Saudi Arabia

Flights to Saudi Arabia
If you are flying to The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you are kindly requested by health authorities in Saudi Arabia to follow health guidance below to keep you protected when you travel with SAUDIA.
- Non-Saudi nationals holding Tourist Visas are not allowed to enter the Kingdom during COVID-19 pandemic.
- Travelling with ID has been suspended for GCC citizens.
- All arriving guests including the members of diplomatic missions accredited in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and their families (except Saudi citizens and children below 8 years of age) must provide negative PCR test certificate issued from a verified laboratory does not exceed (72) hours from the time the test is undertaken until departing to the kingdom, and guests who did not provide the certificate will be denied from boarding the airplane.
- Above points not applied on countries that suspended from traveling to/from the kingdom in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 as decided by the competent committee as a result of COVID-19 outbreak in these countries.
- Temporarily suspending entry into the Kingdom for all guests coming or passed from (Argentina, United Arab Emirates, Germany, United States of America, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Pakistan, Brazil, Portugal, United Kingdom, Turkey, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, France, Lebanon, Egypt, India, Japan) and same applies to those who are coming from other countries if they have passed through any of the aforementioned countries during (14) days preceding their entry to the Kingdom. ( Except Saudi Citizens and their families and accompanying workers , Diplomats, Health Practitioners and their families. Also, they must undergo for self-quarantine as mentioned below and providing a negative result of (PCR) test certificate for Non-Saudi nationals over eight years old.
- Family members of Health Practitioners are allowed to travel to the Kingdom from the suspended countries stated in above point #5 without the need to be accompanied by the Health Practitioner and without the need to spend (14) days out of the suspended countries.
- All guests will undergo for self-quarantine as following :
- All guests arriving from countries (Argentina, United Arab Emirates, Germany, United States of America, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Pakistan, Brazil, Portugal, United Kingdom, Turkey, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, France, Lebanon, Egypt, India, Japan) shall be quarantined in their homes for a period of (14) days.
- All guests arriving from countries in which cases of the strain of the new Corona Virus (B.1,1,7) were registered shall be quarantined in their homes for a period of (7) days.
- All guests who are arriving from the rest of other countries, the (7) days mandatory home quarantine shall be applied or (3) days at least with mandatory laboratory PCR exam.

All guests must download and register on Tatamman and Tawakkalna Applications.
- Guests must assign home location Through Tatamman app within 8 hours of arrival.
- Guests most monitor COVID-19 symptoms, and immediately call 937 if any symptoms appeared or go to primary healthcare center or emergency if necessary.
- Guests must do daily health assessment in Tatamman app.
- Guests must follow precautionary procedures during self-quarantine at home as stated in the Health Disclaimer Form.
- Non-Saudi Citizens being family members (husband, wife or children) of Saudi Citizens or home workers (driver or domestic worker) of Saudi Citizens are allowed to enter the Kingdom directly if travelling with the Saudi Citizens and without the need to spend no less than (14) days outside the country in which the new strain of Corona Virus is spread but still need to provide a negative PCR test certificate issued from a verified laboratory does not exceed (72) hours from the time the test is undertaken until departing to the kingdom.
- Allow Saudi Woman who is married to Non-Saudi Man to travel to/from Saudi Arabia accompanied by her husband or joining her husband abroad by providing marriage document.
- Allow Saudi Men who are married to Non-Saudi Women who happen to be residing abroad to travel to/from Saudi Arabia to their wives by providing marriage document.
- Traveling abroad from UK :

The Ministry of Health Disclaimer Form for passengers returning to Saudi Arabia:
The preventive measures applied in Saudi Arabia in regard for COVID-19 and the penalties for violating it :Before travelling:
- If a person who intend to travel to Saudi Arabia was diagnosed with COVID-19 or was in contact with a person diagnosed with COVID-19, he/she should declare to health authorities at their country, and not to travel until 14 days after diagnosis or last contact. Violations are subject for prosecution under (Health Control at Points of Entry Regulation). They would be subjected to fines not exceeding (500,000) Saudi Riyals, and held accountable to consequences of their violation on others.
- Perform COVID-19 PCR within the timeframe assigned by Saudi Arabia, and test result is proof of COVID-19 clearance. Violators will be denied entry to Saudi Arabia.
Upon arrival:
- If respiratory symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath) are present, declare to Health Control Centers.
- Sign documents required by health authorities and submit to relevant authority at point of entry.
- Download and register to applications required by health authorities.
- Violations are subject for prosecution under (Health Control at Points of Entry Regulation). They would be subjected to fines not exceeding (500,000) Saudi Riyals, and held accountable to consequences of their violation on others.
After entry:
After entry:
- Comply with isolation/quarantine according to time and location decided and mentioned in documents signed by traveler, update health status and report symptoms to health authorities. Violations of isolation/quarantine requirements are subjected to penalty not exceeding (200,000) Saudi Riyals or imprisonment for up to 2 years, or both. Repeated violations are subject to doubled penalties.
- Comply with preventive measures after completion of isolation/quarantine period:
- Social distancing and violation of preventive measures is penalized by (1,000) Saudi Riyals, including not using face-masks, not maintaining social distancing, refusing temperature screening at entrance to public or private facilities, and not complying with assigned protocols for persons with fever. Penalties are doubled when violations are repeated.
- Avoid large gatherings and not to invite to such gatherings. Violations are penalized by (10,000) Saudi Riyals. Penalties are doubled when violations are repeated.
- Maintain hand washing with soap and water and sanitization.
- Request healthcare when symptoms suggestive of infection appear, by calling health authorities on 937 and comply with preventive measures to protect the public.

Oman

Traveling to Oman:
- Entry to the Sultanate Oman restricted only to Omani Citizens and holders of residence visas issued until 05th April 2021.
- GCC citizens, residents with valid residency permits and passengers with valid visa are allowed to enter the Sultanate without prior approval.
- All guests arriving in Oman are required to present a negative COVID-19 PCR test conducted within seventy two (72) hours prior to the scheduled time of arrival in Oman. The COVID-19 PCR test shall be a validated and certified medical test result written in Arabic or English.
- All guests arriving to the Sultanate of Oman are required to have international health insurance covering the cost of treatment from Covid-19 for one month except for citizens, GCC nationals and guests with free treatment card.
- Before departure to the Sultanate of Oman, guests must complete pre-registration via https://covid19.emushrif.om/traveler/travel for the PCR test in Oman, pay the twenty five (25) OMR test fees and download Tarassud+.
- All guests arriving to the Sultanate of Oman are subject to COVID-19 PCR test on arrival, (Tarrasud+) bracelet, quarantine for seven (7) days and COVID-19 (PCR) test on the eighth day.
- Children from aged 15 years and less are exempted from COVID-19 PCR test and Tarassud+ bracelet.
- All guests arriving Oman will be subject to mandatory institutional health isolation for at least 7 nights at their own expense (except Omani citizens, they should undergo a home-based isolation). Guests can book accommodation at any hotel in Oman, or take advantage of the list of hotels (link to list here) prepared and updated by the competent authorities for institutional isolation.
- All guests have to present the pre-confirmed hotel reservations that covering the mandatory quarantine period (at least 7 nights) at the airport of departure once requested. Hotel booking shall be issued by “Sahala platform” via link here . The following guests categories are exempted from presenting pre-confirmed hotel reservations before they are checked in at the airport of departure:
- Omani citizens.
- Diplomats working at foreign diplomatic missions accredited to the Sultanate, diplomats visiting the Sultanate and their families.
- Arrivals under the age of 16 if travelling alone, and arrivals at the age of 60 and above.
- Sick guests whose health conditions require special attention as per the health form. The exception includes two companions with female or under 18 years old patients and only one companion with male patient above 18.
- Holders of permits for private institutional isolation centers that are pre-approved by the Relief & Shelter Sector
- Diplomats working at foreign embassies accredited to the Sultanate of Oman and diplomats visiting the Sultanate are exempted from COVID-19 PCR test, Tarassud+ and the bracelet however, they are subject to a seven-day quarantine.

- All guests arriving from or have passed any of the following countries within 14 days prior to their entry to Oman ( Sudan, Lebanon, South Africa, Brazil, Nigeria, Tanzania, Ghana, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Ethiopia ) are not allowed to enter Sultanate Oman except Omani citizens, diplomats, health staff and their families who will be subject to the procedures adopted to enter Oman.
- Guests who have transited United Kingdom territory during the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Sultanate Oman except Omani citizens.
Departing from Oman:

Omani citizens shall have health insurance covering COVID-19 valid in the country they are travelling to.
- Guests shall comply with the requirements of the country they are traveling to.

Kuwait

If you are flying to Kuwait, you are kindly requested by Kuwaiti authorities to follow health guidance below to keep you protected when you travel with "SAUDIA".
ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
- All non-Kuwaiti guests are not allowed to enter Kuwait temporarily, the exempted categories as follows:
- First-degree relatives of Kuwaitis.
- Diplomatic missions and diplomats and their Direct families.
- Governmental medical staff and their Direct families.
- Private sector medical staff according to the approved list from Ministry of Health and their Direct families.
- Domestic workers travelling with Kuwaiti Sponsor.
- Domestic workers registered on Belsalamah.com platform.
- All transfer/ transit guests are not allowed to enter Kuwait until further notice.
- All arrival guests to the State of Kuwait must register in (Kuwait-Mosafer) platform.
- All arrival guests (except under the age of (6) years) must holding negative PCR test certificate before their boarding of departure. Certificate must be valid for (72) hours from the date of the test.
- Effective 28/03/2021, PCR test certificate must be issued from approved laboratories listed here through “Medical Utility Network Accreditor” (MUNA) program and mentioned in (Kuwait-mosafer) platform.
- All accredited diplomatic mission and the official visitors to the State of Kuwait are exempted from the registration in (Kuwait-mosafer) platform. Kuwait Ministry of Health will conduct (PCR) test for them upon arrival to the State of Kuwait.
- SAUDIA will not accept any guest showing any symptoms of COVID-19 such as cold, sneezing, high temperature, cough, etc...
- All arrival guests are subject to (14) days compulsory quarantine, the first (7) days as institutional quarantine in one of the approved hotels with an additional home quarantine for (7) days.
- Guests will undergo (2) PCR tests, first test upon arrival to Kuwait international airport, and the second test on the sixth day during the institutional quarantine. All tests will be on guests own expenses.
- Guests must download and activate (Shelonek Application ) prior to leaving the hotel.
- The following categories are exempted from the measures of the institutional quarantine:

Diplomats their families and their accompanied domestic workers (must show their personal identification).
- Kuwaiti patients sent aboard for medical treatment and their companion; and upon their treatment completion (must show a letter issued from the related Kuwaiti Health Office at the country of medical treatment).
- Kuwaiti students studying and registered in aboard Universities and guests required to set for studies examinations aboard (must show letter issued by Kuwaiti culture office indicates that the student is registered in one of the aboard Universities, and letter from the University indicates the exam date).
- Medical staff and their accompanied families (must show identification).
- Unaccompanied minor guests below 18 years old.

- Exemption from applying the institutional quarantine to those arriving to State of Kuwait and received State of Kuwait accredited vaccines as per the following conditions. Home quarantine for seven days will be applied on those categories mentioned below, then (PCR) test must be performed on the seventh from the arrival date:
- Those who received two doses of vaccine and passed more than two weeks since the second dose.
- Those who received one dose of vaccine and passed more than five weeks since the first dose.
- Those who recovered from corona virus infection and received one dose of vaccine and passed more than two weeks.
- Follow health guidance by wearing mask, wearing gloves, using hands sanitizer, and practicing social distance.

Singapore Departure Instructions:
- Tickets must be booked electronically or by telephone and received by email.
- Guests must provide information about their health status on request. If required by the destination, guest must provide a certificate from an accredited health center, stating they are free from Coronavirus infection and only travel during the period of validity of the certificate.
- Kuwaiti citizens must provide health insurance for the duration of travel and this must include possible treatment for Coronavirus infection.
- Guests must ensure they understand the travel information provided and follow the procedures of Kuwait International Airport during departure and the relevant procedures on arrival at their destination.
- Guests must attend the airport at least 4 hours before traveling.
- Guests must register with the (Kuwait - Traveler) application and submit the relevant barcode at all stages of travel.
- Entry to Airport Terminal is not permitted, except for travelers and Airport employees, with exception of those assisting passengers with special needs or restricted mobility, the elderly or other special cases that require their presence at the airport.
- Carry-on luggage allowed on the aircraft while adhering to the permitted size and weight.
- Follow health guidance by wearing mask, wearing gloves, using hands sanitizer, and practicing social distance.
* Note : In case the city not mentioned on (Kuwait-Mosafer) platform, (PCR)test certificate can be obtained and accepted temporarily from any laboratory of this city until the laboratories are accredited in it.

Bahrain

If you are flying to Bahrain, you are kindly requested by authorities in Bahrain to follow health guidance below to keep you protected when you travel with SAUDIA.
- All guests passengers arriving Bahrain must undergo a series of PCR tests (at their own expense, at cost of BD36) expect the transit passengers and children below the age of (6) years. The first test upon arrival and the second one five days later. The third and final test will take place on the 10th day of their stay in Bahrain. The payments can be made electronically through the app, the national portal (www.bahrain.bh) or via the payment machines that located before Passport Control at the Arrivals Area.
- All aarriving guests must remain in self-isolation until the result of the second PCR test has been determined.
- The compulsory 10-day quarantine will be lifted for all incoming guests whose PCR test results become negative for the PCR test taken upon arrival.
- Guests whose PCR test results become positive will be contact by Ministry of Health on the contact detail provided by guests upon arrival to Bahrain.

UAE

If you are flying to one of our destinations in UAE, you are kindly requested by authorities to follow guidelines below to keep you protected when you travel with SAUDIA.
Dubai:
- Guest’s holders of Residencies in GCC have to obtain the Online Eentry permit before their traveling to Dubai.
- GCC citizens traveling to UAE are allowed to enter with their passport only, and no guest will be processed by immigration if holding national ID.
- Guests with Dubai issued residence visa must obtain GDRFA approval before planning their return trip to Dubai from the link here.
- Guests with UAE residence visa from other emirates except Dubai must obtain ICA approval before planning their return trip to UAE from the link here.
- Tourists with valid visa or visa on arrival are not required to get any approvals from GDRFA or ICA.
- It’s not required for all UAE citizens to conduct PCR test before arriving at DXB/DWC airports, the PCR test will be taken upon arrival only.
- All UAE residents, GCC citizens, and visitors traveling to Dubai required to conduct a pre-travel PCR test (before departure). Validity period of PCR test should be 72 hours from the time of collecting the sample and departure. The certificate must indicate a negative test result, described either in Arabic or English, issued from a certified lab at the original point of destination and indicate the time of sample collection “Date & Time” and time of reporting “Result date and Result time”.
- If guests travelling from one of the Countries listed below a second PCR test is required upon arrival in Dubai.
- Tourists arriving at DXB/DWC from below stated countries; All passengers must take two COVID 19 PCR tests: one before departure with a validity of 72 hours from the date of the test, and a second test upon arrival in Dubai.
- Upon arrival at DXB, guests might be randomly selected for secondary PCR who then will be required to download the COVID19 – DXB Smart App and self-isolate until their PCR results come out.
- All transiting passengers are not required to present a COVID 19 PCR test certificate unless it is mandated by their final destination or transiting from one of the mentioned countries listed below.
- All arriving guests will undergo home quarantine for 10 days with given medical wristband and sign consent forms. Except the guests under the age of 18 and Diplomatic passport holder and guests travelling from the Green List Countries.
Please visit the website for the updated green list countries. - Tourists arriving at DXB/DWC from countries ( Excluded from the list ); All passengers must present a negative COVID 19 PCR test certificate that is valid for 72 hours from the date of the test before departure. This includes those arriving from UK and Germany.
- All transiting guests arriving at DXB/DWC from all countries are not required to present a COVID 19 PCR test certificate unless it is mandated by their final destination.
- Children under the age of 12 and guests with moderate to severe disabilities are exempted from PCR.
- For guests choose to conduct PCR test prior to departure, they must carry a printed copy of the certificate in English or Arabic languages (no handwritten reports).
- Negative PCR test certificates must not exceed 72 hours before departure.
- Guests coming from Nigeria will be allowed to enter Dubai (DXB/DWC) only if they met the following requirements :
- - Has a valid PCR Negative test certificate meeting the public health protocol requirements from an approved medical facility prior to travel.
- - Has a Negative Rapid Test result for COVID-19 at the originating Nigerian airport.
- - Must travel directly from Nigeria to Dubai.
- - Has not visited or transited via Nigeria within the last 14 days.
- - To undergo for another PCR test upon arrival at DXB/DWC airport.
- Holders of visit and tourism visa from five nationalities only (Pakistan, India, Afghanistan, Nepal, Bangladesh) must hold valid round-trip tickets.
- All guests transiting at DXB from all other countries or departing from DXB to all countries are required to follow final destination requirements.
- All guests coming from or transit through South Africa within (14) days prior to the entry in to the UAE and whose final destination is Dubai or in transit through Dubai will not allow to enter Dubai , except the following categories :
- - UAE nationals
- Members of the diplomatic missions - - Guests who are exempted or granted permission to enter UAE by the appropriate authorities

Abu Dhabi:
Arrivals to Abu Dhabi:
- GCC citizens traveling to UAE allowed to enter with their passport only, and no guest will be processed by immigration if holding national ID.
- Residents are allowed to enter UAE after updating their data on (uaeentry.ica.gov.ae )
- International Tourists are allowed to enter the UAE.
- Guests should fill up the Health Declaration Form before arriving to UAE (attached).
- PCR test result is required for all guests regardless to their departure country. The test should be conducted within 96 hours before arriving to Abu Dhabi.
- All guests should have health insurance coverage during their stay in UAE before arriving to UAE.
- Guests should follow all the precautionary measures to limit the spread of COVID-19.
- Guests should download the health tracing application (ALHOSN)
- Arrivals from green countries :
- Must undergo a PCR test upon arrival and self-isolate until they receive a negative result .
- If they intend to stay in Abu Dhabi for longer than 6 consecutive days must undergo a PCR test on day 6, and on day 12 if they remain for 12 consecutive days.
- Arrivals from red countries :
- must undergo a PCR test upon arrival and quarantine for 10 days. They must undergo another PCR test on day 8. consecutive days.
- Special protocol for Arrivals ( volunteers of the Phase 3 Clinical Trials and those vaccinated as part of national vaccination programs who have received status of gold star or 'E' icons on AlHosn App ) :
- Arriving from green countries : must undergo a PCR test upon arrival and self-isolate until they receive a negative result . They must undergo another PCR test on day 6, without the need to quarantine.
- Arriving from red countries : must undergo a PCR upon arrival and quarantine for 10 days. They must undergo another PCR test on day 8.
- 'Green' countries, regions and territories that you can travel from if planning a trip to Abu Dhabi (as of 05th April 2021):
- • Australia, Bhutan, Brunei, China, Greenland, Hong Kong (SAR), Iceland, Kazakhstan, Mauritius, Morocco, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea.
*Note: list of country classifications will be reviewed regularly and subject to change based on global COVID-19 developments.
• Citizens from ‘Green List’ countries travelling from destinations that are not in the list are required to undertake the 10-day quarantine period.
Departures from Abu Dhabi:
- Travelling is allowed based on countries requirements and procedures for entering the international guests.
- Do a PCR test 96 hours before departure , and the holders of negative results only are allowed to depart ( some destinations required 48 hours ) .
- Not advisable for those over 70 years or having chronic diseases to travel, exempts those who travel for treatment.
- Emiratis should register in the Twajudi service prior to travel
- Guests should follow all the precautionary measures of the destination countries and during the flight.

Egypt

If you are flying to our destinations in Egypt, you are kindly requested by Egyptian authorities to follow health guidance below to keep you protected when you travel with SAUDIA:
- Wear your face mask all time during flight
- Allow safe distance between you and other guests
- All guests from all nationalities including Egyptian citizens must hold negative PCR test result issued within 72 hours at flight time, except children under 6 years old.
- PCR test certificate must fulfil the following conditions:
- Shows time and date on which the sample has been collected as the time/date of collecting the sample are counted for shall not exceed (72) hours upon arrival.
- Hard copy issued in Arabic or English language.
- Issued by an official and accredited test center in the country of departure and has the laboratory’s stamp and has no deleting, editing or altering sign.
- It shows the type of sample taken.
- It shows the type of the test performed and must be (RT-PCR).
- Guests leaving Egypt with a valid PCR issued in Egypt are not allowed to use the same PCR Certificate when returning to Egypt even if the PCR certificate is still valid (within the 72 hours) as the PCR certificate is valid for a single use only and guest shall have another PCR certificate for re-entering Egypt.

Iraq

PCR test is not Mandatory for guests travelling to Erbil.
- Guests with a PCR test that is valid for 48 hours, will take the fast-track at immigration after their temperature checked.
- Guests without a valid test, will pay for the PCR test that costs 60,000IQD or 50 USD.
- All guests regardless to PCR test must undergo self-quarantine for period of 14 days.
- All guests travelling to Erbil must fill out Health Declaration Form and Home Quarantine Pledge Form onboard the flight and before arrival.
- Any guest who has been in Iran in the past 30 days are not allowed to enter via Erbil (EBL) or Sulaymaniyah (ISU).
- Residence permits (Iqama) or re-entry permits issued by Iraq which have expired between 1 February 2020 and 1 August 2020 are still considered valid to enter via Erbil and Sulaymaniyah.

Lebanon

- All guests who have received the second dose of COVID-19 vaccine minimum 15 days before their departure to Lebanon are exempted from performing a PCR test at the countries coming from, and shall perform a PCR upon their arrival at Beirut International Airport (BRHIA).
This procedure applies to passengers who received the second dose of COVID-19 vaccine in Lebanon OR one of the following countries: United States of America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, European countries, Asian countries, Egypt, Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia. - All guests who have received the second dose of COVID-19 vaccine minimum 15 days before their departure to Lebanon are exempted from performing a PCR test at the countries coming from, and shall perform a PCR upon their arrival at Beirut International Airport (BRHIA).

- All guests arriving to Lebanon shall download and activate the "covidlebtrack" application and present it to the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) representatives at the airport.
- All guests arriving to Lebanon shall confirm their home quarantine localization upon arrival to the airport - BRHIA and respect the quarantine period (72 hours) to avoid legal actions.
- All guests arriving to Lebanon, except children under age of 12 years, UNIFIL and members of diplomatic delegations acting in Lebanon, must pay to the airline the amount of 50 USD for the cost of PCR test that will be performed upon arrival to Beirut International Airport BRHIA.
Exemptions:
- Eexemption from the home quarantine are the following :

Diplomats and their families, officials, official delegations, officers, members of the UNIFIL.
- Guests who provide, documents that proving their previous infection with the COVID-19 virus , negative PCR test certificate and a positive PCR test lasting more than 15 days) or a positive IgG test that shows the percentage of these antibodies in the blood above the required rate and approved by the Ministry of Health.
- Guests who have been vaccinated by COVID-19 vaccine (with a medical report certifying the vaccination) and must perform a PCR test at the airport upon their arrival to Lebanon, as a precaution measure.

- Guests who travelled out of Lebanon and will return within one week, that is, who travelled during one day of the week and will return on the same day during the following week, are exempted from doing PCR test in the countries of departure. They must perform a PCR test the airport upon their arrival to Lebanon and then they shall be home quarantined until they are informed by the test result.

Jordan

- Guests (except children below 5 years of age) shall obtain PCR test with a negative result within (72) hours prior to the scheduled time of arrival.
- Guests shall install (AMAN Application) on mobile phone which can be downloaded via the link here.
- Non-Jordanians guests (except medical tourism patients) shall obtain health insurance to cover COVID 19 treatments in Jordan.
- All guests (except children below 5 years of age) will undergo another PCR test upon arrival (costed 28 JOD ). Guests required to pay for the mandatory PCR test via the following link ( https://registration.questlabjo.com ) and to obtain the payment bill to show at the check-in counter before boarding.
- Diplomats and employees of regional and international organizations (and their dependents and family members holding special or/and regular passports) residing in Jordan must have a valid special QR code that allow them to return to Jordan for several trips and they are exempted from:
- PCR test before departure.
- PCR test upon arrival.
- Health insurance.
- Guests shall submit online the Health Declaration and Locator Form via the link here and obtain QR code which is mandatory for boarding.
- Medical tourism patients visiting Jordan who are registered in Salamtak platform are exempted from submitting QR code and obtaining health insurance.
- Any guest gives falsified or incorrect information is subject to a fine 10,000 JD.
- International transfer guests allowed at Jordanian airports provided that guests hold PCR test conducted 72 hours prior to the scheduled time of arrival and the planned transfer time should not exceed (10) hours.
- Any guest who left the UK less than 14 days prior to the departure to Jordan will not be permitted to enter Jordan.
- Military guests passengers and their families are required to visit https://gatewaytojordan.gov.jo to complete the required form and obtain the QR code which is mandatory for boarding.

Tunis

- All guests must complete and print the required health declaration form before the date of flight via the link here , and print the generated document by the application, as it will be requested at the check-in time and collected by the health control services upon arrival to the Tunisian airport
- All guests travelling to Tunis ( including the diplomats and members of international mission) except children under 12 years and regardless of the point of origin, must present a negative PCR test certificate conducted within seventy two (72) hours prior to departure (only a printed copy of the certificate is accepted , soft copies are not permitted).

Transit Guests :
Tunis allows transit guests who are travelling from countries classified in the green list by the National Observatory of New and Emerging Diseases (ONMNE) subject to the following conditions:

All nationalities may transit in Tunisia without a visa (TWOV) provided they remain in the transit hall for a maximum connecting time of 24 hours.
- Transit guests passengers should meet the entry requirements of the Final Destination.
- Non Libyan guests who plan to transit in Tunisia and continue their journey to Libya must be in possession of a Non Objection Letter provided by the sponsor and approval to board and in their booking.
- All passengers planning to transit onwards to Algeria are not permitted (Temporally).

Morocco

All guests (including UK nationals and residents) arriving UK must provide evidence of a negative COVID-19 test prior boarding the aircraft, unless they are exempt or have a reasonable excuse, you may find further information via the link (www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-covid-19-testing-for-people-travelling-to-england). The COVID-19 test must be taken no more than 3 days before the day of departure and the certificate must show a negative result.

- Guests arriving from a Red List country please tack note of the following points:
• Must declare any “red-list” country visited in past 10 days on PLF.

Italy

If you are flying to one of our destinations in Italy, you are kindly requested by authorities in Italy to follow health guidance below to keep you protected when you travel with SAUDIA.
- All guests traveling from Saudi Arabia are allowed to enter Italy only for specific reasons, such as work, health or study, or absolute urgency, returning to one's home, domicile, or dwelling, i.e. travel for tourism is not allowed.
( Note : Saudi Arabia fall in Group E countries list) . - All guests who have stayed or transited in the fourteen (14) days prior to entering Italy in one or more of the States and territories listed in List C must undergo the following on returning to Italy :
- undergo a swab (molecular or antigenic) carried out within 48 hours before entering Italy, with a negative result.
- undergo health surveillance and fiduciary isolation for a period of five days, regardless of the result of the molecular or antigenic test referred to above
- undergo a further molecular or antigenic test at the end of the five-day isolation period
- Guests must travel to their final destination in Italy by private transport and, if taking a connecting flight, without leaving the airport transit area. In Italy, they will also be required to self-isolate for 14 days, under the supervision of the competent local Health Authority.
- All guests must fill Self-Declaration Form below with correct information, then provide signed form when requested at the origin station.
- All guests must fill Purpose of Entering Italy Form below, then provide signed to Police Department when requested upon arrival.
- Guests will undergo self-isolation for 14 days.
- PCR test is NOT required to be presented before boarding the flight to Italy.
- Guests visiting or transiting through the United Kingdom (UK) in the 14-day period prior to their entry to Italy are allowed entry to Italy only if resident in the country since before 23 December 2020 or for essential reasons (in which case they must specify, in the self-declaration form, whether they are returning home or the essential reason for travelling). In these cases, travelers are allowed entry to Italy only if they:
- Present a negative molecular or antigenic swab test result carried out no earlier than 72 hours before entering the country.
- Undertake to carry out a molecular or antigenic swab test on arrival or within 48 hours from entering the country at their local health authority.( Guests entering Italy with a direct flight from the UK must carry out a swab test on arrival at the airport).
- Undertake to quarantine under medical supervision for a period of fourteen (14) days, at their home or other place of residence, subject to communication of their arrival to the Prevention Department of the competent local health authority.
- Entry and transit in Italy are not allowed for guests who have visited or transited through Brazil in the 14-day period prior to their expected day of entry unless they have been resident in Italy since before 13 February 2021 , diplomatic , Persons travelling for essential reasons and specifically authorized by the Ministry of Health to enter Italy. In these cases they are allowed entry to Italy only if they apply the above conditions that mentioned in point # 8 ( a, b and c) and in addition, the following conditions must be applied as well :
- Accept to take an additional molecular or antigen swab test at the end of the fourteen day self-isolation.
- Declare the Countries visited or transited through in the last 14 days before entering Italy and the reasons for travelling.

Switzerland

- Guests are not allowed to enter except the following:
- Nationals of EEA Member States and Switzerland.
- British nationals.
- Guests arriving from Schengen Member States.
- Guests arriving from Andorra, Australia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Ireland, Japan, Korea, Monaco, New Zealand, Romania, Rwanda, San Marino, Singapore, Thailand, Uruguay or Vatican City. If they transit through other countries, they must stay in the international transit area of the airport.
- Family members of nationals of EEA Member States. They must present proof of their relationship.
- Family members of British nationals. They must present proof of their relationship.
- Residents of Liechtenstein and Switzerland.
- Residents of Schengen Member States returning directly via Switzerland to their country of residence.
- Guests with a D visa issued by Switzerland.
- Guests with a Schengen C visa issued by Switzerland after 16 March 2020.
- Unmarried partners of residents of Switzerland. They must have a written invitation from the residents in Switzerland and present proof of their relationship.
- Guests are not allowed to transit if arriving from a non-Schengen Member State to another Schengen Member State except the following:
- Nationals of EEA Member States and Switzerland.
- British nationals.
- Guests arriving from Andorra, Australia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Ireland, Japan, Korea, Monaco, New Zealand, Romania, Rwanda, San Marino, Singapore, Thailand, Uruguay or Vatican City. If they transit through other countries, they must stay in the international transit area of the airport.

- Family members of British nationals. They must present proof of their relationship.

- Guests who have spent time in a country or area with an increased risk of infection during the last 10 days and then enter Switzerland must go into quarantine. - Guests must notify the competent cantonal authority within two days of their arrival in Switzerland and follow the instructions given to them by the authorities.
- Anyone who evades quarantine, or who fails to comply with the duty to notify the authorities, is committing an offence under the Epidemics Act and is liable to a fi¬ne of up to CHF 10,000.

Germany

If you are flying to Germany, you are kindly requested by authorities in Germany to follow health guidance below to keep you protected when you travel with SAUDIA.
- All guests including transit passengers must present a proof of negative test for sars-cov-2 before departure. The sample collection for the test must not be older than 48 hours before entry except the guests passengers travelling as a part of an official German delegation via the government terminal of BER or via CGN or guests passengers travelling professionally in order to transport goods (especially medical supply). Children younger than six years are also exempted from presenting a proof of negative testing.
- All guests passengers who intend to enter Germany and who have stayed in an international risk area including a high-incidence area or an area of VOC within the last 10 days prior to entry must register electronically. Use of online procedure is strongly advised. Paper-based registration is only accepted as a replacement if electronic registration is out of order or passengers do not have access to electronic registration. Official substitute registration form must be used.
- Proof of successful Entry Registration or Substitute Registration Form must be kept by guests passengers at all times and presented on request to Saudia or to the federal police / competent authority at the destination airport in Germany during border control checks.
- All guests passengers entering Germany and who have stayed in an International Risk Area but not in a high-incidence area or an area of VOC within the last 10 days prior to entry must provide proof of a test for SARS-COV-2 no later than 48 hours after entry to the competent authority. The guests passengers, who have only passed through a High-Incidence Area and have not had a stopover there or who enter Germany only for transit purposes and leave Germany again by the quickest route are exempted from presenting a proof of negative testing.
- All guests passengers who coming direct or indirect from an area of VOC to Germany are not allowed to enter Germany except the below categories :
- Passengers having German nationality and their accompanying close family members,
- Passengers residing and with right of residence in Germany,
- Passengers transiting a German airport,
- Exclusively cargo or postal or ferry flights,
- Repatriation of aircrafts and crews,
- Transportation of personnel in the interest of public health,

Spain

If you are flying to Spain, you are kindly requested by authorities in Spain to follow health guidance below to keep you protected when you travel with SAUDIA.
- You should not travel if you have symptoms compatible with COVID-19 (fever, cough, breathing difficulties), of recent onset, if diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days or if you have had close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last two weeks.
- Make sure you have filled out and signed your FCS Form online via the link here or in SpTH app. If you have difficulties filling out the electronic form, you may fill out and print the attached form before traveling to show it at the health control counter in the airport of your arrival in Spain. Make sure to obtain QR code as you will have to present a soft or hard copy of it at the health control office at the airport to continue your trip. Each guest must fill out a form and will hold responsibility about the accuracy of its information. If the guest is minor, dependent, or disabled, the form can be filled out by their companion who will be responsible for the veracity of the information provided.
- From March 1, 2021 a PCR done 72 hours before arriving in Spain wil be required of all travellers from third countries, except those included in the list of the Order. INT 62/2021: Australia, New Zealand, Rwanda, Singapore, South Corea, Thailand, China and the Special Administrative Regions of the People´s Republic of China: Hong Kong and Macao SAR. The PCR can be shown electronically or printed and written in English, French, German or Spanish. It must contain at least: Passenger name, Passport or identity number, date of test, identification, and data of laboratory where is taken, used technique and negative result. Children under 6 years old are exempt from diagnostic testing for active SARS-CoV-2 infection, in order to enter Spain.

The third country nationals are not allowed to enter Spain for reasons of public order and public health effective until 30th April 2021, unless belong to one of the following categories:
- Regular residents in the European Union, Schengen associated states, Andorra, Monaco, Vatican (the Holy See) or San Marino, on their way to such country, with documentary proof.
- Holders of a long-term visa issued by a member state or Schengen associated state, on their way to such country.
- Healthcare professionals, including health researchers, and elderly care professionals going to or returning from exercising their working activity.
- Transport personnel, sailors and the necessary aeronautical personnel to carry out air transport activities.
- Diplomatic, consular, international organization, military, civil protection and humanitarian organization personnel in the exercise of their duties.
- Students pursuing their studies in the member states or Schengen associated states, holding the appropriate permit or visa and medical insurance, provided that they travel to the country in which they are studying and that the entry takes place during the academic year or within the 15 days prior to it.
- Highly qualified workers whose labour is necessary and cannot be postponed or carried out remotely, including participants in high-level sports competitions taking place in Spain. these circumstances must be justified by supporting documentation.
- People traveling for duly accredited imperative family reasons.
- People who provide documentary evidence of force majeure reasons or in-need situation, or whose entry is permitted for humanitarian reasons.
- Legal residents in the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, Rwanda, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, China and Special Administrative Regions of Hong Kong and Macao, provided that they come directly from them, have transited exclusively through other listed countries or have only carried out international airport transit in countries not listed. For residents in china and special administrative regions of Hong Kong and Macao, reciprocity remains to be verified.
- All companion animals that travel to Spain from a third country must be transported as cargo to facilitate control upon arrival.

- Travel between France and abroad, except member states of the European Union, Andorra, Australia, Iceland, japan, Liechtenstein, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, San Marino, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Vatican, will only be authorized for the reasons listed in the international travel certificates available on the internet (ministry of interior website).
- All guests must fill out and sign the Sworn Statement that they do not show any symptoms of COVID-19 and that they have no knowledge of having been in contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case within 14 days before the flight and they need to present the signed statement to the employee at the check-in counters and to border control authorities.
- All guests must fill out the travel certificate that indicating the reason for the trip. All guests arriving in France from a foreign country must present prior to boarding, a negative PCR test carried out less than 72 hours before the flight, (which does not conclude to a covid-19 contamination).
- Exempted from PCR test requirement are the following categories :

Guests aged less than (11) years old.
- Crew members or personnel operating passenger or cargo flights or travelling as passengers to or from their departure base.
- Members of delegation on official mission, or diplomatic mission staff, or international organization staff with headquarter or offices located in France as well as their spouse and children.

Austria

- All guests (at the airport and in the aircraft-cabin) should wearing a Breathing-Mask protection class FFP2 without exhalation valve or an equivalent mask or a mask corresponding to a higher standard is worn. Following are exempted :

Children up to the age of six and persons who cannot be expected to wear the mask for health reasons.
- Pregnant and 6- to 14-year-olds can use a Community-Mask instead of the FFP-mask.

- Before entering Austria, all guests must register online at ( https://entry.ptc.gv.at/en ) and present the confirmation of transmission upon entry.
- Third-country nationals arriving from out of Schengen area or from out of the following listed countries ( Australia, Finland, Greece, Iceland, New Zealand, Norway, Republic of Korea, Singapore, Vatican ) are not allowed to enter Austria.Remaining persons are required to provide a health certificate not older than 72 hours which confirms that a negative molecular biological SARS-CoV-2- test is given or are required to start a 10-days quarantine.
- Molecular biological SARS-CoV-2-test has to be made within 48 hours after arrival if not providing a health certificate and arriving from Albania, Andorra, Argentina, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic (only region Prague), Ecuador, Egypt, France (only regions Île-de-France und Provence-Alpes-Cote d’Azur), India, Indonesia, Iran, Kosovo, Kuwait, Maldives, Mexico, Moldova, Montenegro, Nigeria, North Macedonia, Pakistan, China – Province Hubei, Peru, Philippines, Portugal (only regions Lisbon and Norte), Romania, Russia, Senegal, Serbia, Spain mainland and Balearic Islands, South Africa, Turkey, Ukraine or USA.
- Exemptions apply to (persons are allowed to enter Austria, but are required to start a 10-days quarantine, which is considered to have ended if a molecular biological test / antigen test for SARS-CoV-2 is carried out at the earliest on the fifth day after entry and the test result is negative):
- Nationals of Austria, EU, EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland as well as persons living in the same household,
- people with residence or habitual abode in EU / EEA countries or Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, the Vatican, Switzerland or the United Kingdom and people who live with them in the same household
- Members of diplomatic missions and staff of international organizations as well as family members of these people living in the same household,
- Persons traveling on business,
- Humanitarian workers,
- persons who are employed by a domestic regional authority or a domestic corporation under public law and whose place of employment is abroad or whose service is performed abroad, insofar as the activity of this corporation abroad is in the interests of the Republic of Austria
- For particularly considerable predictable reasons in the family circle in individual cases (e.g. weddings, baptisms, birthday parties or the non-regular visit of your partner)
- Foreigners having a Visa D published by Austria, a documentation of the foreign police act (Fremdenpolizeigesetz), a documentation of the right of residence under the Settlement and Residence Act (Niederlassungs- und Aufenthaltsgesetz) or the Asylum Act (Asylgesetz)2

- people who travel to the country to begin or continue studying or doing research
- people who come to attend school
- people who enter the country for the purpose of performing a mandatory judicial or official obligation, such as summoning to court hearings
- General exemptions, regardless of where these people come from, apply to (persons neither need a health certificate nor have to start a quarantine):
- to maintain goods and passenger traffic (crews),
- exclusively for compelling reasons of animal care or for agricultural and forestry measures in individual cases,
- in the context of the implementation of a professional transfer trip / a professional transfer flight,
- in the imperative interest of the Republic of Austria,
- transit passengers or the transit through Austria without a stopover, which is also the case with only essential interruptions,
- entry or re-entry as part of the regular commuter traffic for professional purposes, unless they are carers,
- entry or re-entry as part of regular commuter traffic to participate in school and study operations,
- entry or re-entry as part of regular commuter traffic for family purposes or to visit a partner,
- the crew of a repatriation trip / a repatriation flight including the accompanying organs of the public security service,
- for unforeseeable, urgent reasons that are particularly worthy of consideration in the family circle in individual cases (e.g. serious illnesses, deaths, funerals, births and the care of people in need of support in emergencies),
- Guests who have stayed in regions that are subject to a travel warning due to the COVID-19 pandemic must start a ten-day (home) quarantine immediately after entering Austria. The quarantine can be ended if a PCR or antigen test is carried out no earlier than the fifth day after entry and the test result is negative (the day of entry is considered day 0).
- Exemption from the quarantine obligation are, among other things, entries for professional reasons, guests who are in transit, and guests who travel as companions in medical emergencies. They are allowed to enter the country with a negative PCR or antigen test without being obliged to quarantine. This test must not be older than 72 hours at the time of entry.

Turkey

- All Guests that aged 6 years and older must submit a Negative SARS-COV-2 PCR test result done within the last 72 hours prior to the departure of their inbound flight to Turkey. This requirement is not applicable for transit and transfer passengers.
- Arrivals to Turkey from Brazil, United Kingdom, Denmark and South Africa are suspended.
- All passengers arriving Turkey from other countries who visited Brazil, United Kingdom, Denmark and South Africa within the last 10 days will be quarantined for 14 days at places selected by the Turkish official authorities following their arrival. On the 10th day of the quarantine period, passengers are required to undergo a second PCR test and if the test result is negative, the isolation period will end.
- All guests aged 6 years and older MUST fill electronically Traveler Entry Form within 72 hours before their departure time to Turkey.
- The form has to be filled out via https://register.health.gov.tr/
- After completion, the form has to be printed or downloaded to guests’ electronic devices (smart phone, tablet, PC, etc.)
- Guests must present their completed form to airlines’ personnel either printed or through mobile.
- Each guest must create an HES code through above website, and this HES code will be used during the trip and accommodations in Turkey.
- The above do not apply to transit / transfer guests or crew.

- All guests entering Greece must have PCR certificate with negative result conducted up to 72 hours before arrival in Greece.

- All guests must fill up Passenger Locator Form via the link here and obtain confirmation receipt prior one day before the flight arrival.

Arriving from UK will be subjected to COVID-19 diagnostic rapid test and are required to remain in isolation under quarantine for precautionary reasons for seven (7) days upon arrival at their place of residence, as declared in the submitted Passenger Locator Form (PLF). A respective negative molecular test (PCR) is required at the end of the seven (7) day isolation period to release the restriction.

Australia, Bhutan, China, Fiji , Japan, Kazakhstan , Laos, Mongolia, Mauritania , Morocco , Myanmar, Nepal , New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan , Trinidad and Tobago , Vietnam .

Guests coming from Category (C) countries are not permitted to travel to Pakistan unless they are one of the following categories:
- Pakistani passport holders holding a valid visa from category C country
- Pakistani NICOP holders
- Pakistan Origin Card (POC) holders

- All guests must download PASS TRACK APP from Google/Apple stores and enter their details before issuing the boarding pass. Alternatively, guests may enter their details online via the link here, and provide a hardcopy at check-in counters to obtain boarding pass.
- All guests must complete the International Passenger Health Declaration Form before boarding the flights.
- Following guests exempted from conducting RT-PCR test and entering their details in PASS TRACK app. However, they shall submit complete Health Declaration Form at the airport of arrival in Pakistan:
- Guests less than 12 years.
- Disabled Guests.
- High level international delegations.
- All guests required to wear surgical masks throughout the duration of flight except during meal timings.
- All guests must occupy only the seats allocated to them and not to change the seats in any case. Also, they are not allowed to congregate in the aircraft during the flight.
- The International Passenger Health Declaration Form will be collected from each guest by health staff in the arrival lounge.

Travel Restrictions For Inbound Travel From UK And South Africa:
- Pakistani Nationals with short term UK and South African visit visas and Pakistani Passport Holders including work permit holders, having any type of Visa issued by the British / South African Authorities, may travel to Pakistan in accordance with applicable rules or regulations and Standard Operating Procedures while in possession of a negative PCR Test Result conducted within the 72 hours prior to commencement of travel to Pakistan. However, any or all passengers travelling to Pakistan from UK and South Africa will be subjected to PCR Testing, Quarantine or Isolation and other stipulations as specified by the Health Authorities upon arrival in Pakistan.
- Diplomats and their families may also travel to Pakistan from UK and South Africa while in possession of a negative PCR Test Result conducted within the 72 hours prior to commencement of travel to Pakistan. However, such Diplomats and their families will be subjected to PCR Testing upon arrival and Quarantine or Isolation with their respective Embassies / High Commissions for a time period as specified by the relevant Health Authorities.
- In addition to the exemption provided in Para 2(a-b) above, passengers holding valid National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) or Pakistan Origin Card (FOG) and having stayed in UK or South Africa in the last ten (10) days prior to travel to Pakistan, may travel to Pakistan in accordance with applicable rules or regulations and Standard Operating Procedures while in possession of a negative PCR Test Result conducted within the 72 hours prior to commencement of travel to Pakistan.
- However, any or all passengers falling in the above categories will also be subjected to Rapid Antigen Tests upon arrival in Pakistan whereby all negative testing passengers will be allowed to leave the airport with the advice to self-quarantine / isolate for a period of 5 days and any or all positive testing passengers will be subjected to PCR Testing by the relevant Health Authorities with the advice to ensure strict self- quarantine at home till the results of such PCR Tests.
- All guests must download PASS TRACK App. from Google/Apple stores and enter their details before issuing the boarding pass. Alternatively, guests may enter their details online via the link here, and provide a hardcopy at check-in counters to obtain boarding pass.
* Measures of points A and B will be effective from January 05th , 2021 until further notice.
* Requirement of submission of Health Declaration Form will be ceased form 01st May 2021 and all the mandatory requirement of submission of information/data will be through Pass Track App.
International Passenger Health Declaration Form

- PCR is not required from guests whose flights originate from Saudi Arabia or any other country listed in Category A. Otherwise, they must hold negative RT-PCR test result even if they transit at any point in any country listed in category A. - Certain categories of Foreign National are permitted to enter India, including but not limited to the following:
- Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) and PIO card holders.
- All foreign nationals intending to visit India for any purpose, including their dependents on appropriate category of dependent visa, except those on Tourist Visa.
- All existing visas, except electronic visas (e-Visa), Tourist Visa and Medical Visa, which remained suspended shall stand restored with immediate effect.
- Nationals of Nepal and Bhutan are permitted to come to India from any country, including any third country.

All guests must submit self-declaration form on the online portal at least 72 hours before scheduled travel date. Otherwise, guests will fill out the form in the flight and submit copy to Health and Immigration officials at the airport. Online portal can be accessed from the link here , Except the guests travelling to Kochi, Cochin International Airport (COK) are required to submit the Self Declaration Form (SDF) electronically through (Air Suvidha App.).
- The available newer molecular assays as well as other evolving molecular technologies, of validated and found comparable to open system rRT-PCR, can be equally considered for use.
- International guests arriving without RT-PCR negative certificate and not opting for RT PCR test at airport (if facility is available) or arriving at an airport where testing facility is not available would undergo mandatory quarantine for 14 days - 7 days paid institutional quarantine at their own cost, followed by 7 days isolation at home with self-monitoring of health.
- Guests may be exempted from the institutional quarantine and permitted for 14-days home quarantine on the following cases:

Exceptional and compelling reasons such as cases of human distress, pregnancy, death in family, serious illness and parent(s) accompanied by children below 10 years, as assessed by the receiving states. Use of Arogya Setu app shall be mandatory in such cases. Exceptional must be requested through link here. The decision taken by the government as communicated on the online portal will be final.
- Guests who have negative RT-PCR test result certificate with the test conducted within 72 hours prior to departure. The test report should be uploaded on the portal for consideration along with a declaration with respect to authenticity of the report.
- All such guests opting for exemption from institutional quarantine shall undertake self-monitoring of their health and will be exempted from quarantine.

Bangladesh

All guests from the European countries except UK and the countries ( Argentina, Bahrain, Brazil, Chile, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, Turkey, Uruguay ) will not be allowed to enter Bangladesh. The transit passengers will be allowed to enter Bangladesh subject to the conditions that the passengers remain confined inside the terminal building only during their transit.
- Guests passengers coming from countries except those mentioned above and exit from the transit Airport, COVID-19 negative certificates shall become null and void. A fresh PCR based COVID-19 negative certificate shall be obtained with the PCR test done within 72 hours of the flight departure from that point. In addition, on arrival in Bangladesh, all such passengers shall have to complete mandatory 04 (four) days institutional quarantine at government facilities or government approved hotel at passenger’s own expenses. Sample will be collected for the COVID-19 PCR and the passenger will be released to complete the total 14 (fourteen) days home quarantine (including the institutional quarantine time) if the COVID-19 PCR test result is Negative.
- All guests, including diplomats of foreign missions & their recognized family members and foreign investors or entrepreneur must obtain a negative PCR test certificate translated to English and issued within 72 hours of flight departure and show it to the airport authority (Irrespective of the COVID-19 vaccination). Children below the age of 10 exempted from the possession of PCR test certificate.
- All guests, including diplomats of foreign missions and their recognized family members arriving to Bangladesh without symptoms of COVID-19 will undergo home-quarantine for fourteen (14) days. If a guest shows symptoms of COVID-19, guest have to complete a mandatory 14 (fourteen) days institutional quarantine at government facilities or government approved hotel at passenger’s own expenses.
- All guests intending to depart for any international destination from Bangladesh must fulfil all requirements and follow instructions of the competent authority of the respective country of destination.

Philippines

- All Filipino citizens guests coming from United Kingdom or any of the other countries/jurisdictions listed below or who have been to the same within 14 days immediately preceding arrival in the Philippines, are permitted for entering Philippine, and be required to undergo an absolute facility-based 14-day quarantine.

- All guests will have to undergo swab test (RT PCR COVID-19 testing) after arriving to Philippines.
- Every person arriving in the Philippines must be quarantined until they have received a negative COVID-19 test result and comply with a mandatory 14-Day quarantine at home. While waiting for their results, guests must stay in a government-designated stringent quarantine facility or in a BOQ approved Quarantine hotel.
- For Filipinos travelling to MNL, the requirement of hotel reservation can be waived as hotel is provided by the government for overseas Filipino workers or may be arranged on arrival for non–workers.
- In addition to the requirements for all guests of international flights arriving in the Philippines (which includes COVID-19 RT-PCR test, quarantine procedures and pre-registration and completing the online ECIF Form), arriving foreigners need to comply with the following additional requirements:
- Must have a valid and existing visa at the time of entry;
- Pre-booked accredited quarantine facility;
- Pre-booked COVID-19 testing provider;
- Subject to the maximum capacity of the inbound guests as set by the National Task Force for COVID-19.
- Travelers whose test results are positive will be transferred to a designated hospital for further medical management.
- All guests (arriving and departing from the Philippines) required to download TRAZE Contact Tracing Application, register and present the QR Code generated from TRAZE application upon entry to the terminal.
- Guests departing to The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia may access the list of government accredited hospitals/clinic to conduct PCR tests in the Philippines via the link here
- Foreign guests coming from or who have been to Portugal, India, Finland, Norway, Jordan, and Brazil within 14 days immediately preceding arrival in the Philippines are prohibited from entering Philippines.
- Filipino citizens guests coming from, or who have been to Portugal, India, Finland, Norway, Jordan, and Brazil within 14 days immediately preceding arrival in the Philippines are allowed to enter Philippines and required to undergo an absolute facility-based 14-day quarantine period, even if they obtain a negative RT-PCR test result.
- All foreign nationals - except holders of 9(e) visa holders - shall present a pre-booked accommodation of at least seven (7) nights in an accredited quarantine hotel/facility at the Immigration counters for initial check. Those who fail to present a pre-booked accommodation shall be denied entry and shall be boarded immediately in the next available flight. It is important to note the requirements/conditions applicable to passengers in footnote (1) in the 1st page.
- IATF-MEID Resolution No. 100, Series of 2021 effective immediately advising that the following passengers categories shall be included/added to the list of foreign nationals who are allowed to enter the Philippines
• Those with valid and existing visas at the time of entry, and who were not permitted to enter the country under previous IATF resolutions
• Holders of valid and existing Special Resident and Retirees Visa (SRRV) and Section 9(A) visas, provided they present an entry exemption document to the Bureau of Immigration upon arrival.
• Re-Entry Permit (RP for immigrants) and Special Return Certificate (SRC for non-immigrants), though expired, may now be allowed entry subject to payment of arrears upon arrival." - IATF-MEID resolution No. 97 and No. 98 series of 2021 advising the list of Passengers categories allowed to travel to and from the Philippines effective 16th February 2021 as follows
• Passengers with valid and existing visas as of 20 March 2020, and who were not permitted to enter under previous IATF resolutions.

Rules on incoming unaccompanied minor Filipino passengers:
All unaccompanied minor Filipino citizens guests coming from countries where travel restrictions are in place on account of the new variant of COVID-19 are not allowed to enter Philippines except minors returning through the repatriation program of the National Government.
*Effective date January 8, 2021, 12:01AM, Manila time, until January 15, 2021.

Malaysia

- Quarantine period is 7 days for guests arriving to Malaysia with negative result of RT-PCR COVID-19 test certificate and swab sample taken 3 days before, and guests are subject to health screening.
- Quarantine period for guests is 10 days arriving to Malaysia without RT-PCR COVID-19 test certificate. Guests are still subject to health screening and RT-PCR COVID-19 swab test will be taken upon arrival.
- It’s recommended for all guests intend to travel to Malaysia to have a negative result certificate of RT-PCR COVID-19 test before (3 days) from the departure date.

All Guests, including all long-term pass holders, short-term visitors and all those who had obtained prior approval for entry into Singapore with travel history to the UK within the last 14 days before departure for Singapore, will not be allowed entry into Singapore.
- Exempted from the above are Singapore Citizens (SCs) or Singapore Permanent Residents (SPRs) as upon arrival in Singapore, they will need to undergo a COVID-19 PCR test at the start of their 14-day SHN. The test will not apply to those aged six years and below.

- For Travelers with Travel History to New South Wales, Australia :

All Guests who have been in Australia (excluding NSW) in the last 14 days prior to travel will be required to declare their travel history at check-in prior to their flight to Singapore and they are allowed to undergo a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival, and if the PCR test result is negative, they will be allowed to go about their activities in Singapore, without a need to serve a Stay-Home Notice (SHN).
- Singapore Citizens (SCs), Permanent Residents (PRs) and Long-Term Pass holders entering Singapore with travel history to New South wales (NSW) or Australia within the last 14 days before departure for Singapore, will be subject to a 7-day SHN at their place of residence with a COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test before the end of the SHN period.
- Short-term travellers holding an Air Travel Pass with travel history to New South Wales (NSW) or Australia, within the last 14 days before departure for Singapore, will not be allowed to enter Singapore.

- All inbound guests, except those with travel history to (Australia, Brunei Darussalam, Hong Kong, Macao, Mainland China, New Zealand, Taiwan, Vietnam and Hong Kong) in the last 14 days prior to their entry to Singapore, required to take COVID-19 PCR tests within 72 hours before departure to Singapore and present the valid negative COVID-19 test certificate when requested.
- PCR certificate must be issued by recognized laboratories that are internationally accredited or recognized by the respective governments, written in English and states the following:
- the test result;
- the date that the test was taken; and
- minimum of 2 personal identifiers as stated in the passport (i.e. name and either date of birth or passport number).
- The following are exempted from PCR test requirement:
- Singapore citizens or Singapore permanent residents.
- Guests aged six and below.
- Guests with travel history to low risk countries/regions in the last 14 days, who transited in a non-low risk countries/regions. Low risk countries/regions are Australia, Brunei Darussalam, Hong Kong, Macao, Mainland China, New Zealand, Taiwan, Vietnam and Hong Kong.
- Guests transiting/transferring through Singapore, except those with travel history to India, Indonesia and the Philippines;
- returning guests to Singapore on Reciprocal Green Lanes (RGLs); and
- Pre-approved Business Pass holders (please refer to attached template).

The guest is allowed boarding only if the date of that first ever positive COVID-19 PCR test result is between 22 and 180 days prior to the date of arrival in Singapore.
- In case found to any false or forged COVID-19 test certificates, it will affect the guest ability to obtain or sponsor immigration facilities in the future.
- Singapore Residents (Singapore citizens and permanent residents) and Long-Term Pass Holders with valid approval letter for entry are subject to 14-day SHN at dedicated Stay Home Notice (SHN) facility and must take COVID-19 PCR test before end of SHN.
- Entry for Short-Term Visitors NOT allowed except under established Green / Fast Lane arrangements or with special prior approval (Entry allowed for those on the Singapore-South Korea Fast Lane arrangement).
- All travelers entering Singapore, including Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and Long-Term Pass (LTP)/ In-Principle Approval (IPA) holders, must submit a Health Declaration online before proceeding with immigration clearance. They will have to do so via the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) e-Service which is available in English, Malay and Mandarin via the link here , or the mobile application that can be downloaded for free from Apple AppStore and Google Play.
- All guests arriving in and departing from Singapore are required to wear a mask and observe safe distancing measures throughout their flight. All guests on flights to Singapore will also be required to undergo a verbal health declaration and temperature checks before boarding the aircraft at the point of origin.
- Guests on all arrival flights at Changi Airport are subject to temperature screening. Healthcare teams will be at the aerobridges for selected flights to identify guests who look unwell because fever may not be present for all cases. Those who meet the clinical suspect case definition will be conveyed to the hospital for follow-up.
- MOH points out that the Infectious Diseases Act (IDA) requires a person who has reason to suspect that he is a case or carrier of COVID-19, or a contact of a person with COVID-19, to act in a responsible manner so as to not expose other persons to the risk of infection by the disease.

- All guests travellers, including Singapore Citizens (SCs) or Permanent Residents (PRs), will need to take a COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test upon arrival at Changi . Exempted guests aged six years and below , ship crew , work Permit and S-Pass holders from the Construction, Marine and Process (CMP) sectors.
- All long-term pass holders, short-term visitors and all guests who had obtained prior approval for entry into Singapore, with travel history to South Africa within the last 14 days before departure for Singapore, will not be allowed to transfer/transit through Singapore.
- All arrival guests must comply with Singapore’s public health and immigration requirements as specified by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority on its website at https://safetravel.ica.gov.sg
- Not-To-Land (NTL) policies and procedures will apply for guests , who are denied entry into Singapore if they do not meet Singapore’s prevailing entry requirements or who are not allowed to transfer/transit through Singapore.

South Africa

- Guests required to wear face masks at all times and may only remove face masks during emergencies or when instructed by cabin crew to take them off, and must observe social distancing, ensure hand washing, and sanitize regularly.
- A guest who is unable to wear a face mask due to an underlying medical condition must submit a medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner to the operator prior to departure.
- A child under the age of two years may be exempted from wearing a face mask.
- All guests including transit guests must present a negative PCR test certificate negative or a COVID-19 test certificate not older than 72 hours from time of departure issued by an accredited laboratory and in line with the World Health Organization requirements.
- An “immunity passport”, “risk-free certificate” or “passport immunity” in respect of COVID-19 is not acceptable.
- If a guest is symptomatic, the necessary protocols of the Department of Health will be followed.
- If guests have not done COVID-19 test prior to departure or do not have valid negative COVID-19 test certificate, they will be required to remain in mandatory quarantine at a government designated facility at their own cost or at their employer cost or undergo COVID -19 testing in line with the National Health Regiments.
- Guests entering the Republic must provide the following to the port health official at the point of entry upon arrival:International travel from countries listed as having a high COVID-19 infection and transmission rate, is prohibited, except for business travel, holders of critical skills visas, investors and people on international mission in sports, arts, culture and science, which may be allowed with the approval of the Cabinet member responsible for Home Affairs, in which case such guest must comply with the stipulated requirements.
- A completed Traveler Health Questionnaire; and
- a valid negative PCR test result not older than 72 hours from the date of departure from the country of origin.
- The following category of guests are exempted from providing PCR test but must comply with applicable entry requirements set out by the Department of Home Affairs:
- Children below the age of 5 years.
- Daily commuters from neighboring countries who attend or teach at a school in the Republic.
- Cross border freight operators.
- Monitoring and testing of guests in quarantine or isolation facilities remain the responsibility of the guest or employer.
- Guests who need to apply for exception must direct email request to Covid19BusinessTravel@dha.gov.za supported by:
- a copy of passport and/or temporary residence visa;
- proof of business activities to be undertaken in the Republic;
- proof of travel itinerary; and
- proof of address or accommodation in the Republic.
- A guest in transit who displays symptoms of COVID-19 must, upon arrival and under the direction of Ports Health:

Be taken through primary and secondary screening, including COVID-19 testing, where applicable;

- For all guests travelling from The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, PCR test certificate will be accepted if issued by governmental or private sectors accredited and stamped by the health authority in the kingdom in addition to the certificate received to guests’ mobiles via SEHATTY APP or SMS text.
- All passengers arriving to Sudanese airports from the following countries (Argentina, United Arab Emirates, Germany, United States of America, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Pakistan, Brazil, Portugal, United Kingdom, Turkey, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, France, Lebanon, Egypt, India, Japan) must possess a return ticket to their point of origin except the guests holding a valid Sudanese residence visa .

- All guests must wear facemasks during their flights unless they are under 6 years old or having a medical reason for not wearing facemasks.
- Tourists travelling to the Maldives will be provided visa on arrival. Tourists must have confirmed hotel reservation for the entire stay in a registered tourist facility.
- Expatriates travelling to the Maldives shall hold a valid visa issued by the Maldives Immigration.
- Following categories of arriving guests (except children below one year old) are required to present COVID-19 negative PCR test result issued not more than 96 hours prior to departure, counting from the first port of embarkation in route to the Maldives.
- All tourists
- Special visa holders who duration of stay in the Maldives will be up to seven days
- Business visa holders whose duration of stay in the Maldives will be up to seven days
- Foreign diplomats and their accompanying family members
- Airline/aircraft crew whose transit stay in the Maldives;
- is arranged in an accommodation other than a designated transit facility
- will exceed seven days
- Crew of ships who arrive by air to sign onto a ship.
- If the guest makes a transit during the journey, the initial PCR test will be valid if the transit does not exceed 24 hours. However, if a guest makes a transit exceeding 24 hours, the guest must take a repeat PCR test within 96 hours prior to embarkation at the port of transit.
- The document containing the PCR test result should clearly show:
- Name of the guest (name as in passport)
- Passport Number
- Name and address of the testing laboratory
- Type of test stated as PCR test
- Date of sampling
- Result
- The PCR test result should be presented in paper or electronic form during airline check-in and if required at arrival.
- Children below one Year of age guests are exempted from pre-arrival PCR test requirements.
- All arriving guests shall complete the online Traveller Health Declaration Forms (HDF) before arrival not exceeding 24 hours before departure time. Guests who are required to present PCR test results on arrival, should attach the results while completing the online Traveller Health Declaration form. The HDF is available via the link here.
- The following categories of travelers are exempted from mandatory home quarantine requirements:
- Tourist(s) staying at an approved tourist establishments
- Special Visa holders whose duration of stay in the Maldives will be not more than 7 (seven) days
- Business visa holders whose duration of stay in the Maldives will be not more than 7 (seven) days
- Foreign diplomats and their accompanying family members
- Airline/aircraft crew whose transit stay in the Maldives
- is arranged in an accommodation other than a designated transit facility; and/or
- duration of stay will exceed 7 (seven) days
- Crew of ships who arrive by air to sign onto a ship
- Children below one year old

Business Visa Holders and Special Visa holders whose planned duration of stay in the Maldives is more than 7 (seven) days will be required to undergo mandatory home quarantine for 10 (ten) days (in their place of residency or work) if they are staying in a place outside the Greater Male' (Male', Hulhumale' and Villimale'). Such passengers must obtain a COVID-19 negative PCR Test result before they are released from quarantine.
- Maldivian citizens and Work Visa holders travelling to the Maldives from the United Kingdom are required to undergo mandatory home quarantine for 10 (ten) days. The 10 day mandatory home quarantine will also apply to Maldivian citizens and Work Visa holders who :
- stayed in transit in the United Kingdom for more than 12 (twelve) hours, or
- travelled to the United Kingdom within the last 14 (fourteen) days.
- Maldivian citizens and Work Visa holders travelling to the Maldives from countries other than the United Kingdom are exempted from mandatory home quarantine if they are :
- in possession of a COVID-19 negative PCR Test result (test sample taken not more than 96 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure from the first port of embarkation en-route to the Maldives)
- staying in Greater Male'

- It is strongly recommended that the individuals and/or employers (of work visa holders) upload COVID-19 negative PCR Test result to Maldives Immigration website portal prior to departure to the Maldives.
On departure:

It is the responsibility of the guest to fulfil the health requirements for the country of departure.
- If any departing guest are having any of COVID-19 symptoms (Fever, sore throat, runny nose, cough, or breathing difficulties) within 24hrs of their departure time, they must report to the COVID-19 hotline at 1676 and must verify if they need to cancel their current booking.

New York:
- All guests coming from a state that is not a contiguous state or a country designated under a CDC level 2 or 3 (including guests from Saudi Arabia) to New York shall undergo 14 days self-quarantine upon their arrival consistent with the U.S Department of Health regulations for quarantine.
- Guests who traveled outside of New York for more than 24 hours must obtain testing within 72 hours prior to arrival in NY, and quarantine upon arrival in NY for a minimum of three days. Guests may seek a diagnostic test on day 4 to exit quarantine once receiving negative test result.
- Guests who leave New York State for less than 24 hours do not need to obtain a diagnostic test before departing and do not need to quarantine upon return. However, such guests must fill out the Traveler Form upon entry and must obtain a diagnostic test on the fourth day after arrival in New York.

All international commercial passenger flights suspended until further notice while the following exceptions will be permitted:

Guests in flights originated from VCBI Bandaranaike International Airport.
- Guests transiting via VCBI Bandaranaike International Airport. They must have confirmed onward connection out of VCBI Bandaranaike International Airport to an onward destination with maximum permitted transit time at the airport not more than 12 hours. Guests are not allowed to leave the airport.
- Departing flights with tourists (already in Sri Lanka) or guests having stopover in VCBI Bandaranaike International Airport with special approvals from the government.
- Humanitarian flights to Bandaranaike International Airport.

- All guests originating from or transiting in England or guests who have visited England within the last 14 days will not be permitted to disembark in Sri Lanka. Guests who have already commenced journey at the time of this direction will be permitted to land until further notice.
- Foreigner arriving to Sri Lanka through Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) and on-arrival visa facility are suspended until further notice including the countries of Maldives, Singapore and Seychelles, even which are visa exempted to Sri Lanka. Exempted from this measure are foreign passport holders as Sri Lankans spouse and Sri Lankan parents' children under the age of 12.
- Sri Lanka citizen or dual citizen guests departing to Sri Lanka shall carry PCR test certificate in English with a negative result for a test conducted within 96 hours before boarding or Rapid Antigen Test conducted within (48) hours prior to boarding the flight.
- Guests must obtain a negative PCR test done within 96 hours of the time of boarding *.
- PCR test is not required from Sri Lanka citizens arriving in government special repatriation flights from Middle East countries.
- Guests shall ensure not to go out of the airport in transited country on their way to Sri Lanka. If the inbound guests go out of the Airport in another country for more than 72 hours, they shall obtain a new COVID-19 PCR report from the that country, where test conducted within 96 hours prior to boarding.
- Guests shall carry the negative COVID-19 PCR report throughout their travel and show it to the relevant authorities when required.
- Guests must obtain a receipt of 2 PCR tests to be done in Sri Lanka (Guests will pay for the cost of 2 PCR tests. If the stay is more than 7 days a 3rd PCR test may be required as per the Ministry of Health guidelines of Sri Lanka) *.
- Required a COVID-19 Insurance which covers for a minimum amount of Sri Lankan Rupees 5 million equivalent in US$. The validity of this insurance for a month is mandatory and could be paid through the Tourism Mobile App (when available) or at the time of the hotel booking or when purchasing airline ticket *.
- Required a confirmed Hotel reservation *.
- Guests have to complete and provide Health Declaration Form (HDF) prior disembarkation at Sri Lankan Airports along with the air ticket.
- All guests shall complete the Health Declaration Form before arriving to Sri Lanka.
* Foreign National Tourists must visit www.srilanka.travel (official website of Sri Lankan Tourism) and book a hotel, make the PCR Test payments through the hotel and travel insurance certificate can be purchased as well.
** The reference number received from the hotel after the payments, should be filled in the e-visa application through www.eta.gov.lk . - All incoming guests passengers or tourists should get approval to enter the country from the DGHS, Foreign Ministry or other relevant authorities or from Sri Lanka
- Quarantine Measures for Sri Lankan Citizens/ Dual Citizens and Foreign Nationals:

Guests passengers who have Completed Recommended doses of COVID-19 Vaccination and arriving after Two Weeks of Completion of Vaccination :
(iii) On arrival, shall produce the Original copy of the vaccination certificate along with a certified copy of English language translation, if the certificate is not in English Language, to the Airport Health Officer.
(iv) They shall be transported by Government Authorities to a Quarantine Hotel/ Centre.
(v) Shall conduct a COVID-19 PCR test within 24 hours after arrival (Day One) from a Health
Ministry approved Private Sector Laboratory/ state sector laboratory.
(vi) Once the PCR negative report is available, they can be released from Quarantine Hotel/Centre by issuing a discharge document by the quarantine authority at the hotel/Centre mentioning date of PCR sample collection and PCR test result.
(vii) They shall arrange their own transport method to go to their homes from quarantine Hotel/Centre and shall practice COVID-19 preventive measures throughout their travel.
(viii) Immediately after arrival to their home, they shall promptly inform to the area Medical
Officer of Health (MOH) by telephone or email and produce discharge document issued by the quarantine authority at the Hotel/Centre.
(ix) After informing the area MOH, since the passenger has completed the vaccination and having negative PCR report on Day one of arrival, they need not be quarantined further.
(x) Area MOH shall email the details (Name of the passenger, Passport Number, Date and time of arrival to Sri Lanka, address of the home/residence, contact telephone
number, Date of arrival to home) to the Regional Epidemiologist and Epidemiology Unit (chepid@sltnet.lk and samithag@hotmail.com) of the Ministry of Health.
(xi) All travellers should undergo repeat PCR on the Day Seven after arrival to Sri Lanka from a Health Ministry approved private sector laboratory/ state sector laboratory.
(xii) If febrile or display respiratory symptoms of COYID-19, shall inform promptly to area MOH.
(xiii) All PCR test results shall be promptly informed to the area MOH and area MOH shall email to the Regional Epidemiologist and Epidemiology Unit (to the email address given above) as soon as they are available.
(xiv) If the PCR test result is positive, shall inform the area MOH and follow the treatment protocol of Ministry of Health. - Passengers who have not taken the COVID-19 vaccination or not completed the recommended doses of vaccination or arrive to Sri Lanka within less than two weeks of vaccination :
A. Passengers undergoing Hotel Quarantine (single or shared by family members):
(i) COVID-19 PCR testing shall be done on Day One and Day Seven.
(ii) Once results are available and if both tests are negative, release from the hotel after completion of Day Seven.
(iii) They should arrange their private transport method to go to their homes from quarantine hotels and shall practice COVID-19 preventive measures throughout their travel.
(iv) Drivers of the vehicles shall wear appropriate personal protective equipment and adhere to COVID-19 preventive measures when transporting travellers
(v) Immediately after arrival to their home, they shall promptly inform to the area Medical Officer of Health (MOH) by telephone or email and produce the discharge document issued by the quarantine authority at the Quarantine Hotel mentioning the dates of PCR sample collection and PCR test result on Day One and Day Seven.
(vi) Balance quarantine period (out of 14 days) shall be mandatorily home quarantined under the supervision of area MoH.
(vii) If febrile or display respiratory symptoms of COVID-19 during the quarantine period, shall inform promptly to area MoH.
(viii) If the Day One or Day Seven PCR test result is positive, shall inform the area MoH and follow the treatment protocol of Ministry of Health.B. Passengers undergoing Centre-based Quarantine with shared facilities:
(i) COVID-19 PCR testing shall be done on Day One and Day Ten.
(ii) Once results are available and if both tests are negative, they can be released from Quarantine Centre after completion of Day Ten.
(iii) They shall arrange their private transport method to travel to their homes from quarantine hotels and shall practice COVID-19 preventive measures throughout their travel.
(iv) Drivers of the vehicles shall wear appropriate personal protective equipment and adhere to COVID-19 preventive measures when transporting travellers.
(v) Immediately after arrival to their home, they shall promptly inform to the area Medical Officer of Health (MOH) by telephone or email and produce the discharge document issued by the quarantine authority at the Quarantine Centre mentioning the dates of PCR sample collection and PCR test result on Day One
and Day Ten.
(vi) Balance quarantine period (out of 14 days) shall be mandatorily home quarantined under the supervision of area MOH.
(vii) If febrile or display respiratory symptoms of COVID-19 during the quarantine period, shall inform promptly to area MOH.
(viii) If the Day One or Day Ten PCR test result is positive, shall inform the area MOH and follow the treatment protocol of Ministry of Health.C. Quarantine measures for tourists arriving from overseas via Sri Lanka Tourism:
(i) Shall obtain the approval from Sri Lanka Tourism through https://www.srilanka.travel/helloagain/ .
(ii) Shall adhere to the guidelines imposed for tourists by Government of Sri LankaD. Tourists completed recommended doses of COVID-19 vaccination and arriving after two weeks of completion of vaccination :
(i) On arrival, shall produce the original copy of the vaccination certificate together with a certified English language translation if the certificate is not in English language, to the Airport Health Officer.
(ii) Tourists shall be quarantined in a certified hotel for tourists.
(iii) Shall do a COVID-19 PCR test within 24 hours after arrival (Day One) from a Health Ministry approved private sector laboratory and private laboratory team shall perform the sample collection at the hotel.
(iv) Hotel management shall inform the details of the tourists to the area Medical Officer of Health (MOH) on Day One of arrival and provide photocopies of PCR test reports once available.
(v) The tourist shall produce the original copy of the vaccination certificate together with a certified English language translation if the certificate is not in English language to the hotel management. The hotel management shall keep a photocopy of the vaccination certificate and ensure that only such vaccinated
tourists are permitted to avail the provisions under this category.
(vi) If Day One PCR test result is negative, tourists shall stay in the same hotel until completion of day seven and may visit approved important sites in a bio security bubble from the date where Day One PCR report is available and up to seven days of arrival.
(vii) If febrile or display respiratory symptoms of COVID-19, shall inform promptly to area MoH.
(viii) After completion of seven days, they shall undergo a repeat PCR test on Day Seven conducted by a Health Ministry approved private sector laboratory and if the test result is negative, they can leave the hotel and are free to make their own travel arrangements with the travel agent after getting the clearance from area MOH.
(ix) If the PCR test result is positive, hotel management shall inform the area MoH and follow the treatment protocol of Ministry of Health.E. Tourists who have not taken the COVID-19 vaccination / not completed the recommended doses of vaccination or arrive to Sri Lanka within less than two weeks of Vaccination:
(i) Shall mandatorily quarantine in a certified hotel for tourists.
(ii) Shall undergo a COVID-19 PCR test within 24 hours after arrival (Day One) from a Health Ministry approved private sector laboratory and private laboratory team shall perform the sample collection at the hotel
(iii) Hotel management shall inform the details of the tourists to the area Medical Officer of Health (MOH) on Day One of arrival and provide photocopies of PCR test reports.
(iv) If the tourist departs from Sri Lanka within less than fourteen days, second PCR test shall be done depending on the date of departure and shall have a negative test report before departure ( eg. If the tourist departs on Day eight, second PCR test shall be done on Day 6th to 7th ).
(v) If the tourist stays for less than 96 hours (ninety six hours) in Sri Lanka, no need to conduct the exit PCR and it is needed only if there is a requirement of the airline/country of destination.
(vi) If the tourist stays up to fourteen days or more, second PCR test shall be conducted between Days 11th to 14th .
(vii) Once the Day One results are available and if negative, tourists may visit the approved important sites in a bio security bubble.
(viii) Shall not change the hotels until fourteen days are completed. If staying for more than 14 days, they can be released on Day 14 with negative PCR reports.
(ix) If febrile or display symptoms of COVID-19, shall inform promptly to area MOH.
(x) At the end of 14 days of arrival, tourists can be released from the quarantine hotel if the PCR test results on Day One and Day 11th to 14th are negative.
(xi) If the PCR test result is positive, hotel management shall inform the area MOH and follow the treatment protocol of Ministry of Health.

Mauritius

- Effective 14th March until 26th march 2021, no guest will be allowed entry in the republic of Mauritius.
- Effective 26th March until 31st May 2021, no guest will be allowed entry or transit in the republic of Mauritius unless they comply with the following conditions:
- Guests are willing to undergo a mandatory quarantine for a minimum of 14 days in a state-designated quarantine facility.
- Guests should possess a valid air ticket to Mauritius.
- Guests should produce proof of a travel package including accommodation at a state-designated quarantine facility for a minimum of 14 days.
- Guests will have to undergo a PCR test for covid-19 BTN five and seven days prior to the date of boarding at the last port of embarkation and the result of which shall be negative.
- Guests must undergo swabbing with regard to PCR test upon arrival at the SSR international airport.
- PCR tests for covid-19 will also be carried out on day 7 and day 14.
- In case the covid-19 PCR test is positive the guest shall be transferred to a public medical institution for treatment.

Qatar

Travel Entry Policy
- The health status on “Ehteraz” Application for all travelers coming to the State of Qatar must be "yellow", showing that the individual is under quarantine.
- The COVID-19 Green List can be found via the following link (https://covid19.moph.gov.qa/EN/Pages/Countries-Classified-Low-Risk-of-COVID-19.aspx).
- All Qatari and GCC Citizens guests should travel from and to the State of Qatar using their passports and not their ID cards.
- Qatari and Residents guests returning from one of the COVID-19 Green Listed Countries will be tested upon arrival for COVID-19 and will sign the Undertaking for Home Quarantine for a week. On the sixth day, the guest should visit one of the PHCC healthcare centers for re-testing.
- Citizens and Residents guests returning from the other countries not included in the COVID-19 Green List should undergo hotel quarantine at their own expense for a week and should book a quarantine package from the listed hotels on the "Discover Qatar" website before their travel abroad. They will be re-tested on day 6 and released from the hotel after their health status on “Ehteraz” turned green on day 7.
- If the guest have COVID-19 certificate that issued by approved COVID-19 testing centers at the country of travel and not exceed 48 hours before travel, will be exempted from the testing at the Port of Entry.
- With home quarantine, the accommodation conditions should be suitable, provided it has a separate room with its in-suite bathroom. If the accommodation is not appropriate, one of the hotel quarantine packages must be booked for 7 days through the "Discover Qatar" website before traveling to Qatar.
- The Re-testing on the sixth day of quarantine is mandatory, and the guest under home quarantine will receive SMS as a reminder to visit one of the PHCC healthcare centers for testing. If they did not show-up, it will be followed by a phone call from the Healthcare team. No answer or show-up to the appointment for a valid reason will be considered as non-compliance, and a legal action will be taken per the Decree-Law no.17 for the year 1990.
- If the traveler was a minor, their official guardian should sign the "Home Quarantine Undertaking".
- Employers, whether individuals or companies, government or private, must obtain "Exceptional Entry Permit" for residents and their family members (QIDs holders) who are still abroad in order to allow them to return to the State of Qatar. The permit is valid for one month from its date of its issuance and can be renewed automatically if not used.
- Residents who are currently in the State of Qatar and wish to travel and return will automatically receive an "Exceptional Entry Permit". The resident or their employer will be able to printout the permit from the Ministry of Interior's website or "Metrash2" application at any point after their departure. Residents currently abroad are still required to get the "Exceptional Return Permit" via the "Qatar Portal" website if they wish to return to the State of Qatar.
Citizens, their Spouses, Children, and Permanent Residency Holders
- Citizens, their spouses and children, and permanent residency holders can return to the State of Qatar at any time, provided they adhere to the travel and return policy mentioned above.
- Citizens, their spouses and children, and permanent residency holders shall bear the cost of the hotel quarantine for one week, if the hotel quarantine criteria apply, provided that the booking made through "Discover Qatar" before their travel abroad.
GCC Citizens
- GCC Citizens can enter the State of Qatar through its air and land ports.
- Visitors to the State of Qatar from GCC should be hotel quarantined at their own expense for a week. They should book a quarantine package from the listed hotels on the "Discover Qatar" website before their travel to Qatar. The exemption policy cannot be applied because of the unavailability of their own residence where they can be home quarantined.
Diplomats:
- Members of the Qatari diplomatic missions abroad, Cultural, and Military Attaches on annual leaves, and Foreign Missions' Heads and their families, Holders of administrative cards(except employees on local contracts) should have a COVID- 19-free Certificate from one of the testing centers approved and announced by MOPH. In the absence of MOPH approved testing centers, a certificate using RT-PCR is crucial to be exempted from testing at the Port of Entry (PoE). The COVID-19-free Certificate should not exceed 48 hours before travel. Otherwise, they will be tested at the Airport upon arrival and shall be home quarantined for a week and re-tested on day (6).
- Foreign Diplomats and holders of administrative cards shall be exempted from signing the Home Quarantine Undertaking and downloading the Ehteraz app.
Traveling abroad policy
- Citizens and Residents wishing to travel abroad to one of the countries not included in the COVID-19 Green List must book a hotel quarantine package from the listed hotels on the "Discover Qatar" website before traveling.
- Those wishing to travel must know the procedures applied in the country they want to visit in terms of quarantine procedures, duration, and the need to provide a COVID-19- free certificate.
EHTERAZ APP. Policy
Guests travelers returning to the State of Qatar must download and activate the Ehteraz app on their mobiles upon arrival to the Port of Entry. To achieve that:
- A Qatari SIM Card from a local telecom operator (Ooredoo and Vodafone).
- Internet access.
- A smartphone that supports either Android 6 and up or IOS 13.5 and up.
- Download the application on your mobile phone either via Google Play or Apple App Store or from any search engines on the internet.
- Diplomats, administrative cardholders, and VVIP visitors are exempted.
- Health status on Ehteraz will remain YELLOW for the whole of quarantine duration, and until a negative COVID-19 test result is obtained as per the quarantine policy stated above.
