SAUDIA opens new city office in New Delhi

SAUDIA launched the new office in New Delhi. The airline’s new city office is located in the historical area, Connaught Place, located in the central business district in the heart of New Delhi.

The new head office in India for SAUDIA welcomes guests for all of their booking requirements with the airline. During the inauguration event, officials participated in a ribbon cutting and reveal ceremony.

The airline’s new office includes a service counter for ticket sales, training and development, reservations, travel agents, finance, administration, and a stakeholder coordination office with Indian aviation authority. The office provides guests with expedient services, enabled by modern electronic reservation and ticket issuing systems.

Check-in and boarding available 48 hours prior to departure

SAUDIA are excited to announce that passengers are now able to check in and issue their boarding passes 48 hours prior to their flight departure. This is applicable for guests that have made their travel booking online through electronic retail channels (booking engine,, mobile app) many self-serve options are available to customize their travel journey and provide added flexibility; starting from the 1st of February 2018. The web check-in service is available for all domestic flights around the kingdom as well as selected international flights.

Features available under ‘Manage Bookings’ include: seat selection, advanced purchase additional baggage; WiFi packages, book airport transfers for both departure and in arrival city, car rental, travel insurance, and now, check-in can be completed with boarding passes issued up to 48 hours before flight departure yet.The online enhancements for travel itinerary management are part of a widespread initiative from SAUDIA to offer guests the added flexibility and convenience to customize their journeys.

SAUDIA introduces new domestic packages

SAUDIA is glad to inform you that you are now able to book with more flexibility on domestic flights.

You can plan your trip and then select the package that suits your unique needs with the introduction of new fare structure categories.

The cabin classes now have various fare structures. For instance, when booking an economy class ticket, you will have the choice between 3 different fare types: saver, basic and flex. If you are booking a business class ticket, you will now have the option to either choose between basic or flex fares.
