You can now issue your own Umrah Permit through SAUDIA’s website if you are flying to Jeddah or Taif.

Conditions for Issuing the Permit Service

  • You can apply for the Umrah Permit after issuing your travel ticket on eligible SAUDIA flights*.
  • The Umrah Permit issuance service is available for passengers traveling to the cities of Jeddah and Taif*.
  • Passenger eligibility will be verified by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
  • Each guest requesting a permit must provide the mobile number registered in their Tawakkalna or Eatmarna account.
  • Once the permit issuance process is completed, the permit booking will appear in the Tawakkalna and Eatmarna applications.
  • An SMS message containing your permit booking details will be sent to you.
