country or Issued in a Country where Egypt has agreement with for the mutual recognition of vaccine certificates :Maldives, Serbia, Malta, Turkey, The Philippines, United Kingdom, Australia, Hungary and Iraq) are allowed to travel into Egypt without the need to hold PCR if the vaccine certificate proves 14 days had passed from the second dose for vaccines with two dozes (Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna, Sinopharm, Sputnik) or 14 days had passed from a single dose of (Johnson & Johnson).
    • Register and fill up the Health Declaration Form in the electronic platform (https://visitegypt.gov.eg/) in order to facilitate their process.
    • Guests who doesn't hold vaccine certificate, must hold )PCR or Antigen Rapid or ID Now) test certificate that fulfil with the following conditions:
      • Shows time and date on which the sample has been collected as the time/date of collecting the sample are counted for shall not exceed (72) hours upon arrival.
      • Hard or electronic copy issued in Arabic or English language.
      • Issued by an official and accredited test center in the country of departure.
      • Must include QR Code .
      • It shows the type of sample taken.
      • It shows the type of the performed test.

    Note:

    • Wear your face mask all time during flight.
    • Allow safe distance between you and other guests.
    • Guests leaving Egypt with a valid PCR issued in Egypt are not allowed to use the same PCR Certificate when returning to Egypt even if the PCR certificate is still valid (within the 72 hours) as the PCR certificate is valid for a single use only and guest shall have another PCR certificate for re-entering Egypt.
    • All Guests traveling from Vietnam to Egypt must hold a negative PCR test result. In addition, they will undergo ID Now COVID-19 test upon their arrival and only passengers with negative test result will be allowed entry into Egypt. For Egyptians arriving from Vietnam, PCR is required in addition to ID Now COVID-19 test result and they will be required to undergo another PCR test in accordance to the procedure and previous test result.
    • ID Now COVID-19 test requirement has been suspended for travellers from South Africa, Botswana, Mozambique, Namibia, Lesotho, Zimbabwe and Eswatini
    • If the vaccination/test certificate does not conform to the prescribed measures, Rapid Antigen test will be conducted on arrivals, and in the case of a positive test, the following will be applied:
      • For Egyptians, the status will be evaluated and in the absence of symptoms or minor symptoms are founds, home isolation takes place for (10) days, and in the case of moderate to severe symptoms, passenger will be transferred to the hospital.
      • For non-Egyptians, laboratory testing will be conducted using ID Now, and in case of positive result, passenger will return to the country from which he or she has arrived.

  • Ethiopia

    1. All guests above the age of (12) twelve years, must present a certificate of negative RT PCR test done up to (72) hours or Antigen- RDT negative test up to (24) hours before departure time.
      exempted from this request the following categorizes :
      - All guests who have a certificate of recovery from COVID-19 within 90 days or have a completed the COVID-19 vaccine in full with the evidence.
      - Transit guests who in a self-quarantine at the designated hotel or staying at the airport until their next flight.
      - All Diplomatic guests who not having  the certificate of negative PCR-COVID-19 test or Antigen test before arrival to Ethiopia, will undergo for the test and in case the test result is positive they shall self-isolate for 7 days.
    2. Note:
      -The COVID-19 RT-PCR test result certificate obtained, issued in Ethiopia for travel from Ethiopia is not valid for return flights.
      - “Full vaccination” means 2 weeks after taking of the single dose of Johnson and Johnson, and 2 doses for Astra Zeneca, Sinopharm, Sinovac, Moderna, and Pfizer.
      - “Recovery” refers to declaration of an individual free from COVID-19 which is decided according to the health professional on time based, symptom based and test based criterions. If a patient is asymptomatic, he will be declared recovered 7 days after the day of sample collection for RT PCR test which turned positive or the day of positive Antigen RDT test. If a patient is symptomatic, he will be declared recovered after minimum of 7 days from the date of start of symptoms and additional 3 days without symptoms.
  • France

    The updated measures effective from 24th January 2022 until 30 April 2022. Given the fact that Saudi Arabia still falls under Green list countries, please note the following measures applicable to travel into France from Saudi Arabia:

    List of countries:

    - Green: member states of the european union, albania, andorra, saudi arabia, australia, bosnia, canada, hong kong, iceland, israel, japan, kosovo, libanon, liechstenstein, north macedonia, monaco, montenegro, new zealand, norway, san marino, serbia, singapour, south korea, switzerland, taiwan, the united states, vanuatu and vatican,

    - Red: red: afghanistan, south africa, argentina, bangladesh, bahrain, bolivia, brazil, chile, colombia, democatric republic of congo, costa rica, india, the maldives, namibia, nepal, oman, pakistan, paraguay, russia, seychelles, sri lanka, surinam, uruguay and zambia,

    - Orange: countries that are not designated as green or red countries .

     

    1. Guests older than 12 Years travelling from Saudi Arabia to Paris Only require to present before boarding the following documents:
      1. A proof of a complete vaccination;
        OR
        a certificate of recovery; 
        OR
        a PCR or an ANTIGENIC negative test less than 48 hours is required with a possible testing at arrival.
      2. The Sworn statement
      3. Fill out the passenger locator form electronically before boarding
      4. Fordomestic flights, guests need to obtain a valid vaccination certificate not exceeding (9) months from the 2nd dose otherwise a proof of a booster shot is required.
    2. For the application of the following requirements, a complete vaccination is acquired:
      1. for vaccines against COVID-19 which have received a marketing authorization by the European Medicines Agency or whose composition and manufacturing process are recognized as similar to the authorized vaccines by the national agency for the safety of medicines and health products, after a period of:
        • for the "COVID-19 vaccine Janssen" vaccine, 28 days after the administration of a dose,
        • for other vaccines, 7 days after the administration of a second dose, except for persons who have been infected with COVID-19, for which this period runs after the administration of the first dose.
      2. for vaccines whose use has been authorized by the World Health Organization and which do not have the authorization or recognition mentioned in A), provided that all required doses have been received, 7 days after administration of a supplementary dose of a Messenger Ribonucleic Acid (RNA) vaccine with such authorization or recognition.

        Requirements applicable to guests presenting a proof of a complete vaccination shall also apply to minor guests accompanying one or more major guests presenting such proof.

        A certificate of recovery corresponds to the presentation of the result of a biological examination of virological screening or a test carried out more than 11 days and less than six months before the flight, which concludes to a COVID-19 contamination.
    1. travel to Metropolitan France from abroad, this apply to travel from Saudi Arabia:
      1. Guests aged 12 years or older traveling to Metropolitan France from abroad shall present, prior to boarding, a sworn statement indicating that:
        • they do not show any symptom of COVID-19 and that they have no knowledge of having been in contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case within 14 days before the flight,
        • they accept to possibly undergo a biological test or examination to detect SARS-COV-2 on-site at the arrival airport.
      2. Guests aged 12 years or older traveling to Metropolitan France from abroad except from member states of the European Union, Andorra, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland and Vatican shall present, prior to boarding:
        • the result of a biological examination of virological screening carried out less than 48 hours before the flight which does not conclude to a COVID-19 contamination, OR
        • the result of a test enabling the detection of the N protein of SARS-COV-2 carried out less than 48 hours before the flight which does not conclude to a COVID-19 contamination, except for guests traveling from Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Mauritius Island, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe for which the delay is reduced to 24 hours before the flight.
    1. A quarantine or isolation measure shall be prescribed upon arrival in France for persons showing symptoms of a COVID-19 infection.
    2. Provisions applicable to Corsica only:
      1. Guests aged 12 or older traveling between Corsica and the Hexagonal territory shall present, prior to boarding:
        A proof of a complete vaccination;
        OR
        a certificate of recovery;
        OR
        the result of a biological examination of virological screening carried out less than 24 hours before the flight which does not conclude to a COVID-19 contamination, or the result of a biological test enabling the detection of the N protein of SARS-COV-2 carried out less than 48 hours before the flight, which does not conclude to a COVID-19 contamination.
      2.  These provisions apply to crew members operating these flights.
      3. Guests traveling to Corsica from the Hexagonal territory shall present, prior to boarding, a sworn statement indicating that they do not show any symptom of COVID-19 and that they have no knowledge of having been in contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case within 14 days before the flight.
    1. Provisions of paragraphs 2 to 4 do not apply to:
      1. crew members or personnel necessary for operation of passenger or cargo flights or travelling as passengers to or from their departure base, expect for the requirements of paragraphs 4-B
      2. members of delegation on official mission, or diplomatic mission staff, or international organization staff with headquarter or offices located in France as well as their spouse and children.

        For travel from abroad, guests may be authorized to derogate from the requirements of presenting a result of a biological examination of virological screening or a biological test prior to boarding if they present a permit issued by the French embassy or general French consulates. They can also derogate from the isolation or quarantine requirements upon arrival in France if the permit provides for it.
    1. For minor guests, sworn statements may be signed by their legal representative.
    2. Guests travelling to France must fill out the Digital Passenger Locator Form online before boarding via: https://app.euplf.eu/#/
    3. Before boarding, guests present to the air carrier all documents required for their travel. Failure to provide these documents shall result in boarding denial by the air carrier.
    4. The list of accepted biological examinations of virological screening and biological tests is available on the internet (Ministry of Health website).
    5. For domestic flights , guests need to obtain a valid vaccination certificate not exceeding (9) months from the 2nd dose otherwise a proof of a booster shot is required.
    • Any guest travelling from/to France six years of age or older shall wear a mask from the boarding counter and onboard aircraft.
    • Guests arriving from a green or orange country or territory (including Saudi Arabia) must follow information in the following picture.

     

     

     

  • Germany

    If you are flying to Germany, you are kindly requested by authorities in Germany to follow health guidance below to keep you protected when you travel with SAUDIA.

     

    1. All guests aged 12 years and above including transit guests must present a proof of negative test for SARS-COV-2 OR a vaccination certificate OR a proof of recovery of SARS-COV-2 before departure to the carrier.
    2. Guests, including transit guests, who have stayed in an area of variants of concern (VOC) during the last 10 days before entry must present proof of negative test for SARS-COV-2. A negative antigen-test OR proof of vaccination OR a proof of recovery of SARS-COV-2 will not be accepted.
    3. The following tests are accepted:
      • High-risk area or non-risk area (apply to travel from Saudi Arabia):
        • ANTIGEN, the sample collection for the test must not be older than 48hrs before entry.
        • PCR or POC-PCR test, the sample collection for the test must not be older than 48hrs before entry.
      • Area of variants of concern (VOC):
        • PCR or POC-PCR test, the sample collection for the test must not be older than 48hrs before departure.
    4. All guests are strictly recommend the use of medical face masks at the airport and in the aircraft as a minimum standard.
    5. Guests who intend to enter Germany and who have stayed in a high-risk area or an area of VOC within the last 10 days prior to entry must register electronically via einreiseanmeldung.de . Use of digital online procedure is strongly advised. Paper-based registration is only accepted as a replacement if electronic registration is not possible, official substitute registration form must be used.
    6. A guest is considered fully vaccinatedunder the following conditions:
      • The vaccine must be listed on the website of the Paul-Ehrlich-Institute.
      • Guest must have received all the necessary vaccination doses required for a complete protective vaccination as listed on the website of the Paul-Ehrlich-Institute.
      • At least 14 days have elapsed since the last required vaccination, except for recovered persons.
      • Guest has not stayed in an area of virus variants of concern during the last 10 days.
      • Guest who have resided and last stayed in a state whose entry requirements are not subject to reciprocity. Reciprocity reservations currently exist for the following state: China.
    7. Guest must present a digital COVID-19 certificate of the European union (EU-DCC) oran equivalent proof of vaccination before departure to the carrier. EU-DCC or an equivalent proof of vaccination must be checked by carriers against ID card or equivalent prior boarding.
    8. The vaccination certificate must contain at least the following information:
      • Personal data of the vaccinated person (at least surname, first name and date of birth),
      • Date of vaccination,
      • Number of vaccination doses,
      • Name of the vaccine,
      • Name of the disease against which vaccination was received, and
      • Characteristics that indicate the person or institution responsible for carrying out the vaccination or issuing the certificate, for example an official symbol or the name of the issuer.
      • Accepted languages of proof of vaccination: German, English, French, Italian or Spanish.
      • Interval periods: 
        - that must be observed after a vaccination for full vaccine protection to develop and 
        - that may not be exceeded between individual vaccine doses or boosters
    9. Proof of recovery means proof of immunity acquired through previous infection with the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus issued in written or digital form in German, English, French, Italian or Spanish if the proof complies with the requirements published on the internet by the Robert Koch Institute at: rki.de/covid-19-genesenennachweis taking into account state-of-the-art medical standards with regard to the following criteria:
      • the type of testing that may be used to prove prior infection,
      • the amount of time that must have elapsed after the test performed to prove prior infection or the test result needed to lift the isolation required due to the prior infection,
      • the maximum amount of time that may have passed since the test performed to prove the prior infection.

      • A twenty-four (24) hour diagnostic RAPID ANTIGEN test for COVID-19 (RAPID test).
    2. All guests, except Ukraine nationals, must fill up Passenger Locator Form via the link here obtain confirmation receipt prior one day before the flight arrival.
    3. Guests must show confirmation receipt and PLF QR code at check-in counter.
    4. All guests will be subjected to random COVID-19 rapid tests upon arrival. Upon being tested, the guest remains at the arrival gate awaiting the result of the test. If found positive, a 14-day quarantine under supervision is required either at home or at a designated temporary residence assigned by the appropriate
    5. The above obligations include children from the age of five (5) and above.
    6. Guests arriving in Greece, holding a European union digital COVID certificate, are not obliged to show an extra negative COVID test result upon their arrival. Entry of passengers arriving from European union member states and the Schengen agreement area, as well as from the thirty-five (35) non-EU countries that have joined the EU digital COVID certificate system (Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Benin, Cabo Verde, El Salvador, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Iceland, Jordan, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Morocco, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Norway, Panama, San Marino, Serbia, Singapore, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Tunisia, Togo, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Uruguay, The Vatican) are accepted provided that they display the EU digital covid-19 certificate, which contains information about one of the following:
      1. Vaccination certificate (for those who have completed vaccination for covid-19 at least fourteen (14) days before arrival) valid for 9 months after the completion of the basic vaccination and without time limit for travelers who have received the booster dose, the certificate includes the full name of the passenger, as registered in the passport, the type of vaccine given, the number of doses and inoculation dates.
      2. Certificate of recovery from covid-19, supported by a molecular test (PCR) or diagnostic RAPID ANTIGEN test for COVID-19. The European digital certificate of recovery is issued fourteen (14) days after the first positive diagnosis and is valid up to one hundred (180) days thereafter. 
      3. Certificate of a negative molecular test (PCR) for covid-19, performed by taking an oropharyngeal or nasopharyngeal smear, up to 72 hours before the scheduled arrival, or a twenty-four (24) hour diagnostic RAPID ANTIGEN test for COVID-19 (RAPID test) prior to the scheduled arrival
    7. Guests arriving from Australia, Canada and the United States of America are permitted to enter Greece under the condition that they display either:
      1. Vaccination certificate (for those who have completed vaccination for covid-19 at least fourteen (14) days before arrival) valid for 9 months after the completion of the basic vaccination and without time limit for travelers who have received the booster dose, the certificate includes the full name of the passenger, as registered in the passport, the type of vaccine given, the number of doses and inoculation dates.

    8. The above measures applicable to all guest on DOMESTIC flights regardless of destination airport.

    It’s important to follow below guidelines for India:
    1-Self-Declaration Form (SDF) for COVID need to be submitted online via Air Suvidha portal ( www.newdelhiairport.in ) before the scheduled travel.
    2-Upload a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR report. This test should have been conducted within 72 hours prior to undertaking the journey.(Children under 5 years of age are exempted from both pre- and post-arrival testing)
    OR Certificate of completing full primary vaccination schedule of COVID-19 vaccination
    3-Each guests shall also submit a declaration with respect to authenticity of the report and will be liable for criminal prosecution, if found otherwise.
    4-All guests shall be advised to download Aarogya Setu App on their mobile devices.

     
    1. Certain categories of Foreign National are permitted to enter India, including but not limited to the following:
      1. Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) and PIO card holders.
      2. All foreign nationals intending to visit India for any purpose, including their dependents on appropriate category of dependent visa, except those on Tourist Visa.
      3. All existing visas, except electronic visas (e-Visa), Tourist Visa and Medical Visa, which remained suspended shall stand restored with immediate effect.
      4. Nationals of Nepal and Bhutan are permitted to come to India from any country, including any third country.
    2. International guests subjected to pre-arrival RT-PCR testing at least 72 hours before boarding. Only guests with no symptoms allowed to board the flight to India.
    3. Foreign nationals are allowed to travel to India on Valid Tourist Visa with effect from November 15th , 2021 (through Vande Bharat Mission, Air Bubble Scheme or by any other scheduled/non-scheduled commercial flights) provided they obtain a fresh e-Tourist/ Regular Tourist Visa (from Indian Missions/Consulates or Bureau of Immigration, Ministry of Home Affairs) which would be issued for 30 days with Single entry. Tourist Visa issued before 15th October, 2021 will remain suspended.

    4. Foreign nationals holding fresh Tourist Visa (issued after 15 October 2021, in case of Group Tourists and those issued after 15 November 2021 in case of Individual Tourists) may be allowed to travel to India.

    6. All guests must submit self-declaration form on the online portal at least 72 hours before scheduled travel date. Otherwise, guests will fill out the form in the flight and submit copy to Health and Immigration officials at the airport.  Online portal can be accessed from the link here , Except the guests travelling to Kochi, Cochin International Airport (COK) are required to submit the Self Declaration Form (SDF) electronically through (Air Suvidha App.).
    7. The available newer molecular assays as well as other evolving molecular technologies, of validated and found comparable to open system rRT-PCR, can be equally considered for use.
    8. International guests arriving without RT-PCR negative certificate and not opting for RT PCR test at airport (if facility is available) or arriving at an airport where testing facility is not available would undergo mandatory quarantine for 14 days - 7 days paid institutional quarantine at their own cost, followed by 7 days isolation at home with self-monitoring of health.
    9. Guests may be exempted from the institutional quarantine and permitted for 14-days home quarantine on the following cases:
      1. Exceptional and compelling reasons such as cases of human distress, pregnancy, death in family, serious illness and parent(s) accompanied by children below 10 years, as assessed by the receiving states. Use of Arogya Setu app shall be mandatory in such cases. Exceptional must be requested through link here. The decision taken by the government as communicated on the online portal will be final.
      2. Guests who have negative RT-PCR test result certificate with the test conducted within 72 hours prior to departure. The test report should be uploaded on the portal for consideration along with a declaration with respect to authenticity of the report.
      3. All such guests opting for exemption from institutional quarantine shall undertake self-monitoring of their health and will be exempted from quarantine.
    10. All guests advised to download Arogya Setu app on their mobile devices.
    11. Guests should not book any domestic flight before you complete the mandatory institutional quarantine and have PCR negative result.
    12. All guest, must wear a Face Mask before entering the Terminal and throughout the journey as per prevailing requirement.

    Guests Traveling to Chennai (MAA), Tamil Nadu state:

    1. All guests arriving to Chennai (MAA) should have a negative RT-PCR test certificate issued 72 hours prior to their arrival.
    2. All guests have to undergo 14 days of home quarantine. (During the period, if the individual develops fever, cough, breathlessness they shall visit health facility).

An exception is made for members of the G-20 delegation and holders of diplomatic and official visas
    • All guests (Citizen, Non-Citizen, Individual) and crew are directed to complete the e-hac via “Peduli Lindungi” APP before departure from the station of origin (as explained in the attached document) and the result shall be presented upon arrival.
    • All International Guests, both Indonesian Citizens (WNI) and Foreign Citizens (WNA) must comply with the following conditions and requirements:
      1. Comply to the health protocol regulated by the Government of Indonesia .
      2. All guests, even the baby (with no exemption) must present negative result of RT-PCR from origin country, the sample to be taken maximum during last (48) hours before departure and attach it whenever there is health examination or check of e-HAC International Indonesia.
      3. Provide a printed or digital COVID 19 vaccination certificate confirming that they have received the full dose of the vaccine 14 days before departure.
    • International travelers must use the PeduliLindungi Application as a condition to enter Indonesian territory.
    • Every transportation operator at the International travel entry point must use the PeduliLindungi Application.
    • Foreign Citizens International Travelers with the purpose of tour travelling may enter the territory of Indonesia with the following conditions :
      a. Through entry points (airports) in Bali and Riau Islands.
      b. In addition to the provisions/requirements to show COVID-19 vaccine certificates and a negative result of the RT-PCR
    •  the international travelers must hold the following documents :
      i.   Visit visa or entry permit in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
      ii.  Proof of ownership of health insurance with minimum coverage of USD 100,000,_ which includes financing for handling COVID-19.
      iii. Proof of booking and payment confirmation for hotel accommodation while staying in Indonesia.
      • In the event that the head of the foreign representative and the family on duty in Indonesia can self-quarantine at their respective residences for (8) days, as referred to in letter c;
      • In the case of positive result of RT-PCR re-test during arrival hospitalization, cost for Indonesian Citizens to be borne by government and for foreign citizens at their own cost.
      • In the case that the foreign Citizens cannot afford the quarantine cost and/or hospitalization cost, the sponsor, Ministry/Institution/State-owned company which provided the consideration/permit for the mentioned foreign citizens is to be responsible.
      • For Indonesian Citizens and foreigners, a second RT-PCR test is carried out on the 7th day of the quarantine;
      In the event that the RT-PCR retest as referred to in letter (g) shows a negative result, then after being quarantined for (8) days, Indonesian Citizens and foreigners can be declared quarantined;
      • In the case of negative results as referred to in letter (9 bis), Indonesian Citizens and foreigners are allowed to continue their journey and are recommended to self-quarantine for (14) days and apply health protocols; and
      • In the event of a positive result as referred to in letter (9 bis), then treatment is carried out in a hospital for Indonesian Citizens and the cost to be borne by the government, and for foreigners all costs to be borne independently.
      • Port Health Office at International Airport and Seaport are to facilitate Indonesian or international travelers whenever they need medical emergency assistance upon arrival into Indonesia as per valid regulations;
      • Ministries/Institutions/Regional Government whose function related to Indonesian and/or foreigners to comply this Circular by issuing legal instruments which are in line and not on contrary against this Circular and valid regulations; and
      • The Circular mentioned in point (k) is an inseparable part of this Circular.
    • Quarantine requirement is waived to foreign citizens holding diplomatic visa and official visa pertaining to official visit of foreign high rank officer at the level of Minister or above and foreign citizens entering Indonesia through Travel Corridor Arrangement scheme, as per reciprocal principles and remain to comply strict health protocol
    • All International Travelers, both Indonesian Citizens (WNI) and Foreign Citizens (WNA) must comply with the following conditions/requirements:
      1. Indonesian Citizens are required to show a card or certificate (physical or digital) having received a complete dose of COVID-19 vaccine as a requirement to enter Indonesia, and in the event that Indonesian Citizens have not received the vaccine abroad, they will be vaccinated at the quarantine place upon arrival in Indonesia after the second RT-PCR inspection has been carried out with negative results;
      2. Foreigners are required to show a card or certificate (physical or digital) having received a complete dose of COVID-19 vaccine as a requirement to enter Indonesia;
      3. Foreigners who are already in Indonesia and will travel, both domestically and internationally, are required to vaccinate through a program or mutual cooperation scheme in accordance with statutory regulations; and
      4. The obligation to show an COVID-19 vaccination card or certificate (physical or digital) is excluded for child under 12 years, foreigners holding diplomatic visas, and official visas related to official/state visits of foreign officials at ministerial level and above and foreigners who enter Indonesia under the Travel Corridor Arrangement scheme, according to the principle of reciprocity. while still implementing strict health protocols.
    • Following requirements connected to showing the vaccine certificate:
      1. Holding diplomatic visa or service visa, as long as they are in official government visit or under Travel Corridor Arrangement (TCA).
      2. International travelers under the age of 18 years,
      3. The non-citizen travelling to Indonesia and have not been vaccinated due to medical reasons, It’s MANDATORY to bring the doctor certificate from the government hospital where she/he has been checked at the country of origin,
      4. Children between age of 12 – 17 years, can be accepted without showing the vaccine certificate with the following requirements:
        a. They are holding Diplomatic Visa / Service Visa
        b. They are holding Temporary Stay Permit Card (KITAS) or Permanent Resident Card (KITAP)
        c. They will be vaccinated in Indonesia (with Indonesia’s vaccine named: Gotong Royong) when they undergo the quarantine under their own expense.
      5. Children under 12 years are exempted, but they cannot continue for onwards domestic connection.
    • International transit still not be allowed until further notice.

    Departing Indonesia

    1. Departing guests to Saudi Arabia must have PCR test does not exceed (72) hours from the time the test is undertaken until departing to the kingdom in any certified hospital or laboratory by Ministry of Health Republic Indonesia as listed in the link here.

    - PCR examinations before departure for Overseas Travelers who have received full-dose of vaccinations (2 doses of vaccines) is not required.

  • Iraq

    5. All guests travelling to Erbil must fill out Health Declaration Form and Home Quarantine Pledge Form onboard the flight and before arrival.
    6. Any guest who has been in Iran in the past 30 days are not allowed to enter via Erbil (EBL) or Sulaymaniyah (ISU).
    7. Residence permits (Iqama) or re-entry permits issued by Iraq which have expired between 1 February 2020 and 1 August 2020 are still considered valid to enter via Erbil and Sulaymaniyah.

    Traveling To Kenya:

    1- All guests arriving into Kenya through any point of entry must have a certificate of COVID-19 vaccination.
    The following categories of guests are exempt from the requirement:

    1. Guests below the age of eighteen (18) years.
    2. Guests with medical conditions precluding vaccination. (required to provide a letter from a recognized medical practitioner detailing the medical reason precluding vaccination).
    3. Guests who have recovered from an active COVID-19 infection or received convalescent plasma in the preceding 90 days (required to provide a letter from a recognized medical practitioner showing that the guest may have recovered from an active infection in the preceding 90 days).
    4. Returning unvaccinated Kenyans guests who have difficulty accessing vaccines in their current country of residence. Such persons must be prepared to be vaccinated immediately upon arrival and must register for vaccination on (Chanjo-Ke) platform before departure. Proof of registration shall be required before entering Kenya.

    2- All unvaccinated guests coming to must be in possession of a valid COVID-19 negative PCR test certificate conducted within (72) hours before departure regardless of the route of entry. (fully vaccinated guests and Children below the age of five (5) years are exempt from this requirement).

    3- Unvaccinated guests arriving Kenya at any point of entry shall be subjected to rapid antigen test at their own cost of (30 USD). Any guest who test positive on antigen RDT will be subjected to PCR test at their own further cost of (50 USD) and self-isolate. Guests below the age of five (5) years are exempt from this requirement.

    4- All guests have to upload both documents (verification of COVID-19 test results and vaccination certificates) before boarding time via (globalhaven.org).

    5- All guests should fill the Travelers’ locator form on the “jitenge” platform via (https://ears.health.go.ke/international_registration) before the date of travel .

    6- All guests originating their travel or transiting through the countries under list (B) will be required to undergo a free arrival rapid antigen test at point of entry.


    Traveling From Kenya:

    - Guests travelling out of Kenya to countries requiring antigen testing, will be required to undertake pre-travel rapid antigen test at the MOH Port Health facility at the airport and the results uploaded to the Travel platform. In addition, Guests will be required to abide by the particular travel, health and COVID-19 related requirements of the destination country.

     

  • Kuwait

    Arriving Kuwait:

    • All guests of the following categories ( Non-immunized , not receiving the approved anti-Coronavirus vaccines by state of Kuwait,  not completing the required doses) arriving to Kuwait must submit negative PCR test certificate proving they are free from Corona virus and valid for (72) hours before the time of acceptance on the flight.
      Children under the age of (16) years are exempted.
    • Non-Kuwaiti passengers arriving to Kuwait must have received the booster Dose of the COVID-19 Vaccine for those who had spent Nine (09) Months after receiving the second dose, and immune should be in green color.
    • All guests shall undergo (7) days home quarantine after the arrival at Kuwait with the possibility of ending the quarantine immediately at the time of arrival if the PCR test is conducted at the time of arrival in Kuwait that proving guest is negative PCR test and free from Corona Virus.
    • Proof of Immunization:
      • For individuals who have been vaccinated in Kuwaiti: via Immune or Kuwait Mobile ID.
      • For individuals who have been vaccinated outside Kuwaiti: by presenting vaccination certificate that includes the following:
        • Name matching the one in the passport.
        • Type of vaccination received. Date of doses.
        • Name of vaccine agency.
        • Electronic readable QR Code. If no QR available, the certificate must be uploaded through the Ministry of Health Website for authentication.
    • Guests infected with Corona virus outside the state of Kuwait, and after spending the isolation period, they are permitted to enter the state of Kuwait as per the following:
      1.Immune passengers: submit positive (PCR) test result certificate between (7 to 28) days prior to the date of arrival.
      2.Non-immune passengers: submit positive (PCR) test result certificate between the period of (10 to 28) days prior to the arrival date.

    The following measures effective 01st May 2022:

    1. COVID-19 test requirement prior to departure to Malaysia and upon arrival for following group of guests are no longer required:
      - Fully vaccinated travelers age 13 years and above.
      - Guests with history of COVID-19 infection within six (6) to sixty (60) from the date of recovery prior to departure to Malaysia.
      - Guests aged 12 years and below regardless of their vaccination status.
    2. Nevertheless, non-vaccinated or partially vaccinated guests (except children aged 12 years and below) are required to:
      - Undergo pre departure test of RT-PCR or RTK-Ag Professional, two (2) days prior to departure to Malaysia.
      - Undergo RTK-Antigen test within 24 hours upon arrival in Malaysia under supervision of certified physician / medical practitioner which can be done at private clinic.
      - Undergo mandatory quarantine for five (5) days at place of residence and undergo RT-PCR test on day four(4) or RTK-Ag professional on day five (5).
    3. COVID-19 insurance for non-Malaysia guests is no longer a pre-condition to enter Malaysia (no longer required).

    The following measures effective 01st April 2022 to 30 April 2022:

    1. Guests are required to take a RT PCR with negative result (2) days before departure taken at the first point of embarkation and to upload the negative pre-departure RT PCR test result in the MySejahtera Application in Pre-Departure Form icon. Children aged (6) years and below are exempted from the test.
    2. Only ex-Positive COVID-19 guests are allowed to take RTK Antigen (Professionally Administered). Guests with post COVID-19 infection (6-60 Days) requires the following:
      - Case of admission requires ‘Fit to Travel” document from certified physician / doctor.
      - Self- isolated case requires RTK-Ag (professional).
    3. Non – Malaysian travelers are required to have travel and health insurance (minimum USD20,000).  
    4. Once completed, “Traveler Card” will appear on MySejahtera according to travelers’ vaccination status – Blue for fully vaccinated traveler or Red for partially or unvaccinated traveler (Travelers may verify their digital COVID-19 vaccine certificate on www.mysafetravel.gov.my for COVID-19 certificate issued overseas).
    5. All guests are required to do RTK-Ag test (Professional) within (24) hours of arrival which can be done at any private health facilities and shall be borne at the travelers’ own cost. Malaysia Ministry Of Health will no longer conduct any COVID-19 screen test upon arrival in Malaysia.
  • Maldives

    1. Tourists travelling to the Maldives will be provided visa on arrival. Tourists must have a hotel reservation confirmation for the entire stay in a registered tourist facility.
    2. Expatriates travelling to the Maldives shall hold a valid visa issued by Maldives Immigration.
    3. All guests travelling to the Maldives are no longer required to hold COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate and/or a negative PCR test result upon arrival to the Maldives.
    4. All arriving guests and airline crew should complete and submit the online Traveler Health Declaration form available from Maldives Immigration website portal https://imuga.immigration.gov.mv/ within 48 hours prior to their departure to the Maldives. Guests are required to present COVID- l9 Vaccination Certificate or PCR Test results on arrival and should attach the copy of the applicable documents when completing the online Traveler Health Declaration form.
    5. All arriving guests and airline crew should report to the Immigration counter if they have fever, runny nose, cough, sore throat or breathing difficulties or report directly/ to the International Border Health counter.

    On departure:

     

    1. It is the responsibility of the guest and airline crew to attain the health requirements for the country of departure. lf it is a requirement of the country of departure, then Guests and crew must carry COVID-19 negative PCR Test results or COVID- 19 Vaccination Certificate with them when arriving at the airport check-in counter.
    2. All departing guests and airline crew must report to the COVID-19 hotline number 1676 if they are having any of the following symptoms, within 24hrs of their departure time:
      (a) Fever, sore throat, runny nose, cough, or breathing difficulties.
      (b) They must verify with the COVID- l9 hotline if they need to cancel their current booking.
    3. All departing guests and airline crew must complete the online Traveler Health Declaration form for departure. The Health Declaration form for departure must be submitted before the time of departure but not exceed 24 (twenty four) hours before the time of departure.   • Mauritius

    1. Inbound Air Travel Testing Protocol
      1. Only non‑vaccinated guests 12 years and above are required to carry a negative certificate for a COVID‑19 RT PCR test conducted within 72 hours prior to the departure of their flight.
      2. Fully vaccinated guests 12 years and above do not require a COVID‑19 RT PCR test prior to travel into Pakistan, however, guests must carry an immunization certificate for Covid‑19 as valid proof.
      3. Deportees will be exempted from PCR Test requirement.
    1. Pass Track Registration / Data Submission
      1. All inbound guests to Pakistan except deportees will be required to register on Pass Track App and complete submission of requisite information prior to departure for Pakistan.
    1. Rapid Antigen Testing Upon Arrival in Pakistan
      1. Rapid Antigen test upon arrival for all direct flights from Europe.
      2. Rapid Antigen test upon arrival for at least of (50%) for inbound flights from Saudi Arabia, UAE and Qatar.
      3. Selective Rapid Antigen test upon arrival for all flights countries other than that listed in (a) and (b) above.
      4. Any and all guests producing a positive result of Rapid Antigen upon arrival will undergo (10) days of (home quarantine).
    1. Vaccination Regime for International Outbound Travel from Pakistan
      1. With effect from October 01, 2021, only fully vaccinated guests of age 18 years and above will be allowed to travel outbound from Pakistan.
      2. Pakistani guests between 15 to 18 years of age will be allowed to travel outbound from Pakistan till November 01, 2021.
      3. For Pakistani guests between 15 to 18 years of age, partial vaccination requirement will become effective from November 01, 2021, and full vaccination requirement will become effective from December 01, 2021.
      4. Foreigners / Foreign passport holders will be allowed to travel outbound from Pakistan without vaccination certificate.
      5. Guests that have travelled inbound to Pakistan before October 01, 2021, will be allowed to travel outbound from Pakistan without vaccination certificate.
      6. Guests medically advised against COVID-19 vaccination and holding a certificate from a classified specialist Doctor will also be allowed to travel outbound from Pakistan without vaccination certificate.

    2. The following categories are exempted from mandatory vaccination for inbound travel to Pakistan :
      1. Expired Visa holders and illegal immigrants/deportees are exempted from mandatory vaccination because of obvious reasons and documented.
      2. Guests (Pakistani /Foreigners) with valid medical reason for exemption of vaccination issued by Doctor (certificate from classified specialist) are allowed to enter Pakistan without Vaccination Certificate.
      3. Pregnant women are exempted from mandatory vaccination.
      4. Guests between 15 to 18 years of age exempted till 15th February 2022.
      5. Pakistani Pax less than 15 years of age are allowed to enter Pakistan without Vaccination Certificate.
      6. Foreigners/Foreign Passport holders less than 18 years of age are allowed to enter Pakistan without vaccination.
      7. Guests (Pakistani/Foreigners) who have travelled outbound from Pakistan before 1st October 2021 are allowed to enter Pakistan without vaccination certificate. Furthermore, Guests travelling through connecting flights after entering Pakistan will be allowed to continue their domestic travel.

    NOTE:

    Owing to the volatile COVID-19 situation, any and all guests arriving in, travelling within and/or departing from Pakistan may be subjected to additional stipulations as mandated by the relevant Health Authorities.

    All guests arriving Philippines from Saudi Arabia or Yellow list countries, must comply with the following requirements: 

    All Filipino citizens:

    • Fully vaccinated individuals:
      1. Negative RT-PCR test taken within forty-eight hours (48 hours) prior to departure from the country of origin will be required.
      2. International arriving passengers must have the following proofs of vaccination against COVID-19 recognized under existing IATF regulations:
        • World Health Organization International Certificates of Vaccination and Prophylaxis ;or
        • VaxCertPH; or
        • National/state digital certificate of the foreign government which has accepted VaxCertPH under a reciprocal arrangement unless otherwise permitted by the IATF.
    • Individuals who are unvaccinated, partially vaccinated :
      1. Negative RT-PCR test taken within forty-eight hours (48 hours) prior to departure from the country of origin will be required. 
      2. Additionally, they shall be required to undergo facility-based quarantine until the release of their negative RT-PCR test taken on the fifth (5th) day. After which, they shall be required to undergo home quarantine until their fourteenth (14th) day, with the date of arrival being the first day. The local government units of destination and their respective Barangay Health Emergency Response Teams are tasked to monitor those arriving passengers undergoing home quarantine.
      3. The testing and quarantine protocols of minors regardless of their vaccination status shall follow the same protocols of their parent/guardian travelling with them. Children (3) three years old and below are exempted from taking PCR Test before boarding the flight unless symptomatic.
    • Foreign Nationals:

    • Effective 10th February 2022, fully vaccinated Foreign Nationals Entering the Philippines Visa-Free required countries under Executive Order No. 408 (s.1960), as amended, shall be allowed to enter the Philippines, subject to the following conditions:
      1. Holders of passports valid for at least six (6) months at the time of arrival, and with return or outbound ticket to their country of origin or next country of destination not later than thirty (30) days from date of arrival in the Philippines.
      2. Must have the following proofs of vaccination against COVID-19 recognized under existing IATF regulations:
        • World Health Organization International Certificates of Vaccination and Prophylaxis ;or
        • VaxCertPH; or
        • National/state digital certificate of the foreign government which has accepted VaxCertPH under a reciprocal arrangement unless otherwise permitted by the IATF.
      3. Children below eighteen (12) years of age are exempted from the requirement of full vaccination and providing proof of vaccination status prior to boarding.
      4. Negative RT-PCR test taken within forty-eight hours (48 hours) prior to departure from the country of origin will be required.
      5. A travel insurance for COVID-19 treatment costs from reputed insurers, with a minimum coverage of USD 35,000.00 for the duration of their stay in the Philippines.
      6. Shall observe the existing testing and quarantine protocols in place for fully vaccinated international arriving passengers as stated in Section B of this Resolution in all ports of entry.

  • Qatar

    If you are flying to Qatar, you are kindly requested by authorities in Qatar to follow health guidance below to keep you protected when you travel with SAUDIA

    All arriving guests visiting Qatar must obtain prior approval from “Ehteraz” platform to be able to enter Qatar.

    • General policy:
    1. All guests must sign an Undertaking and Acknowledgement Form before arriving in Qatar. Citizens and residents who are fully vaccinated inside the State of Qatar arriving from one of the Green List countries are exempt from this requirement.
    2. Qatar classified countries into two lists, Green and Red, in addition to a secondary list of Exceptional Red Countries based on international and local health risk indicators and the epidemiology of Covid-19 in the different countries.
    3. Guests may be subject to random testing upon arrival in Qatar.
    4. Non-residents of Qatar must register via the pre-registration platform on www.ehteraz.gov.qa website and upload all relevant documents such as PCR test result, vaccine certificate and other relevant documents at least 3 days before arrival. Although pre-registration is optional for citizens and residents of Qatar, the Ministry of Public Health recommends that all individuals entering Qatar pre-register to ensure the best experience upon arrival in Qatar. 
    5. Guests should download the Ehteraz mobile application and activate it on their mobile phones using a local or international SIM card.
    6. All guests must sign an Undertaking and Acknowledgement Form before arriving in Qatar .Also the form is available on the Ministry of Public Health website, pre-registration platform website (https://www.ehteraz.gov.qa). Citizens and residents who are fully vaccinated inside the State of Qatar arriving from one of the Green List countries are exempt from this requirement.
    7. Guests must take a PCR test result at a medical center accredited by the health authorities in the country of departure. The test result must be negative and must be done 48 hours before arrival in Qatar. (Please see the PCR policy for more detailed guidance).
    8. Unvaccinated children below the age of 12 years travelling with immune or recovered parent/s will follow the same rules that apply to their parent/s and are not required to have a pre-travel PCR test but only post-arrival test (Rapid Antigen Test) at the following locations:
      a. Citizens and Residents: at any public/private clinic within 24 hours of arrival in Qatar and parent/s must sign an Undertaking form.
      b. GCC Citizens (non-resident) and Visitors: if parent/s are exempted from quarantine, testing for children will be at the port of entry (airport, land, sea) upon arrival in Qatar; if parent/s are subject to hotel quarantine, testing will be at the quarantine hotel.
    9. Documentary requirements for non-residents of Qatar:
      a) For GCC nationals and GCC residents who meets the immunity criteria, the following COVID health app used in any of the GCC countries shall be honored and accepted in Qatar in lieu of online pre-travel registration on condition that it reflects Immune status:

      b) COVPass health app for EU nationals and EU residents shall be honored and accepted in Qatar in lieu of online registration on condition that they meet the immunity criteria and reflected in the COVPass app. 
      Travelers who hold any of the above health apps shall be exempted from online registration and are required to proceed to any authorized private clinics for Rapid Antigen Test within 24hours of their arrival in Qatar. Pre-travel RT-PCR test is required for immune and non-immune travelers coming from the countries under Red Health Measures. Meanwhile, non-immune travelers must register on the pre-travel registration platform and submit their pre-travel PCR test.
      Travelers of the above two categories are reminded that it is mandatory to download and activate Qatar’s Ehteraz mobile health app as soon as they arrive. 
      c) Non-residents of Qatar who are non-immune/unvaccinated OR who does not fall in the above 2 categories must register via the pre-travel registration system for people entering the State of Qatar on  www.ehteraz.gov.qa website and upload all relevant official documents, where applicable, such as vaccination certificates, evidence of previous COVID-19 infection, serology antibody test results (for conditional vaccines), and PCR lab result at least 3 days before arrival. Although uploading the PCR test result is not mandatory during the electronic pre-registration process, travelers who are required to have pre-travel PCR test, must present the original copy of the PCR test result to the airlines in order to allow them to board the plane, or at the country’s ports (land and sea). Your pre-travel online registration will help accelerate your passage and clearance at the port of arrival for a better arrival experience in Qatar. 
    10. In the case of home quarantine, accommodation conditions must be appropriate, and if the property does not comply with the conditions mentioned in the undertaking, the Guest must book the hotel quarantine package through Discover Qatar's website before travelling to Qatar.

        • The name of the Guest must be identical to that on the passport.
        • Dose dates by vaccine type (one dose for Jansen vaccine and two doses for other vaccines).
        • Type/name of vaccine.
        • The serial number of the vaccine batch and QR code (if available).
      • Guests who have recovered from COVID-19:
      1. For citizens and residents of Qatar who have recovered from COVID-19 infection, or those from any GCC country who have recovered from the virus who have subsequently received at least one dose of a vaccine recognized by the Ministry of Public Health, the immunity period for a person recovered from COVID-19 is 12 months starting from the 14th day of the date of recovery, or 14 days after receiving the vaccine dose in case of recovery.
      2. Guests recovered from COVID-19 in any GCC country must provide an official certificate confirming the previous COVID-19 infection and vaccination status.

      • Guests coming to Qatar must download Ehteraz app and activate it on their mobile phones upon their arrival at the Port of Entry (PoE). To achieve this, the Guest must obtain the following:
        • A Qatari SIM card from a local telecommunications operator (Ooredoo or Vodafone).
        • Access to the Internet.
        • A smartphone that supports Android 6, newer versions or IOS 13.5 and above.
        • Download the app on the mobile either via Google Play, Apple App Store or from any online search engines.
        • Knowing that SIM cards and smartphones are available for purchase at Hamad International Airport and Abu Samra Port if the Guest does not own them before arrival.
      • Diplomats, administrative cardholders, and VIP visitors shall be exempted from this procedure. 
      • The health status in Ehteraz app shall remain in yellow throughout period of the quarantine, until a negative Covid- 19 test result appears in accordance with the above quarantine policy.
      • The health status in Ehteraz application for fully vaccinated people in the State of Qatar shall remain green with a golden frame to indicate that they are exempted from quarantine if result of the PCR test is negative and that they have completed (14) days from the date of the scheduled doses according to the vaccine.

    13. South Africa

      1. Guests required to wear face masks at all times and may only remove face masks during emergencies or when instructed by cabin crew to take them off, and must observe social distancing, ensure hand washing, and sanitize regularly.
      2. A guest who is unable to wear a face mask due to an underlying medical condition must submit a medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner to the operator prior to departure.
      3. A child under the age of two years may be exempted from wearing a face mask.
      4. All guests including transit guests must present a negative PCR test certificate negative or a COVID-19 test certificate not older than 72 hours from time of departure issued by an accredited laboratory and in line with the World Health Organization requirements.
      5. An “immunity passport”, “risk-free certificate” or “passport immunity” in respect of COVID-19 is not acceptable.
      6. If a guest is symptomatic, the necessary protocols of the Department of Health will be followed.
      7. If guests have not done COVID-19 test prior to departure or do not have valid negative COVID-19 test certificate, they will be required to remain in mandatory quarantine at a government designated facility at their own cost or at their employer cost or undergo COVID -19 testing in line with the National Health Regiments.
      8. Guests entering the Republic must provide the following to the port health official at the point of entry upon arrival:International travel from countries listed as having a high COVID-19 infection and transmission rate, is prohibited, except for business travel, holders of critical skills visas, investors and people on international mission in sports, arts, culture and science, which may be allowed with the approval of the Cabinet member responsible for Home Affairs, in which case such guest must comply with the stipulated requirements.
        1. A completed Traveler Health Questionnaire; and
        2. a valid negative PCR test result not older than 72 hours from the date of departure from the country of origin.
      9. The following category of guests are exempted from providing PCR test but must comply with applicable entry requirements set out by the Department of Home Affairs:
        1. Children below the age of 5 years.
        2. Daily commuters from neighboring countries who attend or teach at a school in the Republic.
        3. Cross border freight operators.
      10. Monitoring and testing of guests in quarantine or isolation facilities remain the responsibility of the guest or employer.
      11. Guests who need to apply for exception must direct email request to Covid19BusinessTravel@dha.gov.za supported by:
        1. a copy of passport and/or temporary residence visa;
        2. proof of business activities to be undertaken in the Republic;
        3. proof of travel itinerary; and

      12. A guest in transit who displays symptoms of COVID-19 must, upon arrival and under the direction of Ports Health:
        1. Be taken through primary and secondary screening, including COVID-19 testing, where applicable;

    14. South Korea

      Requirements 

      • Test should based on nucleic acid amplification tests (NAATs). Either a supervised Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) taken at a hospital or clinic, or DNA amplification-based PCR test (RT-PCR, LAMP, TMA, SDA or NEAR) are valid.
      • The test must be performed and the PCR negative certificate must be issued within (48) hours (two days) before the departure date. A supervised negative COVID-19 RAT result must be issued within (24) hours prior to the departure date.
      • Name, date of birth, test method, test date, test result, date of issuance, and name of testing center should be included in the test result.
      • The test result must be NEGATIVE.
      • The test method must be written in Korean or English.

      Exemption from submitting the requirement of a PCR (RAT) negative certificate 

      • Children under 6 as of the date of arrival (only if all the accompanying persons traveling with the child have submitted valid negative test results)
      • Individuals with quarantine exemption certificates for humanitarian (attending funerals) or official business reasons.
      • Individuals who departed from Korea for another country but were denied entry or otherwise did not go through with the entry procedure at another country before returning to Korea. This applies to both Korean nationals and foreign nationals, and the burden of proof is on the traveling individual.
      • Korean nationals entering Korea within 10 to 40 days of the date when they tested positive for COVID-19 ( A DNA amplification-based test such as a PCR test or supervised RAT taken in Korea or outside of Korea are areupervised RAT taken outside of Korea will be also accepted.
      • Foreign nationals on a long-term stay who had COVID-19 in Korea entering Korea within 10 to 40 days of the date when they tested positive for COVID-19, (only applied to those holding at least one of the following: residence card, overseas Korean resident card, permanent resident card, ID card of diplomatic mission in Korea or USFK Common Access Card)

      Note : Guests who develop symptoms of COVID-19 are not permitted to board the flight ( Even if they are exempt from presenting proof of a negative COVID-19 test).

       

    15. Spain

      1. Guests travelling from Saudi Arabia only need to fill out the form via https://www.spth.gob.es/ and present the QR code.
      2. Third country nationals shall be denied entry into Spain for reasons of public order and public health, unless belong to one of the following categories:
        1. Regular residents in the European Union, Schengen associated states, Andorra, Monaco, Vatican or San Marino, on their way to such country, with documentary proof.
        2. Holders of a long-term visa issued by a member state or Schengen associated state, on their way to such country.
        3. Healthcare professionals, including health researchers, and elderly care professionals going to or returning from exercising their working activity.
        4. Transport personnel, sailors and the necessary aeronautical personnel to carry out air transport activities.
        5. Diplomatic, consular, international organization, military, civil protection and humanitarian organization personnel in the exercise of their duties.
        6. Students pursuing their studies in the member states or Schengen associated states, holding the appropriate long-stay permit or visa, provided that they travel to the country in which they are studying and that the entry takes place during the academic year or within the (15) days prior to it. If the destination is Spain and the duration of the stay is up to (90) days, evidence must be provided that the studies are carried out at an approved educational institution, following a fulltime, on-site program, leading to the award of a certificate/degree.
        7. Highly qualified workers whose labor is necessary and cannot be postponed or carried out remotely, including participants in high-level sports competitions taking place in Spain. These circumstances must be justified by supporting documentation.
        8. People traveling for duly accredited imperative family reasons.
        9. People who provide documentary evidence of force majeure reasons or in-need situation, or whose entry is permitted for humanitarian reasons.
        10. Legal residents in: Bahrain, Chile, Colombia, Indonesia, Kuwait, New Zealand, Peru, Qatar, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, China, Taiwan and special administrative regions of Hong Kong and Macao, provided that they come directly from such states/territories, have transited exclusively through other listed countries or have only carried out international airport transit in countries not listed. For residents in china, reciprocity remains to be verified.
        11. Holders of a vaccination certificate recognized by the Spanish ministry of health (subject to verification by health authorities) and accompanying minors.
      3. Even if belonging to one of the previous categories, any third-country national not meeting the covid-19 health control requirements established by the Spanish ministry of health, shall be denied entry into Spain for reasons of public health. For persons arriving by air in Spain (directly or with intermediate stops) from any airport located in third countries for which quarantine requirement has been established by order of the Spanish Ministry of Health, only the exemptions set out in letters a), b), d), e) and i) shall apply, except for residents in Spain/Andorra or family members (spouses of Spanish citizens or partners with whom they maintain a registered analogous conjugal union, and dependent ascendants/descendants), provided that they are travelling with or to join them.

       

    16. Sudan

      1. All guests must presenting a vaccination certificate for one of the approved vaccines (one dose of Johnson's vaccine or two doses of the rest of the vaccines) vaccination is conceded valid 14 days after the last vaccination (with a vaccination date of eight months or less).
      2. All guests (age of 8 years old and above), who do not present the approved and required vaccination certificate, must present a negative PCR certificate with a validity of (72) hours for Arab countries and African neighboring countries and (96) hours for European, Asian and American countries from the date of the sample taking from a laboratory accredited by the arrival authority.
      3. All guests are required to fill out the arrival form.
      4. In the case of suspected infection of the Corona virus for any of the arrivals guests, the suspect will undergo a laboratory test (PCR) or a quick examination and all other related procedures that requested by the Sudanese health authorities doing what is necessary in case of a positive test.

      Arrival Guests after performing Umrah:

      1. Unvaccinated Umrah guests will undergo PCR test upon their arrival to Sudan in the expense of the Sudanese Ministry of Health.
      2. Unvaccinated Umrah guests will be vaccinated with one of the approved vaccines.
      3. All Umrah guests will be subject to (10) days home quarantine under the supervision of the concerned health personnel.
      4. In case of positive PCR test result, concerned individual will be subject to (10) days home quarantine starting from the date on which the sample is collected.
    17. Switzerland

    18. Thailand

        • Option 1 : (Exemption from quarantine):
          Guests with a negative RT-PCR test result issued within 72 hours before departure must :
          1. Register on Thailand Pass (https://tp.consular.go.th/).
          2. Attach the required documents including passport, and COVID-19 RT-PCR test result issued within 72 hours before departure (must be uploaded in Thailand Pass only).
          3. Attach proof of insurance with at least 10,000 USD coverage for medical treatments in Thailand (for non-Thais only).
            Note : Any COVID-19 test after arriving in Thailand is not required.
        • Option 2 : (Quarantine):
          Guests who cannot undergo an RT-PCR test result within 72 hours before departure or wish to be quarantined must :
          1. Register on Thailand Pass (https://tp.consular.go.th/).
          2. Attach required documents including passport, Alternative Quarantine (AQ) hotel confirmation for 5 days (including 1 RT-PCR test).
          3. Attach proof of insurance with at least 10,000 USD coverage for medical treatments in Thailand (for non-Thais only).
          4. undergo an RT-PCR test on Day 4 - 5 in Thailand during the mandatory 5-day quarantine at Alternative Quarantine (AQ) hotel.

       

    19. Tunis

      Requirements of RT-PCR Test and Vaccinations before traveling:

      • All fully vaccinated guests above (18) years must present proof of vaccination certificate against SARS-COV 2, not less than (28) days for JANSSEN vaccination, and (7) days for the rest of vaccines.
      • All unvaccinated guests above the age of (18) years, must present negative PCR Test result which does not exceed (48) hours, or a quick analysis TDR-Ag that does not exceed (24) hours upon registration to the flight.

      Test Upon Arrival:

      All arrivals guests above (18) years upon arrival are systematically subjected to TDR-Ag test or PCR test for the detection of the SARS-COV-2 virus upon their arrival in Tunis.
      In case of positive result, guests will be subject to self-quarantine for (5) days, which could be extended to (7) days in case of continuation of the symptoms.

      Electronic Form of Health Data :

      All guests travelling to Tunisia must fill up the electronic form available via https://app.e7mi.tn , same will be given to the concerned authorities at the arrival.

       

       

    20. Turkey

      Notice: Travel to Turkey for Saudi Citizens is still suspended. Saudi citizens wishing to travel must obtain and present the necessary approvals to travel to Turkey. Otherwise, travel to Turkey will be rejected.

Guests who submit the proof of (2) doses of vaccination (listed by WHO or Turkey for emergency use) (1 dose for Johnson and Johnson) provided that the last dose was at least (14) days before arrival AND/OR a proof of recovery from COVID-19 within the last 6 months starting from the 28th day of the first positive PCR test result OR PCR test report with negative result at most (72) hours OR a RAPID ANTIGEN test report with negative result at most (48) hours will be exempted from quarantine.
      2. These requirements are not applicable to transit and/or transfer guests.
      3. Guests aged under 12 are exempted from PCR/ANTIGEN test report and vaccine certificate application on entry to Republic of Turkey.
      4. Documents such as vaccine certificate, PCR/ANTIGEN test result will be checked by airline companies before travel and guests without the document will not be accepted to the travel.
    21. UAE

      1. UAE residents, GCC citizens & tourists arriving to Dubai :

        All UAE residents, GCC citizens, and visitors traveling to Dubai irrespective of the country they are arriving from will need to present one of the following :

        1. A valid vaccination certificate reflecting that the guest is fully vaccinated with a vaccine approved by the WHO or the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and includes a QR code.

                OR

        1. A valid Negative Covid‑19 Test certificate that should be based on a molecular diagnostic test intended for the qualitative detection of nucleic acid for SARS‑COV‑2 viral RNA, that is issued within 48 hours from the time of sample collection and issued by an approved health service provider, with a QR code.

                OR

        1. A valid medical certificate issued by the relevant authorities that the guests has recovered from Coronavirus SARS Cov‑19 within a period of one 1 month from the date of recovery to the date of arrival, with a QR code

          If requested, passengers must undergo a PCR test on arrival in Dubai and self‑quarantine until they receive a negative result. In the event the passenger tests positive, then they should follow the guidelines issued by the relevant Health Authority in the Emirate of Dubai.

          Note:

          Printed OR Digital PCR test certificates OR vaccination certificates (No Handwritten Reports), are accepted in English or Arabic and must include a QR Code. SMS certificates are not accepted. Self-Testing/Self-Administered PCR test results are not accepted. PCR test validity for all destinations is no more than 48 hours before the first embarkation point to DUBAI.  PCR issued in UAE can be used for reentry into UAE if within 48 hours. Children under 12 and guests with moderate to severe disabilities are exempt from PCR.

         

      1. UAE Nationals from all countries arriving to Dubai :

        All UAE Nationals are not required to present any PCR or Vaccination certificate before arriving at DUBAI. Random PCR Test on arrival only.

        An exemption is also extended to the below categories of guests from the requirement of PCR test or Vaccination or GDRFA pre-approval prior traveling to Dubai, from all destinations.

             - The inbound guests escorting a 1st degree UAE nationals’ relative.

             - Domestic workers escorting a UAE national sponsor during travel (Given that they are traveling on the same flight with the relative or sponsor). 

      1. Transit guests

        All transiting passengers are not required to present a COVID 19 PCR test certificate unless it is mandated by their final destination.

       

      1. Departing from DXB to all countries

        All guests are required to follow final destination requirements.

        a UAE Citizen above eighteen (18) years old, will be exempted from the restriction of travelling abroad and will be granted permission to travel out of the Emirate of Dubai to an overseas destination.
        - Completion of one (1) dose of an approved vaccine and a period of one month has not lapsed from the date of the vaccination and the date of travel.
        - Completion of two (2) doses of an approved vaccine.

      For Fully Vaccinated Guests:

      • Before you travel to England you must:
        • Guests do not need to take a COVID-19 test before traveling to England.
        • Guests do not need to quarantine when arrive in England

        • If test result is unclear, guest must self-isolate for 10 full days. The day on which guest took the test is day 0.
        • If test result is unclear, guest can choose to take another private test. If the result of that test is negative, guest can stop self-isolating.
        • If COVID-19 test result is delayed, guest must quarantine until guest receive a negative test result or until day 14 after arrival, whichever is sooner.
      • The fully vaccinated rules also apply to children aged 17 and under, people taking part in an approved vaccine trial, and people who are unable to have a vaccination due to medical reasons.
      • To qualify under the fully vaccinated rules for travel to England:
        • guests must have proof of full vaccination with a full course of an approved vaccine.
        • guests must have had final dose of the vaccine at least (14) days before arriving in England. The day guests had his/her final dose does not count as one of the (14) days.

        • If the test result is positive:
          • If your day 2 test is positive, you must self-isolate for 10 full days. The day you took the test is day 0.
          • You do not need to take the day 8 test if your day 2 test is positive. If your day 2 test is negative, you must take your day 8 test.
          • If your day 8 test is positive, you must self-isolate for 10 full days. The day you took the day 8 test is day 0.
        • If the test result is negative:
          • If your day 2 test is negative, you must continue to quarantine.
          • You must take your day 8 test on or after day 8.
        • If your day 8 test is negative, you can stop quarantine on whichever is later:
          • day 10 – day 0 is the day you arrived in England

      Guidance of Red List Countries:

      • Guests who have visited any of countries in the red list in the 10 days before arrival must follow red list rules.
      • Guests must present evidence of a negative Pre-Departure Test taken within 72 hours of arrival, must book a managed quarantine hotel and arrive at an approved port of arrival.
      • Only British and Irish nationals and those with residency rights will be permitted to enter.
      • A person who has been in a country or territory on the red list in the 10 days before their arrival in the UK who is travelling on a visit visa or seeking permission to enter as a visitor at the UK border is likely to be refused entry. 
      • Direct commercial and private guest flights from red list countries will not be permitted to land in England or Northern Ireland, except London Heathrow Airport or Birmingham Airport. Guests must disembark through a dedicated facility and will be escorted directly to managed hotel quarantine. 
      • Guest Locator Form for those arriving from the red list Countries:
      • Guests must book a managed quarantine hotel and include the booking reference number for their Managed Quarantine Hotel.
      • When you complete your Guest Locator Form (before 28 November only) you should:
      • Enter the address where you will be quarantining instead of a hotel address
      • Enter 9911529 in the Invoice Number field

      1. U.S. Citizens, U.S. Nationals, and U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents:

      Before boarding a flight to the United States, you are required to show one of the following:

      • If guests are fully vaccinated, they need to show Proof of vaccination and a negative COVID-19 test result taken no more than 1 day before travel.

      • If guests are NOT fully vaccinated, they must provide A negative COVID-19 test result taken no more than 1 day before travel.

      • The Presidential Proclamation and CDC’s Order do not apply to immigrants.       1. Noncitizen, Nonimmigrants:
      • Noncitizens who are nonimmigrants and seeking to enter the United States by air are required to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before boarding a flight to the United States from a foreign country.
      • If those guests are not fully vaccinated against COVID-19, they will NOT be allowed to board a flight to the United States, unless they meet the criteria for an exception under the Proclamation and CDC’s Order.

      Categories of noncitizen nonimmigrants that meet the criteria for an exception under the Proclamation and CDC’s Order include:

      • Persons on diplomatic or official foreign government travel
      • Children under 18 years of age
      • Persons with documented medical contraindications to receiving a COVID-19 vaccine
      • Participants in certain COVID-19 vaccine trials
      • Persons issued a humanitarian or emergency exception
      • Persons with valid visas [excluding B-1 (business) or B-2 (tourism) visas] who are citizens of a foreign country with limited COVID-19 vaccine availability
      • Members of the U.S. Armed Forces or their spouses or children (under 18 years of age)
      • Sea crew members traveling with to a C-1 and D nonimmigrant visa
      • Persons whose entry would be in the national interest, as determined by the Secretary of State, Secretary of Transportation, or Secretary of Homeland Security (or their designees)
      • Non-vaccinated guest travelling by air to the United States under one of the above exceptions, they will be required to attest that they are excepted from the requirement to present Proof of Being Fully Vaccinated Against COVID-19 based on one of the exceptions listed above. Based on the category of the exception, guests may further be required to attest that:
      • They will be tested with a COVID-19 viral test 3–5 days after arrival in the United States, unless they have documentation of having recovered from COVID-19 in the past 90 days;
      • They will self-quarantine for a full 7 days, even if the test result to the post-arrival viral test is negative, unless they have documentation of having recovered from COVID-19 in the past 90 days; and
      • They will self-isolate if the result of the post-arrival test is positive or if develop COVID-19 symptoms.

      Based on the category of the exception, if guests intend to stay in the United States for longer than 60 days, they may additionally be required to attest that:

      • They agree to be vaccinated against COVID-19; and
      • They have arranged to become fully vaccinated against COVID-19 within 60 days of arriving in the United States, or as soon thereafter as is medically appropriate, unless (for children) too young to be vaccinated.
      • A parent or other authorized person should attest on behalf of a guest under 18 years old. An authorized person may attest on behalf of any guest who is unable sign their own attestation (e.g., because they are too young, or because of physical or mental impairment).
      • If guests are noncitizen nonimmigrant and are fully vaccinated, make sure their vaccine and proof of vaccination are acceptable to board a flight to the United States as per the tables below.

      How the 14 days are calculated:

      • The last dose must have been given a full 14 days before the day guests board their flight to the United States.
      • Guests is considered fully vaccinated on the 14th day after the vaccination series was completed. For example, if guest’s last dose was any time on October 1st, then October 15th would be the first day that guest meet the 14-day requirement.

      1. Testing Order:
      • All guests must present a paper or digital documentation of a negative PCR test. Children under 2 years old do not need to test:
        • If fully vaccinated, the test must take place within 1 day of departure
        • If not fully vaccinated (and allowed to travel under an exception), the test must take place within one day of travel.
      • OR a guest can present a documentation of recovery in the form of both:
        • A positive test no more than 90 days before a flight and
        • A letter from a licensed health professional stating that the guest has been cleared to travel
