Saudi Arabia

Flights to Saudi Arabia
If you are flying to The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you are kindly requested by health authorities in Saudi Arabia to follow health guidance below to keep you protected when you travel with SAUDIA.
- Non-Saudi nationals holding Tourist Visas are not allowed to enter the Kingdom during COVID-19 pandemic.
- Travelling with ID has been suspended for GCC citizens.
- All arriving guests including the members of diplomatic missions accredited in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and their families (except Saudi citizens and children below 8 years of age) must provide negative PCR test certificate issued from a verified laboratory does not exceed (72) hours from the time the test is undertaken until departing to the kingdom, and guests who did not provide the certificate will be denied from boarding the airplane.
- Above points not applied on countries that suspended from traveling to/from the kingdom in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 as decided by the competent committee as a result of COVID-19 outbreak in these countries. Travel suspended (except guests with official government invitations and health practitioners from India and their families) to and from India, Brazil and Argentina, including any person who has been in these countries in the last (14) days prior to their arrival to the Kingdom.
- All guests must fill out and sign Health Disclaimer Form below before arriving to KSA airports then hand it over to health control center upon arrival at airport.
- All guests will undergo 3-days self-quarantine at home after arriving to the kingdom, then take PCR test after 2 days. If PCR test not conducted, self-quarantine at home continues for 7 days.
- All guests must download and register on Tatamman and Tawakkalna Applications.
- Guests must assign home location Through Tatamman app within 8 hours of arrival.
- Guests most monitor COVID-19 symptoms, and immediately call 937 if any symptoms appeared or go to primary healthcare center or emergency if necessary.
- Guests must do daily health assessment in Tatamman app.
- Guests must follow precautionary procedures during self-quarantine at home as stated in the Health Disclaimer Form.
- aircraft crews coming to Saudi Arabia and guests who need to leave Saudi Arabia are permitted to leave before completing the approved quarantine period, according to the following conditions:
- They do not show symptoms of suspected infection with Corona virus.
- To go directly from the quarantine to the airport.
- The presence of negative PCR test result for a sample taken after arrival in KSA, with exception of aircraft crews.
- Lifting the suspension of all international flights and travel to the Kingdom. Passengers are permitted to travel to Saudi Arabia in compliance to the following:
- The transport of Non-Saudi Citizens arriving from the United Kingdom, South Africa as well as from any other country being specified by the competent health authorities, in which the strain of the new Corona Virus (B.1,7,1,7) is spread, shall spend no less than (14) days outside the country in which the new strain of Corona Virus is spread before entering the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a PCR examination after the expiration of this period proving that passenger is free from infection of COVID-19.
- Saudi Citizens and who are allowed to travel into the Kingdom for humanitarian and urgent cases arriving from countries where the strain of the new Corona Virus is spread are excluded from the provision in Item (1) above and shall be quarantined in their homes for a period of (14) days.
- Passengers who are arriving from countries in which cases of the strain of the new Corona Virus were registered shall be quarantined in their homes for a period of (7) days.
- Passengers who are arriving from the rest of other countries, the (7) days mandatory home quarantine shall be applied or (3) days at least with mandatory laboratory PCR exam.

The preventive measures applied in Saudi Arabia in regard for COVID-19 and the penalties for violating it :Before travelling:
- If a person who intend to travel to Saudi Arabia was diagnosed with COVID-19 or was in contact with a person diagnosed with COVID-19, he/she should declare to health authorities at their country, and not to travel until 14 days after diagnosis or last contact. Violations are subject for prosecution under (Health Control at Points of Entry Regulation). They would be subjected to fines not exceeding (500,000) Saudi Riyals, and held accountable to consequences of their violation on others.
- Perform COVID-19 PCR within the timeframe assigned by Saudi Arabia, and test result is proof of COVID-19 clearance. Violators will be denied entry to Saudi Arabia.
Upon arrival:
- If respiratory symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath) are present, declare to Health Control Centers.
- Sign documents required by health authorities and submit to relevant authority at point of entry.
- Download and register to applications required by health authorities.
- Violations are subject for prosecution under (Health Control at Points of Entry Regulation). They would be subjected to fines not exceeding (500,000) Saudi Riyals, and held accountable to consequences of their violation on others.
After entry:
After entry:
- Comply with isolation/quarantine according to time and location decided and mentioned in documents signed by traveler, update health status and report symptoms to health authorities. Violations of isolation/quarantine requirements are subjected to penalty not exceeding (200,000) Saudi Riyals or imprisonment for up to 2 years, or both. Repeated violations are subject to doubled penalties.
- Comply with preventive measures after completion of isolation/quarantine period:
- Social distancing and violation of preventive measures is penalized by (1,000) Saudi Riyals, including not using face-masks, not maintaining social distancing, refusing temperature screening at entrance to public or private facilities, and not complying with assigned protocols for persons with fever. Penalties are doubled when violations are repeated.
- Avoid large gatherings and not to invite to such gatherings. Violations are penalized by (10,000) Saudi Riyals. Penalties are doubled when violations are repeated.
- Maintain hand washing with soap and water and sanitization.
- Request healthcare when symptoms suggestive of infection appear, by calling health authorities on 937 and comply with preventive measures to protect the public.

Oman

Traveling to Oman:

GCC citizens, residents with valid residency permits and passengers with valid visa are allowed to enter the Sultanate without prior approval.
- All guests arriving in Oman are required to present a negative COVID-19 PCR test conducted within seventy two (72) hours prior to the scheduled time of arrival in Oman. The COVID-19 PCR test shall be a validated and certified medical test result written in Arabic or English.
- All guests arriving to the Sultanate of Oman are required to have international health insurance covering the cost of treatment from Covid-19 for one month except for citizens, GCC nationals and guests with free treatment card.
- Before departure to the Sultanate of Oman, guests must complete pre-registration via https://covid19.emushrif.om/traveler/travel for the PCR test in Oman, pay the twenty five (25) OMR test fees and download Tarassud+.
- All guests arriving to the Sultanate of Oman are subject to COVID-19 PCR test on arrival, (Tarrasud+) bracelet, quarantine for seven (7) days and COVID-19 (PCR) test on the eighth day.
- Children from aged 15 years and less are exempted from COVID-19 PCR test and Tarassud+ bracelet.
- Diplomats working at foreign embassies accredited to the Sultanate of Oman and diplomats visiting the Sultanate are exempted from COVID-19 PCR test, Tarassud+ and the bracelet however, they are subject to a seven-day quarantine.

Departing from Oman:

Kuwait

If you are flying to Kuwait, you are kindly requested by Kuwaiti authorities to follow health guidance below to keep you protected when you travel with "SAUDIA".
Restrictions of entry:
- Non-Kuwaiti guests of all other nationalities arriving directly from the counties listed below even if transiting via other countries which are not listed, are not allowed to enter the State of Kuwait until further notice. Except for guests who settled in unlisted countries for at least (14) days then conduct COVID-19 test after the (14) days and hold PCR negative result certificate. PCR certificate shall not exceed (96) hours between the test date and the arrival to Kuwait.
- All employees of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health, who have a valid residency or holders of valid entry visa, are allowed to travel to the State of Kuwait via direct or transit flight.
- Guests who have a first-degree relative (husband - wife - children) or joining the family relative of the employees of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health, are allowed to travel to the State of Kuwait via direct or transit flight, provided that he/she has a valid residency or a valid entry visa.
- Domestic workers who have valid residency coming from India, The Philippines, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh or Nepal are allowed to enter the Kuwait via one of the two options below:

Via direct flight provided that they register on (belsalamah.com) and obtain a valid PCR certificate with negative result from COVID-19 issued no later than 96 hours from the test date and arrival time to Kuwait by an accredited laboratory listed in in the Medical Utility Network Accreditor (MUNA) system.
- Via an intermediary country not mentioned below and settled in that country for a period of 14 days. After the 14th day, they must obtain a valid PCR certificate with negative result from COVID-19 issued no later than 96 hours from the test date and arrival time to Kuwait.

Singapore Departure Instructions:
- Tickets must be booked electronically or by telephone and received by email.
- Guests must provide information about their health status on request. If required by the destination, guest must provide a certificate from an accredited health center, stating they are free from Coronavirus infection and only travel during the period of validity of the certificate.
- Kuwaiti citizens must provide health insurance for the duration of travel and this must include possible treatment for Coronavirus infection.
- Guests must ensure they understand the travel information provided and follow the procedures of Kuwait International Airport during departure and the relevant procedures on arrival at their destination.
- Guests must attend the airport at least 4 hours before traveling.
- Guests must register with the (Kuwait - Traveler) application and submit the relevant barcode at all stages of travel.
- Entry to Airport Terminal is not permitted, except for travelers and Airport employees, with exception of those assisting passengers with special needs or restricted mobility, the elderly or other special cases that require their presence at the airport.
- Carry-on luggage allowed on the aircraft while adhering to the permitted size and weight.
- Follow health guidance by wearing mask, wearing gloves, using hands sanitizer, and practicing social distance.
Arrival Instructions:
- All guests arriving to Kuwait must fill out Shlonik Consent and Shlonik guidelines as stated in the attached document. Guests need to submit the consent to the staff of Ministry of Health of Kuwait.
- All guests arriving to Kuwait must fill out Home Quarantine Consent and follow home quarantine guidelines as stated in the attached document. Guests need to submit the consent to the staff of Ministry of Health of Kuwait.
- All guests must register on Shlonak App before boarding on the airplane.
- Every guest must provide a PCR test certificate with negative result from an accredited health center and ensure that the certificate issued within (96 hours) from the date of the examination until the date of acceptance on board the flight. Children under the age of (6) years are exempted from performing the (PCR) test..
- PCR certificate must be issued in English language from one of the laboratories approved by the concerned authority in Kuwait which are listed here.

SAUDIA will not accept any guest showing any symptoms of high temperature or symptoms of Corona virus.
- All arriving guests will undergo mandatory quarantine for 14 days in their homes.
- Random PCR test will be taken for 10% of arriving guests from each flight.
- Guests traveling back to the State of Kuwait within 4 days and hold PCR test certificate issued by The State of Kuwait will not undergo PCR test, with guests compliance with all health conditions.

Bahrain

All guests will undergo PCR test (at their own expense) upon their arrival and another PCR test conducted after 10 days, the total costs of which is BD 40.
- All guests must be self-isolated for 10 days.
- Any guest staying in Bahrain for ten (10) days or longer must repeat the PCR test on the 10th day following their arrival in the Kingdom.
- Test fee shall be paid in advance by the guest through BeAware App or self-service payment kiosks at the destination airport.
- Guests shall install and register on BeAware Bahrain app.
- The compulsory 10-day quarantine will be lifted for all incoming guests whose PCR test results become negative for the PCR test taken upon arrival.
- All incoming guests must sign a declaration stating that they will follow the Ministry of Health regulations regarding self-isolating until receiving their PCR test result and confirmed negative.
- Guests whose PCR test results become positive will be contact by Ministry of Health on the contact detail provided by guests upon arrival to Bahrain.
- Entry is restricted to Bahraini citizens, residents, GCC citizens who do not need a visa, passengers eligible to obtain a visa on arrival, guests with a valid eVisa, diplomats, military personnel, airline crew, or holders of official service or UN passports.

UAE

Dubai:
- GCC citizens traveling to UAE are allowed to enter with their passport only, and no guest will be processed by immigration if holding national ID.
- Guests with Dubai issued residence visa must obtain GDRFA approval before planning their return trip to Dubai from the link here.
- Guests with UAE residence visa from other emirates except Dubai must obtain ICA approval before planning their return trip to UAE from the link here.
- Tourists with valid visa or visa on arrival are not required to get any approvals from GDRFA or ICA.
- All UAE Nationals not required to conduct PCR test before arriving at DXB/DWC as they will take PCR test upon arrival only.
- All guests whose travel originating from GCC countries to DXB/DWC not required to conduct PCR test before arriving at DXB/DWC as they will take PCR test upon arrival only.

UAE residents arriving at DXB/DWC from the listed countries must take COVID-19 PCR tests 96 hours before departure.
- Tourists arriving at DXB/DWC from the listed countries must take COVID-19 PCR tests 96 hours before departure.
- Upon arrival at DXB, guests might be randomly selected for secondary PCR who then will be required to download the COVID19 – DXB Smart App and self-isolate until their PCR results come out.
- Transit guests arriving at DXB/DWC from the listed countries must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate.
- UAE residents arriving at DXB/DWC from unlisted countries have the option to present a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate or take the test upon arrival in Dubai.
- Tourists arriving at DXB/DWC from unlisted countries must present a negative COVID 19 PCR test certificate, except for guests coming from the UK and Germany who have the option to take a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival in Dubai.
- All transiting guests arriving at DXB/DWC from all countries are not required to present a COVID 19 PCR test certificate unless it is mandated by their final destination.
- Children under the age of 12 and guests with moderate to severe disabilities are exempted from PCR.
- For guests choose to conduct PCR test prior to departure, they must carry a printed copy of the certificate in English or Arabic languages (no handwritten reports).
- Negative PCR test certificates must not exceed 96 hours before departure.
- All citizens of the Federal Republic of Nigeria wishing to enter the United Arab Emirates with a visit visa are required to obtain the following documents and maintain them on their person prior to presenting themselves at the check-in counter:
- Valid Return Ticket.
- Hotel Booking or sufficient proof of accommodation address covering the full length of their stay in the United Arab Emirates as per the duration stated in their booking.
- Negative PCR Test result obtained within a 96-hour window prior to departure.
- Valid Health Insurance covering the full duration of their stay in the United Arab Emirates.
- The above requirements do not apply to the following categories:
- Nigerian citizens already holding valid Resident Visas.
- Nigerian citizens transiting through any of the nation’s airports to a third destination.
- Holders of visit and tourism visa from five nationalities only (Pakistan, India, Afghanistan, Nepal, Bangladesh) must hold valid round-trip tickets.
- All guests transiting at DXB from all other countries or departing from DXB to all countries are required to follow final destination requirements.

GCC citizens traveling to UAE allowed to enter with their passport only, and no guest will be processed by immigration if holding national ID.
- Only the following visas and entry permits allowed to enter AUH:
- Domestic workers (maid, Cooker, babysitter, Private Driver).
- Employees working for the country's government and semi-government organizations and other vital sectors.
- Eligible guests for visa on arrival are free to visit Abu Dhabi and obtain visa on arrival with compliance to all other measures.
- Guests with UAE residence visa from other emirates except Dubai must obtain ICA approval before planning their return trip to UAE from the link here.
- All guests must obtain entry permission from ICA website before booking their flight via the link here.
- Guests need to show negative PCR test result from approved labs before arriving to AUH from their origin destination or connecting via their destination to AUH. List of approved labs are on the link here.
- Validity of PCR test result shall be 96 hours from the time the certificate was issued till arrival to AUH.
- Guests must hold a hard copy of PCR certificate.
- Guests will undergo PCR prior immigration upon their arrival at AUH.

- Guests who arrive to the UAE through Abu Dhabi International Airport but wish to go straight to another emirate, must use Airport Taxi only. In case that guest refused to use the airport taxi, then the procedure of arriving to Abu Dhabi will be applied and guest should wear the tracking medical wristband and stay for 14 days in Abu Dhabi for quarantine purposes.
- Guests should download ALHOSN app prior departure as it is mandatory for tracking purposes when arriving to AUH.
- UAE nationals must register in TAWAJUDI prior traveling from AUH.
- All guests must fulfill all requirements by country of destination including special medical requirements. Holding medical insurance is recommended.

Egypt

If you are flying to our destinations in Egypt, you are kindly requested by Egyptian authorities to follow health guidance below to keep you protected when you travel with SAUDIA:
- Wear your face mask all time during flight
- Allow safe distance between you and other guests
- All guests from all nationalities including Egyptian citizens must hold negative PCR test result issued within 72 hours at flight time, except children under 6 years old.
- PCR test certificate must fulfil the following conditions:
- Shows time and date on which the sample has been collected as the time/date of collecting the sample are counted for shall not exceed (72) hours upon arrival.
- Hard copy issued in Arabic or English language.
- Issued by an official and accredited test center in the country of departure and has the laboratory’s stamp and has no deleting, editing or altering sign.
- It shows the type of sample taken.
- It shows the type of the test performed and must be (RT-PCR).
- Guests leaving Egypt with a valid PCR issued in Egypt are not allowed to use the same PCR Certificate when returning to Egypt even if the PCR certificate is still valid (within the 72 hours) as the PCR certificate is valid for a single use only and guest shall have another PCR certificate for re-entering Egypt.

Iraq

PCR test is not Mandatory for guests travelling to Erbil.
- Guests with a PCR test that is valid for 48 hours, will take the fast-track at immigration after their temperature checked.
- Guests without a valid test, will pay for the PCR test that costs 60,000IQD or 50 USD.
- All guests regardless to PCR test must undergo self-quarantine for period of 14 days.
- All guests travelling to Erbil must fill out Health Declaration Form and Home Quarantine Pledge Form onboard the flight and before arrival.
- Any guest who has been in Iran in the past 30 days are not allowed to enter via Erbil (EBL) or Sulaymaniyah (ISU).
- Residence permits (Iqama) or re-entry permits issued by Iraq which have expired between 1 February 2020 and 1 August 2020 are still considered valid to enter via Erbil and Sulaymaniyah.

Lebanon

- All passengers, except children under 12 years age, MUST show at check in counters a negative PCR test not exceeding 96 hours from the time of the test result until their arrival into Lebanon.
- All passengers MUST fill electronically before their flight’s departure the Medical Form via the link here.
- All Passengers arriving to Lebanon, except Children under 12 years age, UNIFIL and members of diplomatic delegations acting in Lebanon, must perform a PCR test upon their arrival to Beirut International Airport BRHIA at their own expenses (costed 50 USD).

All passengers arriving to Lebanon shall have a prepaid hotel booking for 48 hours in one of the following hotels designated by the Ministry of Tourism in Lebanon with discounted rates.
- After arriving to Lebanon, passengers shall remain quarantined for a period of 48 hours until the result of the PCR test conducted at the airport is issued, and then:

If the test result was negative, they move to their places of residence, keep quarantined for 5 more days and then they shall perform another PCR test Health, at their own expenses.
- If the test result was positive, passengers shall follow the instructions of the Ministry of public Health.

Exemptions:

Diplomats and their families, officials, official delegations, officers, members of the UNIFIL and land-transiting Passengers to Syria through Beirut Rafic Hariri International Airport are exempted from the hotel quarantine.
- Passengers, who have been vaccinated by Covid-19 vaccine with a medical report certifying that, are exempted from the hotel quarantine and must perform a PCR test at the airport upon their arrival to Lebanon, as a precautional measure.
- Passengers who travelled out of Lebanon and will return within one week, that is, those who travelled during one day of the week and will return on the same day during the following week, are exempted from doing PCR test in the countries of departure, and must perform a PCR the airport upon their arrival to Lebanon, and then they shall be home quarantined until they are informed by the test result.

Jordan

If you are flying to Jordan, you are kindly requested by authorities in Jordan to follow health guidance below to keep you protected when you travel with SAUDIA.
- Guests (except children below 5 years of age) shall obtain PCR test with a negative result within 120 hours before departure. Guests shall expect to take another PCR test upon arrival.
- Guests shall install (AMAN Application) on mobile phone which can be downloaded via the link here.
- Non-Jordanians guests (except medical tourism patients) shall obtain health insurance to cover COVID 19 treatments in Jordan.
- All guests (except children below 5 years of age) will undergo another PCR test upon arrival.
- All guests arriving from all countries will undergo 7-days self-quarantine after negative PCR test.
- Diplomats and employees of regional and international organizations (and their dependents and family members holding special or/and regular passports) residing in Jordan must have a special QR code and they are exempted from:
- PCR test before departure.
- PCR test upon arrival.
- Health insurance.
- Guests shall submit online the Health Declaration and Locator Form via the link here and obtain QR code which is mandatory for boarding.
- Medical tourism patients visiting Jordan who are registered in Salamtak platform are exempted from submitting QR code and obtaining health insurance.
- Any guest gives falsified or incorrect information is subject to a fine 10,000 JD.
- International transfer guests allowed at Jordanian airports provided that guests hold PCR test conducted 72 hours before arrival and the planned transfer time does not exceed (6) hours.
- Any guest who left the UK less than 14 days prior to the departure to Jordan will not be permitted to enter Jordan.

If you are flying to one of our destinations in Tunis, you are kindly requested by Tunisian authorities to follow guidelines below to keep you protected when you travel with SAUDIA.
- Starting from 22 December 2020 until 20 January 2021, suspension imposed on arrival, departure and transit flights to and from the United Kingdom, South Africa and Australia. All guests coming from these countries are not allowed to enter or transit through all Tunisian airports.
- All arriving guests must fill out required information online before the flight date via the link here.
- Each guest (except children under the age of 12 years) must hold a valid certificate of negative RT-PCR test not exceeding 72 hours from the issuance time of the certificate until check-in time at the airport of departure.
- If a guest failed to present negative RT-PCR certificate, the guest must undergo mandatory quarantine for 3 days in one of the dedicated hotels and take RT-PCR at the expense of the guest. If the test result is negative, the guest continues to self-quarantine as below.
- All guests including children under 12 must undergo mandatory self-quarantine for 14 days at home or a hotel among the hotels dedicated to mandatory quarantine to accommodate there during the period of mandatory quarantine. Guests must pay the accommodation costs in advance and present the confirmation of the reservation and payment document (Voucher) when checking- in at the airport of departure to Tunisia.
- In the case that the guest wishes not to complete the entire period of 14 days of self- quarantine, the guest must spend at least 7 days in self- quarantine then perform an RT-PCR test at his expense on the 7th day of self- quarantine. If the test result is negative, the quarantine will be lifted.
- Guests must fill Quarantine Commitment Form and comply with the required health procedures.
- If the guest’s arrival to Tunisia is for urgent family or professional or health reasons and he couldn’t carry out the RT-PCR test, a special prior authorization is required from the competent authorities, with an obligation to submit all justifications and the program of the visit or mission and to comply with the health measures required for COVID-19 prevention.
- Guests arriving on charter flights are exempt from the requirement of submitting an RT-PCR-PCR test and subject to the health protocol decreed by the Ministry of Tourism and Crafts as part of tourist groups and supervised residences in hotels.
- Returning guests to Tunisia after a short stay abroad (less than 120 hours) are required to undergo self-quarantine for 7 days at home or a hotel among the hotels dedicated to mandatory quarantine to accommodate there during the period of mandatory quarantine. Guests must pay the accommodation costs in advance and present the confirmation of the reservation and payment document (Voucher) when checking- in at the airport of departure to Tunisia. If the symptoms of COVID-19 appeared on a guest, the concerned guest must carry out an RT-PCR test at his expense.
- Guests staying in Tunisia for a short period (less than 120 hours) required to submit a negative RT-PCR test certificate with conducting date does not exceed 72 hours at check-in time.
- Only Tunisian guests, foreigners residing in Tunisia, foreigners having a Tunisian spouse, foreigners having an official residence in Tunisia and diplomats accredited in Tunisia, are accepted on board flights to Tunisia, with the obligation to present supporting documents (residence permit, certificate of ownership in Tunisia, letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Tunisians abroad or verbal note issued by the embassy concerned).
- Foreign patients coming for treatment in Tunisia accepted on board flights to Tunisia according to the following conditions:
- Maximum of one accompany is allowed with the exception of babies and minor children with whom both parents are allowed to accompany.
- Hold negative RT-PCR certificate for the patient and the companion which completion date doesn’t exceed 72 hours on arrival at the Tunisian borders.
- Possession of the authorization granted by the Ministry of Health for the patient and the companion to travel to Tunisia.
- Transiting guests through Tunis Carthage International Airport must comply with following guidelines:
- Guests must hold negative PCR test certificate does not exceed (72) hours from the issuance time at the time of first flight in the originating station with due consideration to the conditions applicable in the final destination.
- Guest must show the boarding pass of the connecting flight to the final destination.
- Transiting time in Tunisia airport must not exceed (24) hours.
- Guest must comply with all requirements by the country of the final destination.
- All guests must comply with the sanitary measures required by the health protocol and apply self-protection rules (permanent masks, physical distancing, continuous hand disinfection with soap and alcohol, etc.)
Quarantine Commitment Form:
The Quarantine Commitment Form must be filled and signed at check-in before boarding then provide it to SAUDIA flight attendant when onboard when requested.

- The guest must continue his/her trip on the same airline which carried him/her to Tunisia.

- All guests must hold nucleic acid test (NAT) and Blood IgM test report with negative result performed within 48 hours before boarding in medical centers approved by China Embassy. Original test reports will be checked at check-in counter.
- If guest coming from third country, should conduct NAT and Blood IgM test in the third country.
- All Chinese and non-Chinese guests must send within 24 hours after getting the negative test results a scanned copy of the page of personal information of their valid passport, a scanned copy of their test results (NAT and Blood IgM) along with the Endorsed Health Declaration Form (attached) dully filled and signed via email to China Embassy or consulate to receive green health code with the "HS" mark or a green health declaration code with the "HDC" mark before boarding the flight. - Only guests who can present green health codes or green health declaration codes or official forms are allowed on board.

- For direct flights to China, only those codes issued by the embassy or consulate in the country of departure are valid. Codes issued by any other authority are invalid.
- All guests will be subject to another NAT and IgM Ab tests upon arrival.
- All guests must hold printed filled Health Declaration form approved by China Embassy in the last point from which the guest is coming from.
- All arrived guests should go for 14-days quarantine on their own cost in one of the approved quarantine hotels by China Government.

United Kingdom (UK)

- All guests arriving into the UK must complete an online UK Passenger Locator Form before entering the UK via the link here, unless they are exempt as listed in the link here. Upon completing the form, individuals will receive an electronic copy of their form confirming that they have completed the form, and the specific details entered.
- Guests traveling from Saudi Arabia to the UK are no longer required to self-isolate as Saudi Arabia is one of the exempt countries from the self-isolation. Guests need to check the exempt countries list immediately before travel as this list can change at short notice. Updated list of exempt countries is in the link here.
- Effective 15th December 2020, guest may reduce the 14-days self-isolation period upon receipt of a negative COVID-19 test from a private provider after five days of isolation.
- The list of providers will be available on gov.uk closer to implementation on 15 December.
- If, for any reason, a guest who has not booked a test changes their mind once they have arrived, they can still book a test as long as they resubmit their passenger locator form.
- Using an NHS Test and Trace test will not legally permit anyone to be released from self-isolation.
- Penalties for those breaching the self-isolation rules when arriving from non-exempt countries have increased from £1,000 for first offences up to £10,000 for subsequent offences, mirroring penalties for those breaching self-isolation following a positive COVID-19 test or have had close contact with someone who has tested positive.

Netherlands

Italy

- There are no restrictions on travel to Italy from Saudi Arabia (provided that guests have not stopped over in or transited through the countries included in lists C or E, in which case the relevant restrictions shall apply) for:
- Italian, EU, Schengen citizens and their family members.
- Holders of long-term resident status and their family members (Directive 2004/38/EC)
- Other guests traveling from Saudi Arabia are allowed to enter Italy only for specific reasons, such as work, health or study, or absolute urgency, returning to one's home, domicile, or dwelling, i.e. travel for tourism is NOT allowed.
- Guests must travel to their final destination in Italy by private transport and, if taking a connecting flight, without leaving the airport transit area. In Italy, they will also be required to self-isolate for 14 days, under the supervision of the competent local Health Authority.
- All guests must fill Self-Declaration Form below with correct information, then provide signed form when requested at the origin station.
- All guests must fill Purpose of Entering Italy Form below, then provide signed to Police Department when requested upon arrival.
- Guests will undergo self-isolation for 14 days.

Temporary travel restrictions apply to all non-essential travel from third countries to the Federal Republic of Germany except the following:
- German citizens.
- Guests who have resided and last stayed in Australia, New Zealand, Thailand and Uruguay.
- EU citizens and third-country nationals with current right of residence in Germany,
- Healthcare workers, health researchers and geriatric care workers,

Spain

If you are flying to Spain, you are kindly requested by authorities in Spain to follow health guidance below to keep you protected when you travel with SAUDIA.
- YOU SHOULD NOT TRAVEL if you have symptoms compatible with COVID-19 (fever, cough, breathing difficulties), of recent onset, if diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days or if you have had close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last two weeks.
- Make sure you have filled out and signed your FCS Form online via the link here or in SpTH app. If you have difficulties filling out the electronic form, you may fill out and print the attached form before traveling to show it at the health control counter in the airport of your arrival in Spain.
- Make sure to obtain QR code as you will have to present a soft or hard copy of it at the health control office at the airport to continue your trip.
- Each guest must fill out a form and will hold responsibility about the accuracy of its information. If the guest is minor, dependent, or disabled, the form can be filled out by their companion who will be responsible for the veracity of the information provided.

- The restriction of third country nationals from entering Spain has been extended until 31st January 2021 unless fall under one of the following categories:
- Regular residents in the European union, Schengen associated states, Andorra, Monaco, Vatican (the holy see) or San Marino, on their way to such country, with documentary proof.
- Holders of a long-term visa issued by a member state or Schengen associated state, on their way to such country.
- Healthcare professionals, including health researchers, and elderly care professionals going to or returning from exercising their working activity.
- Transport personnel, sailors and the necessary aeronautical personnel to carry out air transport activities.
- Diplomatic, consular, international organization, military, civil protection and humanitarian organization personnel in the exercise of their duties.
- Students pursuing their studies in the member states or Schengen associated states, holding the appropriate permit or visa and medical insurance, provided that they travel to the country in which they are studying and that the entry takes place during the academic year or within the 15 days prior to it.
- Highly qualified workers whose labor is necessary and cannot be postponed or carried out remotely, including participants in high-level sports competitions taking place in Spain. these circumstances must be justified by supporting documentation.
- People traveling for duly accredited imperative family reasons.
- People who provide documentary evidence of force majeure reasons or in-need situation, or whose entry is permitted for humanitarian reasons.
- Legal residents in the following countries: Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Rwanda, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, China and Macao special administrative regions of Hong Kong and Macao, provided that they come directly from them, have transited exclusively through other listed countries or have only carried out international airport transit in countries not listed. For residents in china and special administrative regions of Hong Kong and Macao, reciprocity remains to be verified.
- All companion animals that travel to Spain from a third country must be transported as cargo to facilitate control upon arrival.

Fill out and sign the Sworn Statement that they did not show any symptoms of COVID-19 and that they have no knowledge of having been in contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case within 14 days before the flight. They need to present the signed statement to the employee at the check-in counters and to border control authorities.
- Fill out and sign the Derogatory Travel Form upon which guests shall be authorized to enter France only for the reasons given, and present the signed statement to the employee at the check-in counters and to border control authorities.
- Guests traveling from Saudi Arabia highly recommended to hold PCR Test Certificate with negative result of COVID-19 taken within (72) hours before the flight.

Austria

All guests must follow precautionary procedures in airports and during flight, such as wearing face mask and allowing at least 1 meter as safe distance between guests. Wearing face mask is not required for children under age of 6 and persons who is not expected to wear them for health reasons.
- Guests who are citizens as well as their family members living in the same household or (habitual) residents of one of these countries AND who are arriving from one of these countries AND who have only been to these countries or in Austria within the last 10 days are free to enter Austria (no molecular-biological SARS-CoV-2-test, no quarantine): Finland, Iceland, Ireland, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Republic Korea, Uruguay, Vatican.
- Third-country nationals arriving from out of Schengen area or from out of countries as listed in 2 are not allowed to enter Austria.
- Remaining persons are required to provide a health certificate not older than 72 hours which confirms that a negative molecular biological SARS-CoV-2- test is given or are required to start a 10-days quarantine.
- Molecular biological SARS-CoV-2-test has to be made within 48 hours after arrival if not providing a health certificate and arriving from Albania, Andorra, Argentina, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic (only region Prague), Ecuador, Egypt, France (only regions Île-de-France und Provence-Alpes-Cote d’Azur), India, Indonesia, Iran, Kosovo, Kuwait, Maldives, Mexico, Moldova, Montenegro, Nigeria, North Macedonia, Pakistan, China – Province Hubei, Peru, Philippines, Portugal (only regions Lisbon and Norte), Romania, Russia, Senegal, Serbia, Spain mainland and Balearic Islands, South Africa, Turkey, Ukraine or USA.
- Exemptions apply to (persons are allowed to enter Austria, but are required to start a 10-days quarantine, which is considered to have ended if a molecular biological test / antigen test for SARS-CoV-2 is carried out at the earliest on the fifth day after entry and the test result is negative):
- Nationals of Austria, EU, EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland as well as persons living in the same household,
- people with residence or habitual abode in EU / EEA countries or Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, the Vatican, Switzerland or the United Kingdom and people who live with them in the same household
- Members of diplomatic missions and staff of international organizations as well as family members of these people living in the same household,
- Persons traveling on business,
- Humanitarian workers,
- persons who are employed by a domestic regional authority or a domestic corporation under public law and whose place of employment is abroad or whose service is performed abroad, insofar as the activity of this corporation abroad is in the interests of the Republic of Austria
- For particularly considerable predictable reasons in the family circle in individual cases (e.g. weddings, baptisms, birthday parties or the non-regular visit of your partner)
- Foreigners having a Visa D published by Austria, a documentation of the foreign police act (Fremdenpolizeigesetz), a documentation of the right of residence under the Settlement and Residence Act (Niederlassungs- und Aufenthaltsgesetz) or the Asylum Act (Asylgesetz)2
- persons who are entitled to stay in Austria on the basis of a residence permit, a residence title or documentation of the right of residence in accordance with the Settlement and Residence Act, Federal Law Gazette I No. 100/2005, or the Asylum Act 2005, Federal Law Gazette I No. 100/2005
- one accompanying person of persons having a promise of treatment issued by an Austrian hospital for medical reasons worth considering.
- people who travel to the country to begin or continue studying or doing research
- people who come to attend school
- people who enter the country for the purpose of performing a mandatory judicial or official obligation, such as summoning to court hearings
- General exemptions, regardless of where these people come from, apply to (persons neither need a health certificate nor have to start a quarantine):
- to maintain goods and passenger traffic (crews),
- exclusively for compelling reasons of animal care or for agricultural and forestry measures in individual cases,
- in the context of the implementation of a professional transfer trip / a professional transfer flight,
- in the imperative interest of the Republic of Austria,
- transit passengers or the transit through Austria without a stopover, which is also the case with only essential interruptions,
- entry or re-entry as part of the regular commuter traffic for professional purposes, unless they are carers,
- entry or re-entry as part of regular commuter traffic to participate in school and study operations,

Turkey

- Guests of 6 years old and older who visited United Kingdom or Denmark or South Africa within the last 10 days will be required before boarding, to submit a Negative SARS-COV-2 PCR Test result done within the last 72 hours prior to their entrance to Turkey. They are required to stay under quarantine for 7 days and on the day 7 they will be subjected to PCR test. If test result is Negative, quarantine will be lifted. - All guests must fill out the Public Health Passenger Locator Form before boarding the aircraft.
- Carry-on baggage other than women's purses, men's briefcases, laptop cases/bags and baby carrier bags are not allowed inside the cabin.

- All permanent residents of Russia entering Greece from Russia must have PCR certificate with negative result conducted up to 72 hours before arrival in Greece. 500 guests per week allowed to enter Greece from Russia through ATH, SKG, HER airports only.
- PCR test certificate must be issued by an accredited laboratory in the country of origin, written in English, and including the name and the passport or identity number of the guest.
- All guests – regardless of nationality and country of origin – are required to remain in isolation under quarantine for precautionary reasons for three (3) days upon arrival at their place of residence, as declared in the submitted Passenger Locator Form (PLF) except if their stay in Greece is less than (3) days and thus the restrictions applies for that period.
- All guests – regardless of nationality and country of origin – arriving from UK will be subjected to COVID-19 diagnostic rapid test and are required to remain in isolation under quarantine for precautionary reasons for seven (7) days upon arrival at their place of residence, as declared in the submitted Passenger Locator Form (PLF) except if their stay in Greece is less than (7) days and thus the restrictions applies for that period.

If the test is positive, 14-day quarantine under supervision is required at the final destination.

- Third country government members, diplomats, staff of International organizations, military personnel and humanitarian aid workers in the exercise of their duties, students, highly specialized personnel, essential to the function of the state.

Otherwise, they must hold negative RT-PCR test result even if they transit at any point in any country listed in category A. PCR test must not exceed (96) hours from the time the test has been conducted until the departure of the first flight en route to Pakistan.
Category A Countries:
Australia, China, Cote D'Ivoire, Cuba, Fiji, Finland, Ghana, Iceland, Iraq, Madagascar, Maldives, Myanmar, New Zealand, Qatar, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Togo, Vietnam and Zambia.
- All guests must download PASS TRACK APP from Google/Apple stores and enter their details before issuing the boarding pass. Alternatively, guests may enter their details online via the link here, and provide a hardcopy at check-in counters to obtain boarding pass.
- All guests must complete the International Passenger Health Declaration Form before boarding the flights.
- Following guests exempted from conducting RT-PCR test and entering their details in PASS TRACK app. However, they shall submit complete Health Declaration Form at the airport of arrival in Pakistan:
- Guests less than 12 years.
- Disabled Guests.
- High level international delegations.
- All guests required to wear surgical masks throughout the duration of flight except during meal timings.
- All guests must occupy only the seats allocated to them and not to change the seats in any case. Also, they are not allowed to congregate in the aircraft during the flight.
- The International Passenger Health Declaration Form will be collected from each guest by health staff in the arrival lounge.

Travel Restrictions For Inbound Travel From UK And South Africa:
- Pakistani Nationals with short term UK and South African visit visas and Pakistani Passport Holders including work permit holders, having any type of Visa issued by the British / South African Authorities, may travel to Pakistan in accordance with applicable rules or regulations and Standard Operating Procedures while in possession of a negative PCR Test Result conducted within the 72 hours prior to commencement of travel to Pakistan. However, any or all passengers travelling to Pakistan from UK and South Africa will be subjected to PCR Testing, Quarantine or Isolation and other stipulations as specified by the Health Authorities upon arrival in Pakistan.
- Diplomats and their families may also travel to Pakistan from UK and South Africa while in possession of a negative PCR Test Result conducted within the 72 hours prior to commencement of travel to Pakistan. However, such Diplomats and their families will be subjected to PCR Testing upon arrival and Quarantine or Isolation with their respective Embassies / High Commissions for a time period as specified by the relevant Health Authorities.
- In addition to the exemption provided in Para 2(a-b) above, passengers holding valid National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) or Pakistan Origin Card (FOG) and having stayed in UK or South Africa in the last ten (10) days prior to travel to Pakistan, may travel to Pakistan in accordance with applicable rules or regulations and Standard Operating Procedures while in possession of a negative PCR Test Result conducted within the 72 hours prior to commencement of travel to Pakistan.
- However, any or all passengers falling in the above categories will also be subjected to Rapid Antigen Tests upon arrival in Pakistan whereby all negative testing passengers will be allowed to leave the airport with the advice to self-quarantine / isolate for a period of 5 days and any or all positive testing passengers will be subjected to PCR Testing by the relevant Health Authorities with the advice to ensure strict self- quarantine at home till the results of such PCR Tests.
- All guests must download PASS TRACK App. from Google/Apple stores and enter their details before issuing the boarding pass. Alternatively, guests may enter their details online via the link here, and provide a hardcopy at check-in counters to obtain boarding pass.

- All existing visas, except electronic visas (e-Visa), Tourist Visa and Medical Visa, which remained suspended shall stand restored with immediate effect.
- Nationals of Nepal and Bhutan are permitted to come to India from any country, including any third country.

All guests must submit self-declaration form on the online portal at least 72 hours before scheduled travel date. Otherwise, guests will fill out the form in the flight and submit copy to Health and Immigration officials at the airport. Bangladesh

- All guests traveling from United Kingdom (UK) to Bangladesh (directly or through any intermediate points) will be undergo Mandatory Institutional Quarantine for at least 14 days effective 0001 BST 01st January until 2359 BST 15th January 2021.
- All guests, including diplomats of foreign missions and their recognized family members must obtain a negative PCR test certificate translated to English and issued within 72 hours of flight departure and show it to the airport authority. Children below the age of 10 exempted from the possession of PCR test certificate.
- All guests, including diplomats of foreign missions and their recognized family members arriving to Bangladesh without symptoms of COVID-19 will undergo home-quarantine for 14 days. If a guest shows symptoms of COVID-19, he/she will be sent to government authorized hospital for further checks or kept in an isolation center.
- Foreign investors or entrepreneur must obtain a negative PCR test certificate translated to English and issued within 72 hours of flight departure and show it to the airport authority. If no COVID-19 symptoms are found on arrival health check and Foreign investors or entrepreneur intended to stay in Bangladesh for less than 14 days, he/she may be allowed to leave Bangladesh. If guest shows symptoms of COVID-19, he/she shall go to hospital for further check or kept in an isolation center.
- Guests transiting through an intermediate airport(s) to Bangladesh shall not exit from the transit airport at his/her own (other than airlines requirements), or a fresh negative PCR certificate shall be obtained within 72 hours of the flight departure time from that point.
- All guests intending to depart for any international destination from Bangladesh must fulfill all requirements and follow instructions of the competent authority of the respective country of destination.

- All Filipino citizens guests coming from United Kingdom or any of the other countries/jurisdictions listed below or who have been to the same within 14 days immediately preceding arrival in the Philippines, are permitted for entering Philippine, and be required to undergo an absolute facility-based 14-day quarantine.

- Every person arriving in the Philippines must be quarantined until they have received a negative COVID-19 test result and comply with a mandatory 14-Day quarantine at home. While waiting for their results, guests must stay in a government-designated stringent quarantine facility or in a BOQ approved Quarantine hotel.
- For Filipinos travelling to MNL, the requirement of hotel reservation can be waived as hotel is provided by the government for overseas Filipino workers or may be arranged on arrival for non–workers.
- In addition to the requirements for all guests of international flights arriving in the Philippines (which includes COVID-19 RT-PCR test, quarantine procedures and pre-registration and completing the online ECIF Form), arriving foreigners need to comply with the following additional requirements:

- Exempted from the above are Singapore Citizens (SCs) or Singapore Permanent Residents (SPRs) as upon arrival in Singapore, they will need to undergo a COVID-19 PCR test at the start of their 14-day SHN. The test will not apply to those aged six years and below.

- For Travelers with Travel History to New South Wales, Australia :

All Guests who have been in Australia (excluding NSW) in the last 14 days prior to travel will be required to declare their travel history at check-in prior to their flight to Singapore and they are allowed to undergo a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival, and if the PCR test result is negative, they will be allowed to go about their activities in Singapore, without a need to serve a Stay-Home Notice (SHN).
- Singapore Citizens (SCs), Permanent Residents (PRs) and Long-Term Pass holders entering Singapore with travel history to New South wales (NSW) or Australia within the last 14 days before departure for Singapore, will be subject to a 7-day SHN at their place of residence with a COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test before the end of the SHN period.
- Short-term travellers holding an Air Travel Pass with travel history to New South Wales (NSW) or Australia, within the last 14 days before departure for Singapore, will not be allowed to enter Singapore.

- All inbound guests, except those with travel history to (Australia, Brunei Darussalam, Hong Kong, Macao, Mainland China, New Zealand, Taiwan, Vietnam and Hong Kong) in the last 14 days prior to their entry to Singapore, required to take COVID-19 PCR tests within 72 hours before departure to Singapore and present the valid negative COVID-19 test certificate when requested.
- PCR certificate must be issued by recognized laboratories that are internationally accredited or recognized by the respective governments, written in English and states the following:
- the test result;
- the date that the test was taken; and
- minimum of 2 personal identifiers as stated in the passport (i.e. name and either date of birth or passport number).
- The following are exempted from PCR test requirement:
- Singapore citizens or Singapore permanent residents.
- Guests aged six and below.
- Guests with travel history to low risk countries/regions in the last 14 days, who transited in a non-low risk countries/regions. Low risk countries/regions are Australia, Brunei Darussalam, Hong Kong, Macao, Mainland China, New Zealand, Taiwan, Vietnam and Hong Kong.
- Guests transiting/transferring through Singapore, except those with travel history to India, Indonesia and the Philippines;
- returning guests to Singapore on Reciprocal Green Lanes (RGLs); and
- Pre-approved Business Pass holders (please refer to attached template).

The guest is allowed boarding only if the date of that first ever positive COVID-19 PCR test result is between 22 and 180 days prior to the date of arrival in Singapore.
- In case found to any false or forged COVID-19 test certificates, it will affect the guest ability to obtain or sponsor immigration facilities in the future.
- Singapore Residents (Singapore citizens and permanent residents) and Long-Term Pass Holders with valid approval letter for entry are subject to 14-day SHN at dedicated Stay Home Notice (SHN) facility and must take COVID-19 PCR test before end of SHN.
- Entry for Short-Term Visitors NOT allowed except under established Green / Fast Lane arrangements or with special prior approval (Entry allowed for those on the Singapore-South Korea Fast Lane arrangement).
- All travelers entering Singapore, including Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and Long-Term Pass (LTP)/ In-Principle Approval (IPA) holders, must submit a Health Declaration online before proceeding with immigration clearance. They will have to do so via the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) e-Service which is available in English, Malay and Mandarin via the link here , or the mobile application that can be downloaded for free from Apple AppStore and Google Play.
- All guests arriving in and departing from Singapore are required to wear a mask and observe safe distancing measures throughout their flight. All guests on flights to Singapore will also be required to undergo a verbal health declaration and temperature checks before boarding the aircraft at the point of origin.
- Guests on all arrival flights at Changi Airport are subject to temperature screening. Healthcare teams will be at the aerobridges for selected flights to identify guests who look unwell because fever may not be present for all cases. South Africa

- Guests required to wear face masks at all times and may only remove face masks during emergencies or when instructed by cabin crew to take them off, and must observe social distancing, ensure hand washing, and sanitize regularly.
- A guest who is unable to wear a face mask due to an underlying medical condition must submit a medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner to the operator prior to departure.
- A child under the age of two years may be exempted from wearing a face mask.
- All guests including transit guests must present a negative PCR test certificate negative or a COVID-19 test certificate not older than 72 hours from time of departure issued by an accredited laboratory and in line with the World Health Organization requirements.
- An “immunity passport”, “risk-free certificate” or “passport immunity” in respect of COVID-19 is not acceptable.
- If a guest is symptomatic, the necessary protocols of the Department of Health will be followed.
- If guests have not done COVID-19 test prior to departure or do not have valid negative COVID-19 test certificate, they will be required to remain in mandatory quarantine at a government designated facility at their own cost or at their employer cost or undergo COVID -19 testing in line with the National Health Regiments.
- Guests entering the Republic must provide the following to the port health official at the point of entry upon arrival:International travel from countries listed as having a high COVID-19 infection and transmission rate, is prohibited, except for business travel, holders of critical skills visas, investors and people on international mission in sports, arts, culture and science, which may be allowed with the approval of the Cabinet member responsible for Home Affairs, in which case such guest must comply with the stipulated requirements.
- A completed Traveler Health Questionnaire; and
- a valid negative PCR test result not older than 72 hours from the date of departure from the country of origin.
- The following category of guests are exempted from providing PCR test but must comply with applicable entry requirements set out by the Department of Home Affairs:
- Children below the age of 5 years.
- Daily commuters from neighboring countries who attend or teach at a school in the Republic.
- Cross border freight operators.
- Monitoring and testing of guests in quarantine or isolation facilities remain the responsibility of the guest or employer.
- Guests who need to apply for exception must direct email request to Covid19BusinessTravel@dha.gov.za supported by:
- a copy of passport and/or temporary residence visa;
- proof of business activities to be undertaken in the Republic;
- proof of travel itinerary; and
- proof of address or accommodation in the Republic.

Maldives

On Arrival
- All guests must wear facemasks during their flights unless they are under 6 years old or having a medical reason for not wearing facemasks.
- Tourists travelling to the Maldives will be provided visa on arrival. Tourists must have confirmed hotel reservation for the entire stay in a registered tourist facility.
- Expatriates travelling to the Maldives shall hold a valid visa issued by the Maldives Immigration.
- Following categories of arriving guests (except children below one year old) are required to present COVID-19 negative PCR test result issued not more than 96 hours prior to departure, counting from the first port of embarkation in route to the Maldives.
- All tourists
- Special visa holders who duration of stay in the Maldives will be up to seven days
- Business visa holders whose duration of stay in the Maldives will be up to seven days
- Foreign diplomats and their accompanying family members
- Airline/aircraft crew whose transit stay in the Maldives;
- is arranged in an accommodation other than a designated transit facility
- will exceed seven days
- Crew of ships who arrive by air to sign onto a ship.
- If the guest makes a transit during the journey, the initial PCR test will be valid if the transit does not exceed 24 hours. However, if a guest makes a transit exceeding 24 hours, the guest must take a repeat PCR test within 96 hours prior to embarkation at the port of transit.
- The document containing the PCR test result should clearly show:
- Name of the guest (name as in passport)
- Passport Number
- Name and address of the testing laboratory
- Type of test stated as PCR test
- Date of sampling
- Result
- The PCR test result should be presented in paper or electronic form during airline check-in and if required at arrival.
- Children below one Year of age guests are exempted from pre-arrival PCR test requirements.
- All arriving guests shall complete the online Traveller Health Declaration Forms (HDF) before arrival not exceeding 24 hours before departure time. Guests who are required to present PCR test results on arrival, should attach the results while completing the online Traveller Health Declaration form. The HDF is available via the link here.
- The following categories of travelers are exempted from mandatory home quarantine requirements:
- Tourist(s) staying at an approved tourist establishments
- Special Visa holders whose duration of stay in the Maldives will be not more than 7 (seven) days
- Business visa holders whose duration of stay in the Maldives will be not more than 7 (seven) days
- Foreign diplomats and their accompanying family members
- Airline/aircraft crew whose transit stay in the Maldives
- is arranged in an accommodation other than a designated transit facility; and/or
- duration of stay will exceed 7 (seven) days
- Crew of ships who arrive by air to sign onto a ship

Business Visa Holders and Special Visa holders whose planned duration of stay in the Maldives is more than 7 (seven) days will be required to undergo mandatory home quarantine for 10 (ten) days (in their place of residency or work) if they are staying in a place outside the Greater Male' (Male', Hulhumale' and Villimale'). Such passengers must obtain a COVID-19 negative PCR Test result before they are released from quarantine.
- Maldivian citizens and Work Visa holders travelling to the Maldives from the United Kingdom are required to undergo mandatory home quarantine for 10 (ten) days. The 10 day mandatory home quarantine will also apply to Maldivian citizens and Work Visa holders who :
- stayed in transit in the United Kingdom for more than 12 (twelve) hours, or
- travelled to the United Kingdom within the last 14 (fourteen) days.
- Maldivian citizens and Work Visa holders travelling to the Maldives from countries other than the United Kingdom are exempted from mandatory home quarantine if they are :
- in possession of a COVID-19 negative PCR Test result (test sample taken not more than 96 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure from the first port of embarkation en-route to the Maldives)
- staying in Greater Male'

- All guests coming from a state that is not a contiguous state or a country designated under a CDC level 2 or 3 (including guests from Saudi Arabia) to New York shall undergo 14 days self-quarantine upon their arrival consistent with the U.S Department of Health regulations for quarantine.
- Guests who traveled outside of New York for more than 24 hours must obtain testing within 72 hours prior to arrival in NY, and quarantine upon arrival in NY for a minimum of three days. Guests may seek a diagnostic test on day 4 to exit quarantine once receiving negative test result.
- Guests who leave New York State for less than 24 hours do not need to obtain a diagnostic test before departing and do not need to quarantine upon return. However, such guests must fill out the Traveler Form upon entry and must obtain a diagnostic test on the fourth day after arrival in New York.

- Contiguous states are Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Vermont. Travelers from these states are not subject to this guidance.

All international commercial passenger flights will be suspended up to 31st December 2020 while the following exceptions will be permitted:

Guests in flights originated from VCBI Bandaranaike International Airport.
- Guests transiting via VCBI Bandaranaike International Airport. They must have confirmed onward connection out of VCBI Bandaranaike International Airport to an onward destination with maximum permitted transit time at the airport not more than 12 hours. Guests are not allowed to leave the airport.
- Departing flights with tourists (already in Sri Lanka) or guests having stopover in VCBI Bandaranaike International Airport with special approvals from the government.
- Humanitarian flights to Bandaranaike International Airport.

- Starting from 22 December 2020 until 31 January 2021, all Passengers originating from or transiting in England or passengers who have visited England within the last 14 days will not be permitted to disembark in Sri Lanka. Passengers who have already commenced journey at the time of this direction will be permitted to land.
- Foreigner arriving to Sri Lanka through Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) and on-arrival visa facility are suspended until further notice including the countries of Maldives, Singapore and Seychelles, even which are visa exempted to Sri Lanka. Exempted from this measure are foreign passport holders as Sri Lankans spouse and Sri Lankan parents' children under the age of 12.
- Foreigner guests departing to Sri Lanka shall carry PCR test certificate in English with a negative result for a test conducted within 96 hours before boarding.
- Sri Lanka citizen or dual citizen guests departing to Sri Lanka shall carry PCR test certificate in English with a negative result for a test conducted within 96 hours before boarding or Rapid Antigen Test conducted within (48) hours prior to boarding the flight.
- PCR test is not required from Sri Lanka citizens arriving in government special repatriation flights from Middle East countries.
- Guests shall ensure not to go out of the airport in transited country on their way to Sri Lanka. If the inbound guests go out of the Airport in another country for more than 72 hours, they shall obtain a new COVID-19 PCR report from the that country, where test conducted within 96 hours prior to boarding.
- Guests shall carry the negative COVID-19 PCR report throughout their travel and show it to the relevant authorities when required.
- All guests shall complete the Health Declaration Form before arriving to Sri Lanka.

Mauritius

- PCR tests for COVID-19 will also be carried out on day 7 and day 14.
